I recently purchased an e-bike from these guys. From helping me pick the bike to the test tide, to purchase, and then subsequent visits to purchase accessories and have them do a couple bike adjustments, Paul and his team were so helpful and incredibly patient. What a great experience! Would highly recommend Sprocket for anyone looking for a new bike or requiring repairs!

Ive been going to Sprocket Cycles for 20+ years. The service is consistently friendly and professional. Store employees possess a deep knowledge of cycling and listen closely to what you are looking for so they provide the solution that is right for you. The service department which is staffed by skilled technicians, is a real plus. Highly recommend.

This bike shop is fantastic. I ride both track and road and they always have the most unusual items at hand. When I need new special track tires, they always have them and often they are the only bike shop in the South Bay to carry them. I’ve gone in for, some very bizarre Bike part requests and they are the only shop they can help me. Also, every time I’ve brought my bike in for a repair or problem the turnaround is unbelievable. Usually the next day, depending on their workload, and sometimes they’ll just fix it on the spot. Lastly, the workers and owner are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Came in looking for rental bikes to go cruise the beach. They politely informed us that they do not provide that service but rather than just turning us away, they took the extra time to give us information about a place that does in Hermosa Beach. Definitely worth, your time if you have bicycle repair needs or want to purchase a new bicycle from a business that actually cares about people. Thank you so much for your help!

Bought my first bike here because they had quite a bit of selection! Im 53 so the options for me are more limited but they had a Trek FX1 in my size which is perfect for me. They had it already tuned and registered the bike for Treks lifetime warranty, AND theres a free tune up in 3 months once I wear in the bike! They were super kind and attentive here. I have a bike shop closer to home, but I think this is the one I want to go to.

Ive reviewed these fellas before and Ill review em again! Recently had to buy a new tire for my road bike and wanted to get a particular sized, brand, and color. Mark was great about finding me options available to order (since some would take a while to arrive) and took the time to chat with me about the differences between them. Felt good knowing I was getting exactly what I wanted even if I had to wait a little for it to get shipped over here.Overall the whole crew here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and always go out of their way to ensure you have an outstanding experience and get fitted with the perfect gear to fit your budget and skill level. Its been awesome knowing this great local store has my back ever since I began my cycling journey almost 2 years ago now.

If you need products or service, Sprocket Cyles IS the shop to go to in the South Bay. Excellent staff, super knowledgable mechanics, and the owners that really care about the customers.... overall a great experience every time.- Jon

Ordered a pedal-assist bike from Trek and delivered to Sprocket. Bike was assembled and delivered to my home. All my questions were answered. Highly recommend.

There was an initial misunderstanding about what services the shop was able to provide on ebikes purchased from this shop (they service ebikes, but only models theyve sold or specifically work on - check with them before you bring in a random ebike). I was mistakenly told a bike I purchased was unserviceable, despite local service being one of the main reasons I purchased the bike here to begin with (side note - always buy local so you can get stuff serviced. Certain brands might seem pretty rad but can have months long backorder issues for parts and a void of local services!).Marc, Paul and Omar worked together to figure it out and clear things up immediately. I had also made a mistake about timelines, and they worked to make sure the experience was positive.My other experiences here have been positive, so very excited I can switch this review back to 5 stars.
