This location is awful and I will never stay here again. I do not recommend.We checked into our room on Saturday and it stunk. The faucet in the tub barely turns, and the tub was disgusting. Very old and dirty. We were there for a family event and were not spending too much time in the room, so we disregarded the problems. On Sunday, we requested twice for our room to be cleaned, and it was not. I asked for them to move our room.The new room was just as bad. The sink was backed up. The bed was old and made noise. We couldn’t wait to leave. I am not sure why repairs are not being made as issues arrive, or being reported. There are glaring operational failures.The on shift manager, Carol, wasn’t helpful and gave a pitiful apology. She offered points for a night free at any Marriott hotel. I declined and requested a refund, which she claimed could not be done due to being booked through a third party. Which makes no sense, since the charge on my card is from the hotel.I travel often, domestic and international, and this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Old, in dire need of repair, and over priced. Avoid this place if you can.

This location was very close to the Glen eagle golf course which was where we attended a wedding. The staff was very friendly and the Continental breakfast was well done in the morning with adequate seating. Im not familiar with the area to know what other attractions may be nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. All of our rooms had a small sitting area with a couch, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I did not check what kind of coffee maker was in the room as we did not use it, but I do believe it was one of those circular pre-made coffee pads. Definitely was not a Keurig. Overall the rooms were fine. Just nothing spectacular or stand out here other than all the staff was exceptional.

Spacious clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet even tho located next to freeway, wonderful complementary hot breakfast—an easy 5-star stay. Note there were several youth sports teams in town for a tournament also staying at the hotel with coaches and parents. They were well-behaved and brought a nice youthful energy. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a business hotel—scrambled eggs, pre-made cheese omelets, oatmeal with lots of toppings, bagels, yogurt, toast, etc.—all fresh and presented well. Outstanding experience!

First and foremost, I have been staying at Marriott properties since 1981. 43 years. I have achieved lifetime Titanium status. And Im ONLY pointing that out to ensure my credentials and credibility on this review.Over the years,I have visited great and not so great properties.Whether it be the Ritz Carlton, or Mariotts 4 star properties, they are not always that great I have learned over the years that it all starts at the top. Many general managers hide in their ivory towers, and it shows. There can be this unspoken arrogance, but typically, the amenities are fantastic, so it works.That brings me to this property. The Springhill Suites. Being honest, I wasnt expecting much. Hoping for a comfortable bed, clean hot shower, and maybe a convenience store for snacks or toiletries.But what a shock I was in for. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk manager. Made sure our trip was fine, caring about our well being. Afterward, she extended the reward for being a Titanium member, and helped us choose our gift from the hotel.Our name was prominently displayed on the front desk as a welcome as well as in the elevator ascending to the 3rd floor. The corner room was cool, clean and spectacular. We had no idea it woukd be this nice.We left the property to get dinner, and when coming back, picked up an ice cream in the snack bar. Only to hear the front desk Mgr say I got it Mr Tendick I seldom get that service from 1 encounter.Next morning we wanted breakfast. And on display were Strawberries the size of tennis balls, cantaloupe, hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese, eggs (2 types) bagels, cereal oatmeal and much more.What a great layout, and again, the staff couldnt do enough for you to make sure you were covered.Candidly, I dont get this type of service and care at other Marriott properties charging 5X the highly rate.Its for that reason I felt compelled to share my experience.

The hotel is clean and the room clean also. if you are looking for an economy suite in Corona, this is going to be the place. I gave five stars because the staff: General Manager and his staff is splendid, and goes on top with service. I like staying where somebody knows me.

I had a studio suite king bed, it was so nice. No complaints. Had my dog w me and they put me on 1st floor right near the door. Perfect. Breakfast was amazing...biscuits, gravy, eggs, fruit, cereal, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles, coffee, juice....quite the spread! I will be staying here again for sure. They do charge 20 bucks a night pet fee and then 100 for deep clean . Kind of robbery there since they require a maid to come in your room every day so there really shouldnt be a deep clean necessary.

We arrived at the hotel and asked for a first floor room. The receptionist said she had a first floor room ready and available.This was the worst room weve ever had - (DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL).. THE BED WAS rickety and loud.Super uncomfortable.the whole thing needed to be replaced - the carpet had sticky substance in 3 places, the room was right next to the windowwith some kind of construction going on in the lot across the street like 80 ft. just out the window. (Loud motorcycles) on a busy street, construction equipment unloadingtrailers at 4 AM... I asked for a quiet room, and she said she had a room ready and available.Unbelievable, they charge $250. If I could give them negative stars, I definitely would.Then to add insult to injury, they charge you $10 for parking - I would not stay again at this place. If you paid me.

My family was visiting me in San Jose from England and we went to Hollywood Walk of fame and decided to visit family in Corona. We drove all night looking for a good hotel and finally found Springhill suites. We met Lisa at the desk and she is an Angel from Heaven, she was so welcoming and friendly, she could tell we were tired. She had the most warm and welcoming smile and reminded us to come down for breakfast. She went over and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. Breakfast staff had smiles and will greet you. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you so much Lisa! We truly appreciated your friendliness. I recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Corona.

Had a wonderful experience. The visit started off wonderful with the front desk female (older) who made us feel welcomed . The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was decent. All the staff interactions were positive. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in the area and needs a hotel. Definitely would love to go back if I plan to vacation in California again. There are tons of stores and restaurants with walking distance or a couple of minute drive.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated being able to take my dogs with me. It was a little inconvenient to be on the 3rd floor when it came to taking the dogs out, but we made do. Location is right next to the freeway so you can hear the traffic 24/7.

A lot of hidden fees. No highlights of any fee until you arrive. Parking fee $10, Deposit Fee$20, Pet Fee$100, per night! This is insane because I have been a member of Marriott hotels and this Location is the only Marriott I have ever experienced excessive amount of fees. The guests laundry even have fees. $2.50 to wash $2.50 to dry.I rather upgrade hotels to enjoy the complimentary experience than pay high amount of fees.

My home away from home. My go to place when staying in Corona, CA. Always a good nights rest and the Staff is Fantastic. Always willing to do what they can to assist.Hotel is always clean and ready for its guest. Breakfast is a little lacking but gets the job done for a free breakfast. Similar to the other Marriott in town, this is a lot nicer than Motel 6. But this one isnt quite as nice, which is reflected in the slightly lower price. The fridge is a true mini fridge, unlike the small regular fridge at the other Marriott. The other place has a mini kitchen (the studio suite) just no oven. This one has no kitchen. And though the price is slightly lower, you pay $10 daily for parking compared to free parking at the other Marriott. Overall its a 7.5.

I have blocked a group of rooms at this hotel for guests at my wedding and a suite for myself and my groom. Kris, the sales manager, has been absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. Kris and the hotel staff let us do late checkout at 2pm the day after our wedding and gave us the big conference room to use as our location for the tea ceremony on the day of our wedding. The booking process also has been very easy for guests to secure their rooms at the group rate. Overall, I have a wonderful experience and would like to recommend.

My husband and I recently stayed for a week while visiting family. Overall. this was a great choice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was fine - as others have noted, the bathroom area with the toilet and shower seemed a little worn, but definitely clean. It would be really great to have some kind of nightlight in the bathroom - its very dark at night if you need to get up and go!The fridge and microwave were great. Overall, the room met our needs. We were pretty much only there to sleep and shower, so I cant really comment on any of the amenities.We did ask for housekeeping one morning as we were leaving, and when we got back that night the room hadnt been cleaned. So we had to troop down to the front desk around 10:30pm to get clean towels and some TP. We asked to have our room cleaned the next day and were assured it would be - and it was.For several nights during our stay we were awakened by what sounded like someone treading VERY heavily in the room above us - this consistently happened between 5-7am, and was loud enough to wake us up. We dont think it was anyone above us, but have no idea what the noise could have been. For us, the freeway noise wasnt a bother at all. And even though there was a wedding party (the bride was next door), the hotel, for us, wasnt excessively noisy. The bed was comfortable, but it would be nice if the sheets and covers extended a little further down the side of the king bed.The breakfast is ok. If youre only staying a few days, its fine, but after those few days, the lack of variety is challenging. That said, the coffee was great, the fruit was good, and they kept it very well stocked. For us, it was a good value for what we needed.

We stayed here for an extended time and it was great. The location is great and its safe. Next to freeway, but it was still quite. Im a light sleeper and I did well. The beds are soft and comfortable which is a plus. The bathrooms could use some updating, but they were fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple but good.

I had looked everywhere in the Corona and Riverside area for a meeting room to host a training of 30 people from our company. Kris was one of three hotels who actually returned my phone call. From the moment I spoke with him he was accommodating, professional and has incredible customer service! (Which sadly, you dont see much anyone).The meeting space was perfect, the hotel room was spacious and clean and everyone provided and fabulous customer service experience!Thank you Kris and the Marriott Team!!

It was okay. Large group staying there. Very noisy and crowded. Room was cleanish. Cockroach in the bathroom was not a pleasant find. Right off 15 freeway. Convenient but load as F. Small pool and hot tub. It was nice, but again, freeway noise was awful. Breakfast was pretty bad....and I can stomach some pretty bad breakfasts. Would not stay again.

The big guy that checked us in gave awesome great service. my dad and i traveled 41/2 hours from arizona through the night and we had to be at a meeting at 9am.. most hotel give you a hard time about checking in early, but when i called and told him the situation and asked if we could check in 6 hours early at 7am so we could clean up and be better prepared for the day. He was very kind and understanding. Once he verified there was open availability he had no trouble telling us he could offer that early check in with no additional charge even.. I liked the fact he was willing to at least look into it and decide if that was an option he could allow. Rather then just shut me down immediately or throw some additional price to the room like Ive had many other hotels do in past experiences. My dad and I both felt treated with kindness and respect thanks to employee ..... with him representing the hotel and the clean big rooms with amazing morning buffet.. this is a great stay for anyone!!! We were overcharged by almost $40 after being given the receipt in an email. They attempted to charge my card 5 times within a 5 minute time span rendering my card locked. They then proceeded to charge my card again two days after we checked out for $36 for whatever reason and they don’t seem to know why. The manager and Martha were very helpful and very polite the morning we checked in. Brenda who serviced the front desk on the night shift was the one who had quite the attitude and informed us of these over charges that we were not told about. Brenda insisted that the incidental fee was a $200 charge that she would give us a discount to make it $20. What I found very interesting was that one charge on my card was the $164.19 I was originally planning to pay. One charge was $185 and the other three charges were $190. Regarding the cleanliness of the room and the tranquil atmosphere, that part of my stay was excellent. But overall, my partner and I were extremely stressed out the entire night we were staying, and left earlier than our check out time the next morning because I honestly could not wait to go home. I definitely won’t be staying at this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here either. The next time I need a hotel room, I will be looking elsewhere. I would give this place one star but that extra star is for Martha. She was great!

I’m currently in the room. I’ve been checked in for about 5 hours and have no complaints so far. As soon as you walk in, there’s a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The room is spacious, it’s a 1 King Bed with a sofa/trundle bed. In front of the sofa/trundle bed there’s a desk with a chair & an ottoman. It’s simple, clean and functional. There’s a 30” TV that swivels between the two rooms. The bed is fluffy but the pillows are flat. Good thing they give you 4 flat pillows, it kind of equates to 2 pillows… kind of. The only downside to the room is the bathroom isn’t well lit. Even in the dimly lit bathroom, you can tell there are some parts of the shower that appears rusted. Cleanliness isn’t a concern, it’s clean to my standards. There’s (2) extra sheets & a mattress cover in the closet, along with an iron and ironing board. Elevator runs smoothly and the wait has never been too long. Close to stores, fast food places & restaurants. 10/10, I would definitely stay again.

My daughter and son-in-law just returned after staying there for a couple nights, my daughter woke up the second day with bite all over her legs, not sure what it was they checked out and flew home when she called me I told her it could be Bed Bugs sure enough they took off all there clothes in the garage and there was 2 bed bugs in her jeans!! she called to inform them and the girl said OK thanks and hung up!! ALWAYS check your rooms before unpacking!

We went here just for a Saturday night for the Copa Americana Tournament, and the Pool was packed, Breakfast Buffet & Dining was somewhat packed, modern rooms and lobby lounged, would recommend staying here if on road trip or stopping by.

I stayed here last week given its rating of 4.3. Although the staff was cordial and efficient, the building is quite outdated. My room was spacious as you would expect from any suites, but the carpet was dark and dingy, as with the sofa. The worst was the shower where the new caulk was already peeling off, revealing the old, original, seams. It was also small, a complete contrast to other rooms. Lastly, during the last night I was there, a group of teenage boys checked in. As you can imagine, they were raucous, as you would expect them to. My complaint is that the management did nothing to hold them back when their outbursts in the hallway lasted past 1AM. Of course, my phone calls to the front desk were completely futile.In closing, do not be fooled by the current rating of 4.3. This facility does not deserve such a high grade.

Comfy and cozy. Service was great. The room could use some reorganizing. The couch is very uncomfortable. Our room could use a chair. I had to call for one for my husband to sit comfortably in. He couldnt sit on the couch. They were great and brought a chair from the lobby to our room.Morning breakfast was delicious, Oscar and Tina were great host.

First time at this hotel and I’m impressed. Clean and classy. The staff was top notch. Probably my only complaint is that the pool was to warm. It felt that it was the same temperature as the hot tub and that is not an exaggeration. Some may like that so it’s hard to list it as a complaint.Each morning every staff I would run into would greet me with a smile and a hardy smile.Breakfast was more than satisfactory. It was really good.The workout center was good. I’ll definitely be back.

Rooms are spacious and modern with extremely comfortable beds. Exceptional housekeepers who are friendly and professional. The rooms are sanitized and always very clean. Excellent coffee in the morning along with a to go breakfast bag. Not had a single issue and Im a little bit picky guys. I think Im going to go as far as saying its my favorite place to stay. Nice clean hotel. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is great and free. Rooms are spacious. Despite the proximity to the freeway I could not hear the cars from my room. Hotel is only minutes from lots of food but too far to walk unless you don’t mind walking 15-20 minutes.

Hotel was booked through wedding party. Only 3 stars because the accommodations were less than expected from a Marriott. The hotel is only 10 years old but the pool area looked 30. The deck falling apart as well the bottom of the pool. Checked myself for bed bugs in my mattress (habit everywhere I stay) and although there were no bugs there was little black hairs all over. Which tells me housekeeping does not check for bed bugs which EVERY hotel should have trained staff to do this. The mattresses were horrible and moved around every time you moved. The staff, however, was amazing. Very Friendly and helpful with everything. The lobby is very big and nice and they prepare a full complimentary breakfast with waffles and eggs etc.

My experience in this hotel was horrible..The first room we stayed in, had ants, and then at night, we had a horrible bug infestation (not sure what kind of bug they were, kinda look like winged ants.) After we saw that, we moved to a different room.Both of the rooms had running toilets, the AC made a really loud noise every time it turned on, and the remote controls were a nightmare.On the second room, we did not have hot water, the water came warmish. We had to close the water valve for the toilet after every use, also the door slammed everytime we close it.The elevators make a lot of noises, there were broken sprinkler pipes, the rooms in general were very loud, we could here anything from both ends of the room and the beds werent very comfortable.In conclusion, Im never staying in this hotel again.P.S. Customer service was amazing, everyone was very helpful and always with a smile.

This seems like a remodeled older hotel that had some of the nicer elements of a Springhill suites. The lobby is nice the breakfast is good, the rooms are ok. The box springs creaked with every move and the walls looked like they needed a new coat of paint. The staff and service were great.

Oscar and the ladies who work the front breakfast area they all have incredibly awesome personalities and they demonstrated excellent customer service during me and my finance stay at SpringHill Suites. We stayed here when we had a softball tournament in Chino Hills. It is a little off the beaten path if you are looking for things across the street - but it is just down the street from several places. Overall the hotel is nice. The breakfast included was good - fresh fruit, lunch meats, eggs, sausage, pastries. The room was clean and was as expected. The one thing we were not happy with was the freeway noise. The hotel is directly next to the freeway and there really isnt anyway to get away from the noise. Also, when our neighbor room took a shower at midnight we heard the pipes all too well.

Good location right off the 15. Parking area was well lit which is always nice. The room was nice overall, but the tub was very shallow. Not much of a bother if you prefer to shower. Maybe an oversight but there was no shampoo, conditioner and bar soap were provided. The ac unit seemed to work fine other than it didnt reflect the true temperature. Breakfast was provided and we all enjoyed it. Fruits, cereal, eggs(scrambled and hard boiled) sausage, oatmeal, etc.

Times have changed. I was very disappointed. I learned that Marriotts ideal of a suite is a room with a sofa. It was subpar. Perhaps a tiny upgrade from a Motel six. Not worth the price and I asked the staff if this was a suite. They lied. Not a glass to drink out of. It was terrible. No privacy, 1 swiveling TV for both shared spaces. I bathroom. My grandchildren are with me and there was no way to shut out the noise

Clean, spacious rooms with nice beds and great AC. I was glad to see my room after the door opened, there was a generous living area with a desk, tv, chair, and sofa containing a pullout bed. In the other half of the room were two large beds and the entry to a roomy enough bathroom. The room was clean and smelled clean, the sheets were clean, there wasnt any unnecessary clutter anywhere and the showers have Tea tree shampoo and soap, which is great stuff. Only stayed one night but I would stay here again.

I would not recommend. Got this hotel at the spur of the moment with my kids. The room was not well clean with spots on the couch and tables. It was late so we decided to look past it. Until it was time to go to bed. We pulled back the sheets and there was a nasty, used napkin and hair in the sheets. I called downstairs and they got us into a new room on another floor thankfully. It was much better, but at around ten the maid just opened the door into our room while we were sleeping. Needless to say, I would not return here.

More than I expected! My husband and my baby daughter recently stayed here for a friends wedding and I have to say I was amazingly surprised and pleased with the entire experience! The suites were really nice! The suite we stayed in had high ceilings, new fixtures, and was very clean!!! The staff and service was great too! Everything about the hotel is fine, check in was smooth, the room is nice, and thankful to not have to pay for parking BUT the deposit is $120. I stay in anywhere from 6-10 hotels a month in states all over the US and I have never been charged more than $50 (normally $25-$30) for a one night stay. The lady at the front desk said “well it used to be $220” 🥴 we paid a total of $148 with taxes for this hotel for a night, not sure how they justify $120 as a deposit. I’m also a Marriott bonvoy member, but that doesn’t account for anything either. Just be aware of the outrageous deposit before booking.

I have stayed at another location and it was so much better. There was no block at the base of my door, causing light from the hall to flood in. Extremely noisy/rude guests screaming in the halls and slamming doors at 3am. Vacuuming in the halls at 7am. I could hear guest in the room above walking around. Bed felt unstable and would creak/squeak for any movement. Bed lines were stained, along with the carpet. Red substance on the lamp by the switch to turn it on. Only plus was the bathroom was clean albeit outdated, and shampoo/conditioner/soap was provided.

Very upsetting. The food was not even close to what they post on pictures. The bread, bagels were hard as a rock no fruit.. it was extremely loud called and complained didnt make a difference. Ive been here all week for work and I must say its one of the nicer hotels Ive stayed at. The room is huge for one person. King sized beds sure are big sleeping one person. The room is laid out pretty nicely. All things you could want in a room to yourself for a week. Microwave and mini fridge in the kitchenette. With a sink, coffee and some cabinet space for things.The front room has a sofa, day bed, trundle that is comfortable. There is even a desk and chair that doubles as your dining room, so theres a real space saver. The TV is positioned in a way that makes it visible from your bedroom and the other rooms in your room by simply swiveling one way or another.The shower and toilet have their own room with a door, to keep the rest of the rooms from steam, I guess. Which is handy, so when you are out of the shower and you go the mirror, mirror on the wall, its not all foggy. The sink is just below the mirror with a good amount of counter space. I had area enough for all the toiletries I had packed to be on the countertop, nice.Theres a standard closet with iron and board for those of you packing for business. Several suit hangers as well.And lets not forget that bed. I didnt left the sheets to see who the manufacturer was, but it was super comfortable. With enough pillows and blankets to build a fort or whatever you do with several pillows and blankets. The linens and pillows cases were great, soft and clean. There are 2 lamps, one on either side and two lights above the bed too. So, if you like to read before going to bed, they had you in mind.I didnt have the room serviced during my stay, there wasnt a need for it. Plenty of towels were already in the shower room and I can make my own bed. The front desk person was there if I need anything, like coffee, cups. They have a market next to the front desk, full of foods, snacks and an assortment of beverages for you to choose from. A hot breakfast is served from 6 AM to 10 AM, dont quote me on this though. I would leave for work before it was available. But its there.Overall I have been very pleased with my stay. If you are traveling for work, you couldnt find a better place IMO. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next trip. Enjoy.

Great stay for business in the newly renovated hotel. I have Marriott good status so received a first floor room close to the lobby. Rooms were a good size as small suites with king bed, couch, desk, and kitchenette. For the corporate rate I get this place does the trick. Stood here because it was fairly close to glen ivy and I am so glad I did! Upon entry to my room, you could immediately smell the cleanliness of the room. The sheets smelled like nice clean bleach (which I like because it means they are actually washing the sheets correctly) and the restroom, cabinets, wet bar, etc were spotless!! I wiped down the room with Clorox wipes per my hotel habit and there was not any gunk on the cloth, not even dust! The tv was a smart tv and has the option of watching Netflix, YouTube, etc. and it swiveled that way you could sit on the couch or the bed and see the television comfortably. Their breakfast is awesome and has the best hours for breakfast that I have seen. My only two complaints was that the mattress was not the softest and how thin the walls were lol. You could hear people running up and down the hall. As far as the bed, it wasn’t the best I’ve slept on but it didn’t keep me from sleeping or give me any back pain. Just wasn’t as cushion-y as I would have preferred. Overall I’d definitely return here! You cannot beat the cleanliness which is always my number one concern.

Overall it was an excellent experience. I was stuck in some of that lovely California traffic and got off the freeway in desperation and found myself only a few blocks from this property. Pros: close to the freeway. My room actually had a view of 15 so I could keep an eye on the traffic in the morning and I got out in time but jeez, the traffic was already heavy at 6 a.m. Another pro: All the amenities. Nice outdoor pool and spa, plus breakfast plus snacks and beer available in the lobby. Reception staff was great. Cons. The walls are paper thin. So if you dont enjoy hearing every word your neighbor is saying (shouting) this may not be the brand for you. Also I dont really understand the point of having this fake privacy wall. I travel alone so its not an issue but why not just have a real wall with a door? But thats an issue I have with the brand, not this particular property. The grab and go breakfast was a muffin and nutrigrain bar in a bag so a little disappointing. But the worst part was how our room was falling apart. The shower curtain rod and towel rods both fell of the wall with the slightest touch. There was mold and or soapscum (not really sure which it was all I know is it was black and gross)in the shower. The in room air conditioner had so much dirt clogged in the filter that the AC didnt work until after I cleaned them out for about an hour. The ladies at the front desk are lovely.I checked in late in the evening, worked out and by the time I was ready for bed I noticed that my sheets were not clean. Some of the hand towels were clean, but had old make up stains. I had a stuffy nose the day I arrived, my friends walked me to my room and they made a comment about the smell. I was better by the next day and I could smell a stinky smell including smoke in the restroom. The gym was ok, the bike seat and elliptical were sticky. The hardboiled eggs had a hair in the container probably from a customer. Not much variety on the breakfast. Just some cereals that look old, ham, cheese, bagels, hardboiled eggs, scramble eggs and 2 choices of fruit, milk ( no soy, almond nor coconut milk). Is not vegan friendly nor paleo... pros. They have coffee and water avail by lobby.About my room, when I came back from the rehersal ( here for a wedding). I advised the employee ( front desk supervisor) know. She said she would send someone to check it ( as if I was making it up), and do what they have to do... 2 hours later they never showed up to check it clean/change sheets. I went back and the new lady was on top of it right away. Very sweet lady. About 3-4 ladies showed up to clean. I supervised and noticed food and hairs on the mattress cover, And the lady was putting the new sheet over it. I started picking the food and hairs and she asked another lady to change it. That just showed there that they dont pay attention. They need to make sure that every single sheet is changed. I sure dont want somebody elses sweat and only who knows what else was on those sheets. So if you stay here, check your sheets, restroom and food. They dont pay much attention to that.I attached some photos, it was more noticeable in person. Terrible if youre a light sleeper...First, the freeway is less than a 100 yards from the hotel and theres quite a bit of road noise. I turned on the AC fan to help drown out the noise, but halfway through the night it switched from the always on setting back to the auto on/off setting. For me, when that noise stops or starts, Im woken up.Second, the floors arent engineered to reduce noise as most modern hotels are. I could easily hear the person above me walking around late into the night.Possibly my worst hotel experience with Marriott.

Wow! At first I was afraid that staying here would not be good because of its remote location. It is situated in a business office park/warehouse location, but after my stay, I dont know how this is only officially a 3 star hotel. It deserves at least 4 or 4.5. It is 5 stars All the way, baby, in my book. All the action you want- Business or pleasure or necessity is only a few blocks away.The place is spotlessly clean and neat. The service is prompt, courteous and they are not afraid to bend over backwards to give good customer service. Everything in the rooms work, look new or near new and placement and ergonomics are pretty much on key. I found the beds to be very comfortable (a big plus) -- you want a good nights sleep when you are done with your dayThe breakfast is decent, not gourmet, but there are plenty of places nearby to get a bite to eatThe neighborhood is safe and clean.Some people may not like the blue-green retro- swinging 60s decor in the lobby, but I can appreciate it, even though it isnt particularly my style, it does wake a person up in the morning and transcends a happy, festive mood. And it is modern, which I like.They have laundry facilities that work very well and professional laundry service, if you need it. It is the little things that count. Their hangers inside the rooms are normal clothes hangers, not anti-theft hangers. All rooms also have coffee machines, microwave ovens, refrigerators, tvs with HDMI, internet cable hook ups, full size ironing boards and irons, wet-bar/kitchenette and counter.They also have stuff you need if you forgot something, including frozen entrees and drinks at the front desk, laundry detergent; while not free, these items are priced reasonably, which was a shock in and of itself.Ill definitely be back.

Not what I expect from a Marriott! The hotel was dirty and my floor smelled like marijuana. When I told the staff the respinse I got was I can assure you we are a non smoking hotel. Also, the shower head was disgusting and there were blood stains on the shower curtains. I also found long strands of hair on my pillows. Still no response to the comment card I left. Main reason I stayed here was proximity to family, not again.

Before booking a night here I checked the reviews and made sure the area was safe. My sister and I were moving to Seattle pulling a Uhaul with EVERYTHING we owned. Our Uhaul was stolen at this hotel. We parked the Uhaul by the main lobby under the light posts trying to take all precautions. But still, they managed to cut the chains on the Uhaul trailer and no one noticed. Of course, the hotel claimed not to be responsible and had no cameras in the parking lot. Not only we had lost everything we owned but the assistant manager showed no concern or empathy towards us when we found out the next morning that our Uhaul was stolen. I went to the business in front of the hotel and the lady was extremely helpful and let us view her cameras that showed the entrance of the hotel. After reviewing the footage from the entire night we saw a lot of movement and two individuals going in and out of the hotel out to the street.Customer service is awful! Not a safe place to stay! We lost everything we owned and we are still in shock how no one noticed them cutting the chains and having to push the trailer to hook it up to another car in plain sight.

The location was great. Its nearby a lot of restaurants and shops, and is conveniently located near the freeway. The gal that assisted with the group booking was very helpful and did a lot to help us with our large party. The free breakfast was good, and the seating area was a nice set up. The rooms, on the other hand, are not like the pictures. They are much smaller than indicated, and the craftsmanship in the rooms looks sloppy. The beds are not queen sized, they are fulls. The restrooms were not very clean, and it seemed like everything was put together very rushed. I was under the impression that this was a newer hotel, but upon arriving, that assumption was gone. We were in town for my wedding and reserved several rooms. Our first room that we checked into had bed bugs. They were VERY visible all over the beds and the walls. The staff seemed unconcerned but did move us to a new room on a separate floor from the rest of our party. As someone who supervises customer service agents, I was disappointed by the lack of concern and how they handled the situation. We booked out a large portion of the hotel with OUR guests. They could have offered some kind of accommodation other than a new room, or a price adjustment for the cost of the room.

I stayed here after visiting Glen Ivy Spa for my birthday on October 5th and I had a great night sleep, a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning and the accommodations were very clean. Everyone was really friendly at the front desk and they got me whatever I needed. I would stay here again, as a matter of fact, I stayed here a year ago when I visited Glen Ivy and the experience was great then and I see that a year later its still the same. If you go to Glen Ivy you should come and stay here for the night instead of taking that drive on the freeway............ if you have to take a drive. TARANTULA IN OUR ROOM! On our recent stay at this lovely hotel, I found a large (6 Inch in diameter) black tarantula crawling above my daughters head while she was sleeping in the bed. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the supplies are being stored outside on the ground in the back of the hotel. I suspect this is how the massive spider entered the building. The maintenance man of the hotel told me that there are no tarantulas in southern California. This is not TRUE! In fact it is mating season for the genus aphonopelma, which is exactly what type this was. This hotel needs to have an extensive cleaning to make sure there are no more. Do not stay here.

SpringHill Suites gives a complimentary certiciate for 1 night often as donations. I happen to purchase this certificate at a non profit fundraiser. When i called to book a night I was told repeatedly that many days were blacked out. It is very frustrating to know that even Valentines day is blackout day. I checked earlier with them and they had plenty of availibility. I cannot believe that their customer service. I have had it with their Director of Sales as he will just not budge. Why then give gift certificate in the charity when you have fine print and are just not flexible to your community!
