Great first experience at the Campbell store! Every associate was friendly and willing to answer questions. I was guided to the board I was looking for and at others that I could also consider. I love options with details and each associate was willing to talk shop about all products I was looking at. Abdul specifically was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Thank you everyone. Always good to visit this specific store. its got a big display of different sports/activities and i particularly appreciate the hiking and camping section where you can really try out different things on the spot. there are regular discounts that are probably hard to beat.

Sports Basements team has been helping me with my outdoor adventures for two plus years. They helped me select gear for my river trip down the Grand Canyon based on firsthand accounts. Theyve helped me select my snowboard(s) that Im riding in the winter months. Ive been happy with all my purchases so far. Every now and then I do get the wrong thing, and theyve been a breeze to exchange or return items through. Staff has gone out of their way to remind me that they price match their competitors, and will discount already purchased items if theyve just recently gone on sale. I tend to stop here before I check anywhere else.

I had a great time in Sports Basement Campbell. I called at 3 PM and asked them to hold an item for me, the guy on the phone was super friendly and checked inventory to confirm before holding it. I came in right before closing and they got it for me quickly. A few other associates also answered plenty of questions I had about their outerwear. This is the best sporting goods store in all of The Bay, in terms of selection, price, and service! Id certainly come back

Thank you Sports Basement Bike Shop Team! The entire team is kind, helpful and patient with any questions you have. Jimmy Zamora made upgrades to my vintage Peugeot road bike.I am always anxious about brining the bike in because I have heard everything from “you need to replace everything and just use the frame” to “I can’t work on it” to “you might as well just sell it”. One of the team members called Jimmy out to help me, and to my surprise he also has a Peugeot! He completely understood that I wanted to keep it as original as possible and the feel to match (which was a HUGE relief for me) Jimmy was so nice and explained every option that was available and pros and cons. Spent close to $300 & I think I got the wrong bike back.Because the condition in which it was returned is far better than when I first got it out the box.When they called to tell me that it was ready and it would cost over $300; I already assumed that the bike shop didnt have a record of some of the items I had paid nor some discounts I was promised.It didnt matter, I showed them my receipt and they immediately deducted things I had paid, honored some discounts I had been promised and even threw in additional discounts on other items I asked for after the fact. Every aspect of dealing with them was much easier than expected.Everyone was super patient with my questions, gave me valuable advice on maintenance and, most importantly, when I hopped on my bike, the difference was immediately noticeable.WORTH EVERY PENNY!No matter how busy they get, I never feel ignored and someone eventually checks back to make sure Im being helped.I dealt with Joseph on the phone and a different person when I picked it up. The customer service was consistent. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and made me a loyal customer.Highly recommended. They say what theyll do and do what they say.

For several years now, Sports Basement Campbell has been our go-to destination for sport clothing and goods. Weve shopped at every store in the Bay Area, including Santa Cruz, etc., and no other store has the wide selection from everyone, and in all the sizes, that Sports Basement Campbell has. Its a real pleasure to find all of this in one location, with easy access from freeways, a huge parking lot, and surrounded by great restaurants, Trader Joes, and just a great place to walk around and people watch while shopping. Wonder place, and so glad its still there after Covid and all!

Wow we came here looking at the snow equipment and the service was impeccable. The staff are all so knowledgeable and super willing to help educate you to find what gear will suit you best. I cant commend them enough for their hard work and dedication. It can definitely get busy but everyone was very efficient while being patient with us. The ski/snowboard rental prices are also pretty reasonable, slightly cheaper than some other places around.

I have lived in California for 18 years, with my husband we go to different areas on weekends and pruneyard is one of my favorites. We had lunch and stayed for coffee. I am looking for a specific model of running shoes from the Hoka brand. Thats why I went to see the Sport Basement sales room and I was surprised with the amount of products they have for sale: Camp & Hike Bikes, Running shoes, Training Yoga Travel Climb Surf & SUP Swimming Ski Snowboard clothes. Drinks and Nutrition snacks Electronics. They also have items for rent: Camp Gear Bikes Ski & Snowboard Wetsuits Inflatable SUPs Bike Travel Cases Bike Travel Racks Demo Bikes Demo Tennis Rackets. They also have an eco friendly program: reused cardboard and all kinds of recycling collection bins to help fun recyclable stuff from landfills.I ended up buying another model thanks to the advice of one of his employees, who knew a lot about materials, angles and styles of shoes. I left very satisfied, for my next purchase I will return.The staff is very friendly and professional and prices are fair.I highly recommend this place.

Came here to rent skis, boots, poles with no reservation on Presidents’ Day weekend in the late afternoon which apparently is one of the busiest seasons.I was surprised with how quickly we were in and out not to mention how much more affordable this was in comparison to even the cheapest of ski resorts. Pretty much everything for every sport, in a large airy warehouse style store. The selection is diverse enough to provide many price points. We rent skiing equipment for the season, the great staff helps ensure everything is perfect. If you go frequently, being a member of their reward program is worth it.

There was some confusion about what was on sale when I checked out and ended up only receiving my member 10% discount.I mentioned this in a previous review. A Sports Basement management person, Anna promptly responded that she would help out and provide the 25% sale discount. She mentioned customer satisfaction and happiness is the number one priority. I visited the store tonight for a gait analysis to select a new pair of running shoes since I am training for the upcoming SF Marathon (my first).Im honestly a little overwhelmed by the store because its huge and I dont have a long history of athleticism, but Keith was the nicest person on the entire planet and made everything so digestible.From patiently taking in my gait, concerns, and goals to giving me advice on shoes, running fuel, and even the kindest motivating narrative about the final bit of the marathon. I just, oof. What an absolute gem of a person.I had to run off for a group practice run, but I am so so grateful to Keith for the help, advice, and motivation. He informed me of some of the differences in types of shoes and brands and assisted me with finding a pair that felt most comfortable when I walked out of the store. I wish Id found the Sports Basement earlier. The last couple months Ive been shopping for Arcteryx jackets. I went to REI, to the Arcteryx-branded store at Stanford Mall, plus to their Livermore outlet mall. The selection was always pretty limited. Today at SB it was like hitting the mother lode. I tried on jackets Id only read about online.Update: Arcteryx pulled their goods from any discounter but I still like SB for friendly people at good prices so yesterday I switched to HH for my favorite new ski pants.

Tony and his team at the ski shop are amazing. I brought in a pair of skis and AT bindings for them to mount. A day after I brought them in I received a call that the bindings were not performing to the required safety level. Tony spent the entire day testing a new pair of bindings from the shop, a pair from a separate Sports Basement location, and finally recommended a different brand of binding because all of them failed. They take their work extremely seriously and even got my twigs back to me before the quoted pick up date. These guys rock.

The footwear technicians here are the best. Rudy helped me out with some shoes the other day and I had some very specific criteria. He was extremely patient and we tried on several pairs with no pressure to buy. Lucky for me I found exactly what I needed. This Sports Basement store is locked at Campbell pruneyard, right next for the Trader Joe.First of, they have a good collection of Yeti, if you are a Yeti fans.Second, they carrier a wide variety of equipment and gears, snowboarding, camping, biking you name it all.But the price is a bit on the high size, you could usually find a better deal on line, at least this is the case for me.

This review is for the bicycle department. I visited this store within the last couple weeks with a bicycle model in mind. Within a few minutes of searching the bike racks, Ed kindly asked if I wanted help. I love SB over REI bc they price match and provide the same great gear. The 10% back for being a SB member is instant and wonderful. You dont have to wait for a rebate credit. the transaction is done right there and then. That means more money for more gear right away 😉. Their customer service is wonderful. The people are incredibly helpful.Ive been considering the Yakima system for a while and came into the store to meet Ed and Jasmyn (the boss!). Ed showed me the system and helped me make some measurements to make sure it fits on to my hitch. Then came the conversation with Jasmyn to ask if she can help me price match. She was incredibly reasonable and fair and made it happen. She even offered to have Filipe help me install it! I forgot my hitch key at home so I thanked her and Filipe for the offer.Bottom line, the prices at SB cannot be beaten. If it can, show them the ad (same make, model, color, etc) and theyll take care of you. Be honest reasonable, and polite. They will treat you the same.I love SB! The staff at this store is so friendly and helpful. They know their products so well and they take the time to assess what would be best for your foot issues. This Campbell location is great. It was busy in there (there was a Patagonia sale going on), but the staff was really efficient and the long checkout line moved very quickly. Im always impressed by the knowledge of the workers - they are not pushy, but really helpful if you need something. The changing room experience was great, too. I didnt need to wait or track anyone down in order to try something on real quick. I will be back because they have great sales on items that I appreciate. :)

Took my 1978 Peugeot UO-8 in for new brakes (cables & pads) and chose the tune up. Was informed later I could save money with a major tune up which I opted for-- thanks :-) . That also included cleaning and a bunch more. I took it out for a 10 mile ride as soon as I picked it up (next day) and it was perfect-- brakes have not been this good since it was new (yes, I purchased that bike new). It was fully cleaned and adjusted and not only looked great, but rode wonderfully. I also got a new handlebar wrap which helps to tune up the appearance as well. Thanks much team at SB Campbell!

I went in last weekend to get an entire setup - skis, bindings, and boots. Tony helped me with selecting the right boots and he was great! He was very informative and knowledgeable. Ive been renting skis and shopping for outdoor and travel/camping supplies here for at least 7 years and always have a good experience. The selection of goods from snorkeling and skiing to backpacking and climbing is excellent. The place is pretty huge but really nicely organized so its easy to find everything youre looking for (plus more). The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Prices are on par with competitors and there are usually good sales or 10% discount if you sign up. Sometimes the ski rental area gets crowded, but it moves fast and they do a great job. I highly recommend them for sports and outdoor gear.

Bought my ski boots hear this past weekend and Brett or Brent was so great. He validated all my concerns on my past boots being too stiff, too small and too narrow and was patient and helpful finding a boot that fit me so much better. I love their policy of customer happiness first and if the boot doesnt work I can still get a refund. I went back to get my bindings adjusted and they did an adjustment, wax and edge job on my skis within 30 minutes and were so friendly! I also went searching for a missing bike rack piece and 3 people asked if they could help while I was walking through the store and everyone was just so helpful. I will be going back here for all my sports and outdoor needs from now on! (I live in Santa Cruz but driving 17 is worth it for this customer service).

In the last 4 years I have been servicing my mountain bikes at the sports basement of Campbell I have never been disappointed! Also, recently I needed to have my Thule bike rack warranted and had no receipt cause a bought it several years back. The Manager Anna Guzman from that store went above and beyond to make sure I would have my issues solved. She was able to somehow find my receipt in the store data base and sent me a copy. From the cheapest to the most expensive equipment you buy there you are equally covered. The store’s crew are highly competent and professional to help out. Highly recommended.P.s- Always save your receipts from equipment bought. Take a picture of them and keep it, for sure you will need it.

The rental with ski stuff was quick and efficient. However we purchased some winter discounted items that were supposed to be 30% off, but the cashier charged them for original prices with a 10% member discount. I went home and checked the pieces online, then went to found our previous purchases about a week ago, the discounts were all messed up too. Maybe the cashiers could inform and check with customers what they’re getting and what discounts they receive when customers are checking out. One small move makes the great service!

I can’t address and appreciate enough the amount of time and knowledge the associates put at this store to make sure you choose the right option and go home happy.On 3 different occasions I got outstanding help from Marry and Rudy in Shoes department. Marry spent 1.5 hours with me and my mom to make sure we get what we came for and when I ended up not buying anything for myself, all I got was smile and great attitude. Their ski bus is a fantastic and easy way to get up to the slopes for a one day trip. We left promptly both up and back and it was nice to sleep on the way up and not have to worry about driving it yourself.I gave it four stars because of a few reasons. The bus price has gone up almost 50% since pre pandemic times. They do not offer the service to rent gear the day before and have it preloaded onto the bus by the staff (this was so convenient!!). They used to have breakfast (coffee, bagels, cream cheese, etc) in the morning at 5am which was very nice. Now we have to bring our own breakfast. We love their post-day drinks and party before departure, but they used to offer food, now it’s drinks only.I don’t feel like I’m getting as much value out of the 50% increase in cost since and the amenities were taken away. If they brought back the breakfast, loading rental gear onto the bus, and added after ski snacks, it would be just like the good old times and my family and I would be inclined to ride it more often during the season.

I went in to look for a North Face rain jacket which your website said was in stock. Unfortunately when I got there it took some time to find the rain jackets. I was aware they are towards the very back of the store. Once I found my way there (had to track down a sales associate in order for him to find another sales associate). Every time I come in here to get my bike serviced the team here does a fantastic job. The service is quick and reliable. Serious props to them for a recent real-time fix the other day. My rear shifter cable snapped 10 miles into my planned 100k ride and I was able to muscle it back to Sports Basement. When a gear broke on one of my bikes, and a tube collapsed on another, a friend recommended Sports Basement in Campbell. Mike in repairs said he needed to keep the bike with the broken gear, but offered to repair the tire on the other bike, right there and then. Josef who worked on the tire, took time to explain why the valve had ripped and proposed good options to the tube I in my tire. The entire team was friendly, professional and incredibly pleasant. The next day Jimmy called to let me know my gear was fixed. Turns out he had also cleaned my disc brakes at no extra charge, because they were rubbing and a mess. How cool is that! Great experience as always at Sports Basement, or as my kids call it: Dads Happy Place. We went to Sports Basement (SB) to pick up some snowboarding boots that Id purchased for my daughter, online. When I arrived the boots were quickly found and we were able to try them on in-store. It was a good thing too, because they were a tad too small. The store happened to have the next 1/2 size up in stock so the very helpful gentleman in the ski department brought them out and asked my daughter a few questions about the fit. With that info he brought out another pair of boots from a different manufacturer that he thought would work to address her concerns on fit. His suggestion was spot on and, after making a very easy return of the online purchase, were off with a new set of boots that fit her feet much better. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, SUPER friendly, and always go out of their way to make sure you make an informed purchasing decision (without being pushy at all); they make suggestions, you make decisions :-)

A while back during the end of the snow season I came in to buy a whole new snowboard set up because I got tired of renting even though they make it really easy at this place. Brett gave me some great options and I really like the Jones board he recommended paired with my union bindings and K2 boots. Props to him. And with that 40% off sale, it just couldn’t be beat. Alex at the snow shop did a great job mounting my snowboard bindings and gave perfect advice on wax options as I am new to doing it myself. And what was really surprising is that I came in a couple days ago and Alex still remembered me and asked how my waxing was going! I bought Torin 5 running shoes from them. In no time, the sole started peeling. It took time for me ease into them, and as the sole indicates, it had not been used much. I called and they asked me to bring the shoes back and cashier could take a look.The cashier started telling me that it was very worn out. The other cashier informed her that customer can return it up to 5 months on running shoes, but she just wanted to be right.I would have been okay if she just said they did not want to do it. I was going to take it up with Altra (the manufacturer) any way. But I did not appreciate the gas lighting. To say this is a very worn out as an excuse was not nice. This is a great shop. I took a bicycle wheel in here to convert it to quick release. Turns out nothing about the wheel was usual. They ultimately could not get the right part through their supplier but told me what part it needs and they would do the job if I brought it in. So I got it, brought it in and they happily swapped my wheel axel. When I picked it up the mechanic remembered me and gave me some pointers about the work he did. It was an excellent experience because the team was professional, helpful and friendly all around. I saw a lot of really nice customer interactions while waiting for people to try and figure out the odd ball wheel I brought them to work on. He tried to push me to buy $450 boots that Ive never tried on. What I tried on was a pair of HV boots that was a bit loose for me. He said MV (tighter version) might fit which made sense but I never said I wanted to buy it now because I never tried MV and the HV was the third pair of boots I tried on, they dont have any other big brands for my size so I couldnt compare. He pulled out his phone and said he would order MV from other stores. I was confused so I asked if he meant I come next time to try MV but he said NO, I have to pay for it before he order and immediately gave his phone to me to fill out the information. Man, he didnt even tell me the price... I cant spend $450 before trying on2. Ignored my questions and gave weird responses. After I told him I need more time and MV is not within my budget, I asked if the store does price match. He didnt respond though he just stood in front of me (fine he might not hear me). But the funny thing is that the guy who sat next to me immediately asked the same question and he responded yes they do price match, even for online stores. So I pulled out my phone and found that an online store is selling MV with significantly lower price and showed him to confirm if its the MV that he suggested so I could order in-store with that online price. It was a standard website picture with make/model and all those info but he said I......dont know what this is and I dont help customers with online shopping ??? I was confused and asked you guys do price match right? He said Do you remember what I said? So weird... I dont have any mood to continue to shop.

Reminds of the old school stores I grew up rummaging through. It has a hippy feel like you’re in Berkeley. They also have a ski bus on the weekends (out of Sunnyvale) that’s awesome. The people are super nice. Not all of them are experts but they can find someone who can answer your questions. Overall, a family style sporting good store. Great job!

I had the most incredible experience here during the holiday! I went there a few times for various gifts and every time the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Don’t get frustrated seeing the long lines to check out as they are SUPER quick to move people in lines.But the mega customer service move was done in the Shop Work area with Tony. I purchased some skis for my daughters. One of them had the correct bindings in store and my other one didn’t have the right size. Even though they didn’t have it in stock Tony wrote down exactly what I needed and two locations to call. I found it at one of those, grabbed it and came back to have the shop mount it. Story doesn’t stop here.I come to find out when I came back the next day to pick up both skis that were newly mounted that the store I grabbed them from gave me two different bindings. Tony took it upon himself to call the store I bought it from, drive there on his break with another coworker who worked with them in the past, got the correct binding, got back to Sportbasement and had it mounted and ready for me the next day! Btw, a one day turn around was incredible too given understaffing, low inventory issues had by all!I was taken back first by his kindness, thoroughness, and impeccable customer service. Retail stores get a bad rap these days with low staff, low inventory, and crabby customers. Tony should do a training for all staff. You don’t have to be the fastest. You should be the most knowledgeable, provide solutions, and follow through to the best of your ability. He did that and much more!I have always had great experiences shopping at this store but this was next level. I will forever be a customer of this store for all my adventure needs. Well done Tony! I generally do standard cleaning of my bike 1x a month, but bring it in 1x a year to have them do the full overhaul and make sure Im not about to have to do a more expensive repair job down the road.They recently re-did my derailleaurs and fixed up a shifting problem (that I wasnt able to quite handle myself, and nearly made worse) and its riding better than ever!

Always seen them around but never went in. Finally visited needing snow gear for the family. Place was neat, organized, and all of the employees asked if I needed help and greeted me. Signed up for the membership and is totally worth it if you have a family that goes outdoors or travels. My husband and I are from the East coast and had never shopped at a Sports Basement previously. Upon entering the store, an employee at the entrance asked what we were shopping for. We informed her we were interested in purchasing wetsuits, and she said she would send a team member to assist us in that department immediately. Within 5 minutes of browsing through the wetsuits, Brian (Sports Basement Manager) came over and helped answer some questions we had regarding which type of wetsuit would be best for surfing. We started talking about surfing spots on the coast which led to Brian giving us travel tips on cool spots for hiking/camping/surfing etc. in the Bay Area. Rep[airs happen behind a closed curtain and one never knows what exactly had been don. The interface at the counter is also only minimally knowledgeable about bike hardware and repairs. So when I got my bike bike after a $200 service I did not know what was wrong and what had been fixed. Asked for shifter adjustment, but shifting is just as poor as before. Small bike shop, might provide a better service. Still waiting to hear back about a front wheel repair, or they are just waiting for me to call and inquire?

I needed to buy some new athletic shoes - and I was interested in the Hoka brand. Keith did a great job of explaining to me the features of this shoe and then brought me a pair of these shoes that would be right for my feet based on what I told him I needed. When the Womens wide was not wide enough for my foot, he brought me a pair of Mens 2E which felt me very well. I wanted to try on another wide shoe to get a comparison - and he brought me a pair of New Balance shoes in 3E. After walking around for quite a bit, I decided to buy the Hoka brand shoes and I am very happy with my purchase. Keith was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He allowed each customer the time they needed to walk around in the shoes - and he was able to assist multiple customers at once. I felt that Keith valued me as a customer and that was very important to me. This is one of the main reasons that I came to Sports Basement to buy new shoes.

They also have a very large selection of gear, especially ski/snowboarding gear and running shoes. Their backpacking/camping section is smaller than I would like, but still has a lot packed into it. The skis, boots, and poles were high quality, but the customer service was poor. Particularly, the pace at which the employees served the customers was unacceptable. We stood in line for close to 3 hours to rent skies, and although there were many customers, the employees did not try to adjust to the number of customers by being prompt or increasing their work pace. For example, the employees had taken my measurements before I got to the counter; however, it took 7 minutes for one of them to adjust the skies to the size of my boots. I estimated that if I knew what I was doing, I would have probably taken between 1 and 2 minutes to do the same thing. The employee was slothful as were all the employees. Additionally, the rental system as a whole was inefficient. Although there seemed to be enough employees to handle the rush, many employees seemed to be wandering around purposeless.

I bought a bike from SB online during SIP with their 20% Gear Up sale. The experience was great. They sent an email a few minutes after purchasing about what the steps would be as far as the bike being built and arranging pick up. About a week later Scott, the bike mechanic, contacted me via email to set up an appointment for pick up, I ended up picking it up that same day. He made it super easy, showed me how to take the front and back tires off and how to put them back on so it fit easily into my car and suggested a few bike shops in my area, about an hour and a half away from SB, that I could take the bike to if I couldn’t make it back to Campbell. I went in here for the first time and bought my son some new baseball cleats, batting gloves and my Mom a pair of Brooks to help her knees and fused ankle while she does her walks.I had NO one offer to help us search for shoes at all. The girl who checked us out told me about the basementeer membership, so I signed up for that. Then decided to grab a hydro flask because they were offering 10% off PLUS an EXTRA 30% off for basementeer members that day only. So she said it would apply to that. Well we were rushed out because they were closing and the girl applied only the 10% off and not the extra 30% off of the hydro flask.Overall I think this place could be great and they have some awesome deals. I’d like to go back. However staff seems to be rude and inefficient or run processes as they should. Perhaps more training would be beneficial. Maybe I caught them on a bad day and they were too worried about their Saturday night and wanted to get out of there. But the gentleman with the beard, long hair and some sort of bright colored headwear, was rude and his behavior and attitude towards my children was unacceptable. My husband runs a business and if one of his employees behaved that way, it wouldn’t be tolerated. He needs to be retrained on how to handle things appropriately. Especially when I spent over $300 there on my first visit in. Maybe it’s a reflection of Bay Area employees.

After less than stellar experiences at Helm of Sun Valley, and subpar experiences at Sports Basement Sunnyvale; I can finally say all my future ski-related business, and my networks business will be going to Richard DeBorba and Jasmyn Galvans team at Sports Basement Sunnyvale.Today I went to two other ski stores (Helm of Sun Valley; and Sports Basement Sunnyvale) having a simple request of a minor boot punch on the inner right shell of my Salomon S-Lab Touring Ski Boots. Disregarding the competition, upon going to the first location at Sunnyvale, the Senior technician, who I was told was the best technician on the West Coast, Stew; informed me through another associate that my boots were impossible to attempt working on, let alone recommending another option. I never spoke to the technician in the back shop directly, just the one associate working all of the shop repair desk by himself. Note - this occurred after waiting 25 mins just to explain my request to the desk; understandably - given the times, I know staffing at stores is tough.After asking a second time if the associates or technician would like to PHYSICALLY have me put my boot on so they could do a grease and hammer check on the shell to re-evaluate their opinion, they turned me away. I never put my boot on, or sat down with an associate. I felt I had wasted 40 mins here, plus the 2 hours I wasted at Helm of Sun Valley. Feeling lucky, i figured I would try one more place before abandoning hope that anyone in the Bay Area could do a simple boot punch - so I made my way to Sports Basement Campbell.As a lifelong skier, with over 25 years of competitive freestyle, and instructional skiing, 10+ years of CSIA-level teaching, and almost a decade in the ski hardgoods retail market I can honestly say that the team at SB Campbell has earned my (and my friends, family and networks) business for life. Shoutout to Richard DeBorba, Jasmyn Galvan, and the two techs/associates Tony and Chris.I was directed to Jasmyn Galvan, the manager upon explaining my predicament and request for minor boot work at the Shop desk, she immediately evaluated the scope of work and knew the right person to ask was Tony; who was on the floor. She was prompt, clear, and apologized in advance that they were busy. Upon meeting with Tony, her and Jasmyn went above and beyond to accommodate me into their customer queue of less than 20 mins of waiting. Having explained to Tony that I had previously been to an affiliate store in Sunnyvale and turned me away (see above), Tony was determined to take a look at my boots. Him and another associate/tech Chris were both very accommodating to my input and feedback after profiling me as a customer. They quickly realized that my request for minor boot punch work was well-informed and directed (a problem I had at the previous two stores); and they were honest that they may not have the right tools at that location but theyd see what they could do.I assisted both Tony and Chris is blasting my shell and liner, and assisted with the marking of my shell; and they went as far as using a boot press that wasnt mounted to a proper work bench to still do a punch less than 3 mm to the best of their abilities to relieve me of the pain I was reporting in my touring boots. They did not force additional products, or alternatives solutions while this process happened; and they spent 100% attention to my feedback and ideas to solve this problem, while embracing incoming customers during a busy Saturday afternoon. On top of this, they charged me a fair rate for their time, and appreciated the customer/worker conversation we had during that time.I made a point to ensure their manager Jasmyn Galvan would give them a thanks from the company; and emailed their corporate account.10/10 would suggest all experienced, beginner, and general outdoors people go here. Period. I will be taking all my future ski, boarding, and biking business to the team here.
