Friendly staff, I definitely appreciate the free upgrade on your first time at a new location. Also impressed by the speed of service.However, I will probably go back to cheaper places in the future. And the shoulder massage is a machine, and much quicker than the haircut: not really worth it.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years, and everyone here has been kind, welcoming, and gets my haircut done! But today, I had a bad experience where I had stylist Marissa, who did not have a great attitude. I paid for the shampoo treatment, and after she handed me a towel to dry my hair. She didn’t use new towels. At the end, when I wanted my hair styled, she even told me to comb my hair up the way I wanted it. Handing me a comb. I was disappointed, because I always come here for my haircuts and have never had a bad experience until today.

I asked for a 3 on the sides and a 6 on the top, got a 3 everywhere and didnt know till my glasses came back on. Gotta find a hat now

This was my first time here and upon walking into the store I felt welcomed and appreciated! I heard very good things about Heidi B so I decided to book my haircut with her. She was very kind and welcoming! One thing I loved that she did was that she asked me what I wanted to do with my hair, most barbers/stylists impose what they want, so this was nice. I explained thoroughly what I wanted I she was understanding and execute my desired haircut perfectly. We actually had a great conversation through the haircut! Lastly, I loved receiving a massage/shampoo in that I definitely needed it! I will most definitely be returning!

My dad went in for a haircut with Paige as his stylist and had a great experience. He said it is his best haircut ever. I have to write this review for him because he doesn’t use the internet. Thank you Paige and Sports Clips!

Went here for the first time and asked if they accept walk ins, and one of the ladies said yes and to have a seat. I waited nearly 50 minutes for one of them to finish, but right before they do 3 guys walked in and put in their number. Then immediately after she calls them, I told her that the other lady-(who just stared at me while this was happening) said for me to sit down and that they accept walk ins and she told me I had to wait behind these three guys that had literally just came in because they entered their number a minute prior, so naturally i walked out. This happened on 06/27/2023 around 10 -11am, and I am very disappointed on how that was handled.

Great cut but nicked neck. 1st time at a sports clips thought it was going to be an experience but felt let down. Only offered a free wash for 1st time didnt have anything else explained or offered. Nothing special about this place.

Whenever i come into town i stop by here. Yeah the whole sports theme thing is kinda hokey, but it’s better than going to a barber or salon. I had the please of having Bridget as my hair stylist last week and not only is she lovely to have a conversation with but her scissor skills are unmatched! i got the exact cut i asked for - not too long or too short - and received so many compliments the next day :)

I used this shop a few times but wont go back again. I was given a very poor cut at least two times. I went back and tried them again after getting a bad cut just to see if using a different stylist would help. Nope! My hair looks chopped all over and there are multiple bald spots. The people are nice but I cant go back because I dont get a good cut.
