I went in to get a haircut and it was ok, but when I got home I noticed a portion on the side was missed. So I went back to see if the woman would fix the part that she missed. She did a big sigh and told me to sit down.She then proceeded to cut too much from the side she missed and when I told her she cut too much she said I couldn’t tell because my hair was wet. I told her both sides were wet and that didn’t make one side longer. She was clearly annoyed and asked what to do. So I asked if she could now cut the other side to match the newly cut and shorter side. While she was wetting my hair she “accidentally” sprayed me in the face with water and then made no mention of it when I was wiping off my face.I will never return to this location and will advise others to do the same. Rather than the gimmicks of a hot towel on my face and 30 seconds of a shoulder massage, I would prefer just a good, symmetrical haircut.

First time at this Sport Clips, got my haircut from Jie. Personally, it was great because she has a ton of experience with Asian hair. Was extremely friendly and helpful. I believe shes usually there on the weekends which is great if you ever need a last minute cut before an event!

My first time here and I chose Jie because of her great survey records. And i was not disappointed at all. Im glad I chose her. Jie did a great job on my hair. She gave great massage too. I would come back here again and choose Jie. Highly recommended.

Really cool spot!! I went for my first visit to take advantage of the free haircut offered for Veterans Day!! Im super bad with names but I believe the barber I had was Carlos!! Had a great football conversation and we talked a bit about my time in the military!! My haircut was really nothing to complain about! I am bald so nothing to it! But the experience was a very good one! The shampoo and massage chair were amazing!! Not sure how often I will be visiting since I dont have much hair but Im sure Ill go back!

Its a great place to get ur MVP haircut. If you check in online for the month of July, ull get an ultimate double MVP. Cold or hot towels for July onlyand double so that awesome! U can get a double anytime as well. Come see us, its a must try!

It was my first ever at Sports Clips! Lian was very friendly, professional and did a wonderful job at cutting my hair just the way I like it. I wasnt aware of the perks that come with/after the haircut so it was a wonderful surprise when I got my hair washed with a nice smelling Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner. The hot towel felt really nice. After the hair washing and hot towel, the massage on my neck and shoulders felt wonderful and very much needed. Ill be coming back here for my next haircut and definitely recommend to anyone else.
