Called, and the girl who answered said, I dont know how long the wait is and Im not in front of the computer. 2 problems, no solutions. She was not happy there and not the kind of person/team Id want cutting my hair.

This lady Vita does not know how to cut hair at all. I asked for a simple cut 3 all the way around the top and an undercut. She’s dancing on my head with her trimmers like a child and even bounced it hard on my head twice. When I stop mid way to tell her the lines on my head look off she’s telling me it’s my hat. 30 years of haircuts and this is the worst, even after plenty of times wearing a hat. Don’t let her touch your hair.Oh and also the worst mustache trim of my life. No scissors, just a machine and comb. Looks super uneven and sloppy.

The staff are kind of rude every time we come here, We choose the first available stylist and we always get someone that looks like they would literally want to be anywhere else. My son got a really bad haircut on our most recent visit.I dont think Ill be taking him back.

A nice place to get a haircut. I took my son here late at night to get a haircut for picture day. Our usual place was closed so we ended up at Sport Clips.The atmosphere is nice, catering to men with the sports theme. A lot of TVs to watch a variety of channels while you wait and during your cut.They use a visual queue system that lets you know how long your wait is so that was nice. You can even step outside and receive a text when its your time.The prices are very steep compared to what I am used to paying for a mens and boys haircut. This is my biggest complaint. It is a barber with salon prices. The haircuts ended up really nice so if you dont mind the price, this may be for you.The absolute best part of the visit was the staff. They are very friendly and talkative and they cut hair well. We used the first-timers special of wash and massage and it was nice. The staff really made that place special and inviting. I would definitely return again if they ran a special or I had a coupon. Those prices are the only thing keeping me from going.

It was our first time going there, and it was generally a good experience. Checked in online, short wait, adequate social distancing, decent haircut for my son. Less two stars because although all the hairstylists were wearing masks the whole time, the receptionist had hers lowered the whole time we were there. And she was the one cleaning the chairs and things between each client. She even gave a client a mask to wear because he had a different type of face covering. Really, and she can’t even wear her own mask? Please just pull it up and wear it properly.

I really enjoy the concept of Sports Clips; a place where one can receive a cut, shampoo, beard trim, massage and hot towel. Great VIP service (free first time). I just do not know how sustainable it would be in the long run, as the price can be prohibitive (local mom and pop barber shops are a 1/3 of the price). Nevertheless, great experience, and I would go there again.

Melissa the manager, and her team Melissa, Dana, and Jessica work hard and always provide best in class customer service and my hair always looks good when I walk out of there. I have been coming here for years, ever since I walked in right after another place butchered my hair. They fixed and and made it presentable right away. I like that they have my info and style of cut on file. The stylists may come and go, but they always know what they have to do with my hair. I have not run into an unhappy stylist yet and the mobile check in saves me time. I am a lifetime client

Last year we brought our grandson for a haircut. He was four. The girl that cut his hair used her clippers to trim around his ears and at the back of his neck. He looked like he wanted to cry but held it back until he couldn’t hold back any longer and he just lost it. He was all scratched up. We felt terrible. He refused to ever go back to your shop for another haircut. I ended up taking him back on New Years Eve this year and explained what happened. The girl who cut his hair was extra gentle. He got a good cut and isn’t afraid to go back now. So thank you for that.

Great place to get a hair cut! I can go on and on about how great my first experience was going here. First of all, Dana cut my hair and she was awesome! Very friendly and outgoing. She took great strides to make sure I was doing okay. She went above and beyond the call of duty. The location itself is very acommodating to sports fans. TVs all throughout the place to show any aired sporting events. It was very clean inside too. Some barber shops or hair salons have hair all over the floor. Not here though. The prices are reasonable for their packages. Another great perk of going here, is the free sideburn and neck trimmings in between haircuts. Something us men need and continuous basis. I went early morning when it was slow so I was attended to very promptly. I work in the customer service industry and, if I were to give Sports Clips, they would get an A+. Hands down! Thank you Sports Clips!

We made an appointment 40 minutes out and arrived minutes before. They took us on time. This was our first post-Coronavirus visit to a barbershop. Guests had to wait outside which I kind of hoped would be the case. Masks were worn by staff and guests. Im not sure if they were accepting cash, but all the signage was pushing paperless payments. The payment terminals were sluggish and not reacting well to using pens as a stylus. This gave us time to hear another guest opine about how he doesnt believe in all this COVID-19 stuff.

My kid liked the way the place was set up filled with sports stuff. The service was friendly. Now for the 3 stars . They are over priced we went for the first time they said we get a discount it came up to $27 for first time hair cut but all he got was a trim! Never again will we go even if he liked sports. #GoogleGuide

Sport Clips La Verne is best experience anybody could want. The Staff is very friendly always smiling and your in and out very quickly. I love the MVP touch as ittotally relaxes you and your leave there very refreshed.I would recommend it to anyone. If you are a sports fan like I am you will love all the TVs in the room. No matter where you sit, you can watch your favorite event!!

I do not usually venture out to La Verne, but something came up. I was in need of a haircut and it was getting late on a Sunday afternoon, so I googled haircuts near me. Though most others were closed, Sport Clips was open until 5:00 pm. When I got there I was warmly greeted by the employees. They instructed how to sign in as the method used here is far more tech advanced than my usual barber uses. Being a first time costumer I got the “MVP” upgrade at no extra cost. I may just have to venture out to La Verne now for my haircuts.

Worst haircut Ive had in a very long time! Knowing it was my first time at a new place I brought pictures of myself with a previous cut I really liked and showed it to the haircutter (stylist is too generous a word) and trusted her to get it at least close. Boy was I wrong. She completely ignored what I showed her and proceeded to cut my hair the way she wanted to. When she asked if it was ok after she supposedly finished, I had this weird swirl on my head so I let her shampoo my hair and then tried to brush it into the shape I had asked for. unfortunately the cut left me with little to work with and now I have to wait a few weeks for it to grow out so I can fix this butcher job. And the butchers name was Salina.This is a low priced cut and run shop like supercuts or fantastic Sams with just as bad quality.Spend the money and find a real stylist.

I love the MVP service, which includes a haircut, hot towel face wrap, shampoo, and mini-face and shoulder/back massage for $28...its a little more expensive than other places, but the service is unmatched. I also like the phone app or online check-in and text messages with appointment updates.

Celicia is the best, its been almost a year since ive been geeting my hair cut at Sport clips with celicia and there is no other place id go get my hair cut. Its unbelievable that at the age of 22 she has such great expertise not to mention the all around laughs we have during my cut.
