Looking for just a Relator? Lisa is NOT it! looking for someone to hold your hand through the process, someone who CARES more about you than just the Sale, Someone who will be CONSISTENT, someone who will make you feel like you are apart of the family? That is LISA!! she isnt in the Reality business, she is in the people business.. She Truly CARES about you not just about selling your house. I cant say enough about her... and If I did I would definitely NEED more room. Lisa will not only be consistent but she will GIVE you up to date updates! Recently, my husband and I were interested in relocating from Oregon to the San Luis Obispo County area on the Central Coast of California. We had spent time there years ago and loved the climate. Our internet search led us to Lisa Spencer of 21st Century Realtors. After a few phone calls to determine our requirements, Lisa developed a list of neighborhoods based on our needs. We drove down, met her in person, and toured her list of potentials in a day and a half. As a result, we focused on the Trilogy development in Nipomo, California. It had everything we wanted and more. While waiting for a new model to be built was not in our plans, Lisa was able to discover a new listing on a resale home of the model that interested us. She toured the home and property, sent us videos, and worked with us in developing an offer that the sellers accepted. We have been thrilled with her attention to detail and patience before and after the sale. Lisa has gone above and beyond our expectations and our experience with realtors in the past. I met Lisa about a year ago. She is funny, caring and direct. She has a huge heart, and we laugh until we cry when we are together. I have leaned on her as a friend and as a coworker. She is an amazing person and amazing at her job.
