I was told $40 to install an SSD card but when I arrived the tech reccomended not to install the SSD Drive I had on hand but instead, buy a Samsung SSD. because the memory I had on hand was not a reccomended brand. The tech literally unscrewed 4 screws showed me how to install the memory. I figured since the tech didnt install the memory, leaving a $10 Tip for the information was a good gesture. As I was leaving, I was told they usually charge for consultation. I gave the guy $20, a total of $30. I dont know how I feel about that one. 🤔 The techs were really nice and knowledgeable but still, I dont know if 20 mins of information, 4 screws and a Sata cable was worth $30

Sam is a good man and a Consummate Professional. I called him when he was working at home because of The Covid & told him my issue and asked about a diagnostic. He said just bring the computer over...no charge to check it out. I never did bring it to him...just suffered the annoyances it was giving me. A few weeks later after HP Support could not resolve my new problem, I brought it to Sam at his shop. Andy met me and brought me inside. Ryan wound up working on the computer. Both fine young men. Very pleasant and professional. Ryan educated me re the dust & dirt that had built up inside my computer and covered the motherboard. Not a pretty sight. When all was said and done, instead of having to lay out $600-$900 for a new or refurbished computer...I spent $65 and my computer is in great shape now. I HIGHLY recommend Speedy Tech to anyone who needs help with their computer issues.

We hired Sam to upgrade our computer network at our Medical Clinic we have on Ventura Blvd. Security was a great concern to us being a clinic with sensitive data. Sam placed many layers of security starting from the computers themselves all the way to a Business Class router that also has a built in Antivirus, Anti-Malware, Intrusion Protection, and more. Sam is very knowledgeable about system security and we highly recommend him.

Ive known Sam from Speedy Tech for I think over a year now. He is managing all our computer related needs like Networking, computer issues and most importantly maintaining our Servers, the core of our daily activities. Before Sam was introduced to our company, we were spending a lot on computer equipment and other accessories to keep it going. But when Sam took over and much to our surprise, most of the things we bought were unnecessary. The server was running at a very costly operating system and a very expensive acquisition not designed for our company. He changed the whole system and now we are enjoying a worry free maintenance. And most importantly at a lower monthly cost. This is only some of the many other things he has done for us. I dont normally write a review but he really deserved this.

This is the go to place for Any computer Related issues you may have. Sam the owner of this Repair Company is one of the most honest and very Knowledgeable person about IT work. He is my personal IT guy. I called Sam to setup all my Computers at my office and install all the software I need and printers also sets up security for my PC. There has also been countless times when I have to move locations and hes the one to always move everything and setup everything . If anyone is looking for a Computer expert to keep your computers up and running smoothly this is the guy to call.

Great experience with Speedy Tech. Sam took into account my budget and how I use my computer and made recommendations based on what would work best for me. He took the time to explain the latest technology in a way that was easy to understand but without making me feel lame. He is honest, smart and nice! Also a bonus -- he works on both PCs and Macs. If you need computer help and you dont know where to start, do yourself a favor and call this place.

Superb quality of work. Fair pricing. Very knowledgeable. Had Sam take care of my home network. Needed all the computers to talk to each other. All computers now communicating. He also showed me new software to share my documents across different platforms.

Had a problem with my desktops cpu cooler and was having trouble finding someone willing to work with me. Sam responded quickly and we were able to work something out. I only had to wait about a day before my computer was back, and working properly once again. I would highly recommend them as they are very responsive and they do the job how you want it done.

I have worked with this office few times for different problems that I had with my computer and network system. They have a very good customer service. Compare to their comparatives they charge very reasonable. Also what I like about them, they are very knowledgeable, up-to-date and quick to solve your problem either on line or coming to your office or home same day. Thank you speedy tech.
