Very helpful Spectrum store located in Westlake. More importantly, it was not crowded. The employees were very attentive and helpful the minute we walked in the store. The only real drawback was that there is not a lot of mobile phone inventory on site, especially for accessories, but it felt like they could order and ship anything you might need. They were able to handle internet, cable, and mobile issues - which is nice to be able to take care of all of these in one place!

CLOSED 06/29/23. I went to exchange a router and modem because the ones I was originally given a month ago are incompatible with my VPN for work. The door was locked, and a staff member told me they were in a staff meeting and would be out soon. About ten minutes later, she came out and told myself and the others waiting that due to unforseen events, this location will be closed the rest of the day and hopefully reopen tomorrow.Im not sure whats going on, but they were also unexpectedly closed yesterday. It seems like theyre having issues keeping enough workers to run the store.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Omar here. He immediately helped me with all my needs and hooked me up with a killer deal for internet. I had to put zero money down which was killer! He also, told me about their new cell phone service. They use the same exact Verizon towers which I didn’t want to give up for a fraction of my Verizon service. Check it out! It is pretty incredible and I saved a fortune! These are the type of employees that you must keep and reward. Keep up the terrific work Omar! Honesty, Kindness & Patience always sells! It is a rare commodity that you don’t see much of these days: Honesty, Kindness & Patience. You rock! You have a customer for life here! Thank you again for all of your help! Weve had Spectrum internet for years, and it has been nearly flawless. The one or two times weve had technical issues we were able to get them resolved quickly.A few years ago, when nearby wildfires knocked out our communication infrastructure, we expected it would take weeks for them to restore our internet. That wouldnt have been unreasonable. But Spectrum somehow managed to get service restored within a day or two.

Arrived at the store 5 minutes before it opened to return a cable box . Three employees were already in the store and when I tried to open the door one of the employees motioned to me that they open in 2 minutes. It was raining outside and when he opened the door 2 minutes later I asked him why he wouldnt open the door 2 minutes early so I didnt have to wait in the rain. He told me store policy is they open at 10AM

Horrible customer service. We just got Spectrum Internet and of course, wife said ok to their Router. They charge $5 a month so I went out and bought my own router.Spectrum said I can drop off their router at their store. When I went to the store location in Thousand Oaks, Omar said I had to drop it off at a UPS store. He then went on to say if UPS could not receive it try FedEx and FedEx doesn’t work bring it back to the store.I think he was just too lazy to do the paperwork to receive the router. Why ship the item via UPS if I can actually handed over to them directly. Which is what The customer rep said on the phone (drop it off at their store)

There was no wait. More importantly, there was no high-pressure sale tactics. The team told me how I could save money by NOT getting a certain thing through Spectrum, and that shows a lot of integrity to me.

I went in the store to return the equipment. The agent wasnt happy that I am leaving for whatever be the reason and I didnt have a pleasant experience in store.

I’m using my iPad to contact Spectrum technical support they want to know what my phone number is? I said I’m not on the phone I am on my iPad and I need help. The respondent was speechless didn’t know what to do. He asked me is there anything else you can help me with? End of story

Spectrum is one of the most evil corporations. They hold regional monopolies and treat their customers like dirt, because they know we have no alternative.HOW DOES SPECTRUM BYPASS MONOPOLY LAWS?
