2024-01-24 22:50:43During my recent visit to this Spectrum store, I had a good experience with one of their employees named Anthony. He helped me with switching my devices over from Verizon to spectrum.I thought it was going to be a big headache but he made it easy. He was highly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The customer service at this location is excellent.

2024-04-14 20:45:06We went there with my wife to upgrade her phone the staff was kind of aggravated like they dont want to be there or they didnt want us to be there they told my wife that her phone was Zero value and it was impossible to exchange it cuz it was worth nothing then returning home we check the value online and it was for a significant amount we end up going to another store and the seller there told us that probably that person didnt want to help you because she wasnt going to get much commission overall do yourself a favor and go to another Spectrum store

Recommending the store for fast problem-solving is a kind gesture, and it may be helpful for others who has problem to set up on phone for the new service.

2023-11-14 06:46:36I just switched to Spectrum mobile and visited the store a few times in the past week to get my phone activated, etc. There was not wait every time that I visited. Parking is free and easy. The store is very clean and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

2023-05-12 15:17:08We had an awesome experience at this store. It was a little hard to find but worth it. The store was clean and had the phone we wanted in stock the people were very friendly. The Associate we worked with, Taushamika Edwards was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this mobile retail store.

2023-04-05 18:25:53Awful service. No connection to what they tell you on phone, on their customer service lines. So don’t bring any Information in that isn’t the store policy!! You will be SHAMED!!!The extremely experienced positive woman beyond counter will TURN THAT SCREEN AROUND to show you what the in store policy is. 🤣🤣🤣🙄Not matching what they are capable of doing on phone. Save your time.

2023-05-06 01:46:45I thought, wow, a spectrum with no one inside...now i know why no one was ever there. I went in to deal with something else, and they sold me a cell phone plan. They told me it was $30 for unlimited, and you can add a line for free for 30 days. I didnt have another device on me so they said oh just call it in when you have it. Soooo, I finally get around to doing so, and when i called, they told me I had to go to the store to do it. If I did wait, it would have been past my 30 days, and they said the online service is different from the store service, so I would have to go back to the store to deal with my issue. If you are the same company i shouldnt need to go back to the same store i purchased it from. Target doesnt make you return your items at the same target you bought it from, and they are a national company too! As soon as I can switch back to Verizon, I am, i just need to check if it hurts that i cancel before the year is up, because im sure they did not tell me that when i signed up! If someone from verizon is reading this, please get me a better deal as I was a long term customer and should have never switched. They have fixed my problems in the past and have even given me credit to make up for the issue, so I would LOVE TO GO BACK TO VERIZON FOR PHONE SERVICE.Moral of the story, dont sell something your company cant follow up on, NO MATTER THE LOCATION.Update:Automated response from the owner. Great customer service to a long complaint. You guys must have a F- grade on BBB.
