The worst service possible. Did not get the premium channels ordered. Took three tech and 8 hours to get their XUMO system to work. Always sorry things do not work correctly, but no effort to rectify the situation. Compared to the Comcast I have in Washington, Spectrum is like an 80s computer. They do not get even one star. Truly sucks.

Terrible Experience in the Desert Hot Springs Location. Very Bad Customer Service. Gladys the manager and another employee refused to help the 3 customers waiting! Disciplinary actions are requested!

Even though I got there at around 10 AM, there was quite the line — although, that was my fault because I didnt make a reservation. I suggest calling before going there just to make sure you save time instead of waiting for a while.Both of the sales associates were very helpful — especially the woman, whose name I unfortunately forgot. Spectrum also has a great deal right now; an instant $250 off the Google Pixel 6a (originally priced at $449.99), plus a $100 bonus when you trade in an eligible device. So, I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S9+ (valued at $29).In total, I saved about $379 and now pay a little over $3/mo for 24 months instead of the original $18/mo for 24 months.

We visited on Saturday and ordered a new phone for my wife. We were told to expect delivery on Tuesday, yesterday. Called support today to learn that the phone is back ordered and might get shipped on Friday. There are several different phones available, we wouldn’t have picked one that wasn’t in supply.Follow up: Another Tuesday has passed and still no info for when the phone will be delivered.We finally got the phone, ten days late. It was really easy to transfer service from the old phone to the new phone

I always hate going here. Way too busy this time. I signed in my name at the kiosk – was 6th in line – for the whole world [in the store] to see. 3 employees helping customers with one person training another. After 15 mins of waiting and NO PROGRESS I walked out. I had to return equipment. Went to the UPS Store instead. UPS store had no lines and no waiting. Boom boom and done. Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS Store if you need to return equipment.

I waited an hour to get help and was transferred multiple times the only reason I don’t give this place a one star review is because the young lady that actually sounded like she cared and followed up with me and got my issue resolved, by pushing it up to her supervisors I was without phone service for almost a week and come to find out that somebody dropped the ball on getting my service order processed. If everyone’s customer service skills were like hers this place would be getting a five star reviews

So dissapointed in the prices and customer service. Ive been a customer for 40 years and the recent price increase has just been too much. Normally, I can reconfigure my bundle and get my bill down to normal. This time, there was nothing they could do.As I was about to pay my bill, the manager came over to me and got really excited and told me I was the first one to use the new kiosk to pay. I was really feeling letdown about the bill, thinking about taking my business elsewhere and all the employees were high-fiving and excited about the kiosk. It was incredibly bizarre, as a customer I didnt feel heard or helped in any way, and having the staff cheering, celebrating, and high fiving was weird.This kind of experience is how you lose customers.
