Absolutely the most wonderful experience. The store specialist Henry is friendly, personable, and executes his work seamlessly. Not only was everything taken care of for me, but it was done so with pleasure. The work environment itself was fun enough to make me want to put in a job application. When I arrived two weeks later to pick up my order, staff I had never met before greeted me by name. This shows just how detailed and attentive these employees are. I’ll never forget this customer service, I am greatly appreciative.

Erica and Jose did a great job helping my aunt and I out! We have had such a headache with the whole process of transferring our number and the telehelp told us to go in store. I am so glad we did. We were in and out of there in 20 min with everything set up! Thank you again!

Came into store to exchange the router the employees were so extremely rude. I didnt see the sign that says to sign in first. The employee asked if I know how to read. I FINALLY GET HELPED, I go home set it up and they gave us the wrong modem. I go back same day an hour later and they refused to help me. Now Im stuck waiting a couple days for a scheduled repairman to come out and change the modem.

Doesnt open till 12:00 on Sunday which is a BIG inconvenience to those who only get Sunday off.Then there are looong lines not to mention overpriced services.

I went to the local spectrum store and signed up for internet service only, spectrum have been charging me for a bundle service that includes, phone and tv service without my consent or signed agreement, the sales rep at the brick and mortar store fraudulently attached the service to my account and they have been withdrawing money out of my bank account for the amount of $146.88 when the service only costs $69.99. I spoke to 10 different of spectrums representatives, from account retention reps, account management reps and billing reps and none of them was willing to resolve this issue. I have asked for a refund for the over payment and the unauthorized services that i was not aware that I had or even signed up for they replied with sorry cant help you. they basically called me stupid for asking for refund. the rep said yup good luck very rude.

I made an appointment and after we checked in we had about a 5 minute wait. The store is clean and laid out nicely. The sales staff were all very helpful, and got my mom exactly the phone she needed that is easy to use and affordable for her! They transferred her info within a few minutes, and we walked out with huge, relieved smiles on our faces. So much easier than either of us anticipated!

Very rude people just to return equipment had to check in and all I wanted to do was cancel my service. Been with this company for over 34 yrs. What happened to old fashion service kindness and courteous people who care not rude ones. Computers are taking over and that is too much.

Extremely Rude sales associate. Noel was the worst and the rudest sales person I had to deal with in my entire life. Finally I was able to get a hold of billing department and they were able to help me over the phone. You would think it is more convenient to go to your local store and ask for help, but I was totally wrong. Spectrum needs to place professional associates to be able to promote their products other than helping people to leave their stores. Now was an example of an associate with a horrible manner and behavior.

I saw a lot of negative reviews about this store, saying they get ignored and treated rudely. The reviews were so bad that I never thought Id go into the store. First thing you have to do is sign in. If you dont sign in, maybe they dont help you. But I signed in and I was being helped 15 seconds later. They were nice, friendly and professional. So ultimately, Im glad I went in. They were helpful and patient with me. And Id have no problem going back again.

Terrible. They all say something different. They take forever. They dont have a store number thats easy to find. They continue to give you the run around. For having only a couple stores here and there, they should be more easy to contact instead of having to drive 30 min and not know if ur going to wait for hours. If you have the entire day off and you want to gamble your day time away, I suggest driving to spectrum and hanging out even after making an appointment

Very disgusted because I cannot get a live person to talk to me on the phone. So I came to the office today with a roomful of people waiting to be called by one or two clerks.I upgraded my service so that I could record shows. Im not getting proper service and Im extremely unhappy. If I could have given you a zero I would have done it.

I had a very helpful gentleman help me get my equipment. The new store is bright & clean. Great location. I didnt like they stop you and tell you to sign in at the door. I was already way in the middle of the room at the help desk of the gentleman when they had me tur around and walk all the way back yo the entrance to sign in. After i did however I got great help from that young man in the back.

Honestly. Worst internet provider Ive ever had. Choppy, no-good connection constantly. Drops completely at least 6 times a day. I end up using my mobile hotspot more than this. Theyve replaced my router twice. My modem twice. Switching to ATT

Sadly I can only give 2 stars. First, I made an appt and had to wait 15-20 mins to get waited on. Then when I chose my phone, they were out of stock in it. I chose another, same, out of stock. I left disappointed and empty handed. 😢 Although the lady that waited on me was very nice and tried to accommodate me.

Its been 5 days since I made an account with Spectrum and they still cannot figure out why I cannot get any service in my house. I switched from Comcast because I moved and they only had me waiting 20 minutes between being in store and setting up. Spectrum? 3 hours of phone calls and half an hour in the store later and I still have NOTHING set up.

I sign up for new service in the website. They direct me to the store because covid they dont want to send a tech. I go to the store and Omg 10 people on waiting list all been waiting 30-1hr minimum. So many people walk in sit and walk out after waiting and waiting.Sign up for service by calling. Dont go to the store. After my experience at the store I get a call to rate my experience. I rated 1 for one of the answers and it says it cant register my review and hangs up.Tech support at the store was very nice. Not very knowledgeable but helpful.Zero stars for spectrum.Five stars for the tech in the store.Hire more staff.

Customer service at this location has always been top notch when Ive unfortunately had to go into the store. I wont complain that the internet and TV service is expensive but I will tell you Ive saved a ton switching from Verizon and their mobile service works just as well.

So let me tell you a story about sister TRACY who works at this location. I have never met anyone more KIND, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, and PATIENT. I went in to have a change made to my account and Tracy was absolutely FANTASTIC. (and I really dont use that word to describe people.)Tracy patiently listened and was able to help. One of the most professional people Ive ever met. Tracy also helped me upgrade my package to make sure I got the best value!!!Tracy deserves to be employee of the year. Spectrum needs to offer Tracy a promotion to be a store manager along with a huge raise because sister Tracy is hands down the best staff member spectrum has (even though to be fair, all of the staff at spectrum is great!)... but I still stand by it!! Tracy is the best

More than a few times Ive ordered a boxing fight and cant watch it In HD only SD and Ive called and complained just to have no result. Ive watched so many fight in SD its kinda sad. Ohh yeah and when the bill comes in best believe that your paying full price.

Okay so it comes down to it’s my fault for not looking at my PAPERLESS BILLING. This is what it’s all about so don’t be like me and think your due date is your bill cycle big difference for me it was a total of 18days difference. Spectrum tells you it’s prepaid service, but your cycle starts before you prepaid makes sense? No! That’s called postpaid! I canceled my service due to hardships of covid but still have to pay for a service I didn’t get according to them I got six days of it and they don’t prorate, but if you get there mobile phone service in half of the month you know they going to prorate or they will charge you for the whole month if they don’t prorate. Same company different service. Anyways now I have to pay $60 for six days of internet but I thought if I canceled before my due date I wouldn’t have to owe anything since charter has always been prepaid not postpaid but since it says it on key words “Paperless billing” who looks at that? And the associates I talked to this month arent very helpful. You think covid everyone is more then willing to go above and beyond for one another seems the opposite. Sad but truth the associate should’ve at least asked me if I even knew my billing cycle or something in that sort I would’ve just waited to the end of the bill cycle to cancel. And supposedly they don’t prorate not even supervisor can or credit the account so I have to pay a months worth of internet for six days or maybe she just didn’t want to help me.To end my angry review I always loved charter never had issues had them for 15 years but this will keep me from coming back. Thanks to not looking at my PAPERLESS BILLING. A little advise to myself next time either look at your paperless billing or don’t option for paperless which is sad because I would prefer to go green and not cut more tree.
