We had a good experience here and with our home service provider. Although we couldnt understand why the staff didnt send an installer right away, we had to go back into the store to request an installation a week later, after our purchase. Dont remember his name, but our service provider was a huge credit to his employer and his business. He was very personable, professional, humourous, kind and cared about the quality of his work. He was a pleasure to do business with and the installation looks great. Great job sir!

I cancelled my service 4 day after the billing cycle started and Spectrum charged me for the whole billing cycle. I moved from my house so I wasnt able to use the service. I consider this policy as fraud and will not recommend their service to anyone.

Move to the new address charter game put in the wrong router and put it under the wrong address came back the second time to correct it when it was already corrected and gave me a different address router then it turn red I had to take it in to charter to get the right address associated with the box several times the box has gone red and I dont know wall 🥺🥱😡 Ive never seen a box with so much problems in my lifetime Im almost 40 years old now and have bald spot on my head and Ive never seen the worst service ever 😭

Last i was in the store the guy was very friendly and helpful. I was returning a modem because they had sent me a new one. But last two weeks have been hell because our internet has been going on and off a few times a day. Weve never had problems before. I called and even went online and all I get is that there is an outage in our area. I saw a spectrum truck close to out house but apparently nothing. Internet is still going down and Im seriously considering switching companies. I wish I could ask around and see if anyone is also having issues and what spectrum is doing about it.Update: lots of people here early April. They sure need another person working. The only girl working here is doing her best with all these people.

Great experience. We needed to port a number over from Xfinity and it didnt go through immediately die to system issues. Later my both of my girlfriends phones werent working and the office was already closed.We went back to at least use the wifi and one of the employees came out and assisted us even though it was after hours and got us going!

Came in to return a bad modem I got sent from corporate. They were very friendly here and gladly exchanged it for a significantly better one. I’m not sure what the bad reviews are for but I had a great experience.

Amelia the old lady was a horrible representative of the company. She was rude, huffing and puffing and when I called her out for being so grumpy, she became condescending by smiling and speaking over me repeating what I was telling her about why was she being rude. Services are great but people like her AMELIA, need to retire or just stay in the back or not be able to handle customers if she can’t be professional especially when good quality customer service is key. Do better AMELIA and maybe the company can send her to a course to learn how to speak and treat paying customers.

They are quick to help and are nice as they do so, as well as they didnt mind the fact that my younger children werent exactly behaving properly in a public place.UPDATE: This store is very easy going and exemplar in its cleanliness and the staff is quick to help, quirky, and very attentative to your needs no matter what they are. They assisted me in signing up for a program to help deduct a small amount from my bill when I didnt know that was even possible until she made me aware, and they NOW have a Kiosk for you to access any spectrum account you may have, and pay your bills, with cash, credit, debit or check!

We have had spectrum for 3 years and during that 3 years we have had internet consistently disconnect and have issues. We have spoken with techs several times and yet the issues still persist. At this point we are being blamed for the issues. Somehow its our devices...all new...and all different types. Spectrum has ok speed.....if it works but other than that find something more stable and consistent. Save your money

I had to go to change my telephone from t-mobile over to spectrum and it was hassle free. They were very busy but kept the line moving and were very attentive. I only wish there were more local locations to handle in person things . My phone number and all my personal information including apps were not changed and it was easy. Thanks spectrum.

Poor knowledgeable customer service leave a lot of wants when it comes to knowledgeable at customer service desk and was constantly being given wrongful misinformation despite that I was being directly detailed in regards to what I was needing and wanting done onto my account only reason I am a customer still is because luckily I rep over the phone was able to figure out my problem and comprehend what was wrong on my balance and amend any further changes that needed to be done after having too deal with 8 over the phone representatives already annoyed and tired with a full on head ache the nineth one was from Hawaii Oahu Hawaii and was very respectful and kind not just trying to sell me more he helped a lot shout outs to him*Everyone needs to be retrained PROPERLY*

POOR customer service! Came to office to return modem as we are moving out of the area. Lady at counter was rude, didn’t greet, didn’t answer questions except snarky. Charged 2 months in advance service saying billing is 11th to 11th. We turned in today on 24th so not only do we pay until Dec 11 with no pro-ration but we also pay Dec 11 to Jan 11. The new owner of our house is also a Spectrum customer so the business is getting paid double for the same location for 1,1/2 months. What a rip! Glad we are gone! Very poor business practices.

Its close to home and the customer service agents are friendly and courteous. There is very little conversation between me and the agents because they are one of our utility companies but except for Good morning or Good afternoon, nice weather were having, and inspite of this very short interaction you get a good sense of welcome.

I am handicap and need to hold onto to walk. The set up they currently have is very difficult for a handicap person. It was her painful to wait so long and to stand so long with nothing to hold onto., They need to have better provision for handicapped people. Customer service was fine once I got up there but the way they have set up is horrible.

Shame on Spectrum. Had internet, called in Nov for the $29.99 15 channel offer they sent me. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! Instead they sign me up for the most expensive pkg, which I kept repeating..WE DONT NEED OR WANT !!!!! And a home phone, which we dont even own !!!!! So I call today because my bill is $186.54. Was told my new bill with tv pkg....only 15 channels plus internet, would be around $86. WHAT A JOKE !!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! I did cancel tv today. The girl helped as much as she could however her hands are tied since there is no communication between the call center and the office. You cannot call the location to see if they have what you need on hand and what I needed was locked up for the technicians and the girl couldn’t get it for me so now they will charge me for s technician to deliver it to me. When I asked her to call the boss she said they cannot call them and when they try the call center hangs up on them. This company sucks but what are you to do? Internet service is decent when its working but goes down often. You would think in this day and age they would make more redundancy. A business like this should have 2 or 3 times more than you need so the connections at most will slow in case of a failure Ridiculous to not have online available.

The internet speed is awesome for our area Porterville, Ca. But the local office is in dire need of an upgrade, specifically the personnel. They are rude and very unorganized. In addition, they never seem to have any change on or around the first of the month, people pay with large bills and wait in long lines just be told either put your change on account for credit or leave and come back with correct change to pay their bills...

Last month (3/2019) theyre systems went down but they were still accepting cash payments, today i went to pay and theyre saying i didnt pay last month. So now i have to dig through receipts to prove i paid my bill which is now past due. This is unacceptable.

The best internet service I have had. Had Frontier and my internet was down on a regular basis. Oasysis throttled down constantly and was too expensive. Spectrum is the best. Only had a problem one time and tech was here following day. The tech was able to get my smart tv to connect to the internet. It wouldnt with Frontier.

I love Charter Spectrum. Best service in town as far as Im concerned. They respond to problems quickly. Their techs are almost always early rather than late, they know what they are doing and I always receive a phone call after the service to see if the problem has been resolved. By far the best internet service in town. Now for the television service dont get me wrong its good service, I would just prefer DirectTV over cable TV. But their internet connection is way faster, more reliable and way cheaper than AT&Ts highest quality DSL service thats for sure
