From the perspective of a small business owner, Kalpesh, has provided my wife and I guidance as our business consultant with our business. His approach of getting to know our business, our processes and where we stand gave him insight on the advice and guidance for our business. Not only has this set the foundation for our business, it helps us set up our path to have our business grow and succeed in the future. He is also a compassionate and caring guy who understands the complexities and obstacles that a small business owner has to go through along with life as a couple and as a family. Being referred to SPEAAR and having the opportunity to work with Kalpesh has been the most important and pivotal step I have ever taken for my business. Needing/wanting to be methodical and strategic, I dont think I could have asked for a better coach and mentor. Kalpesh is thorough, direct, patient, and, above all else, highly supportive. I recently had the pleasure of working with SPEAAR LLC which led a leadership training for my hotel management company. The experience was exceptional! The leader, Kalpesh Shah, had a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership strategy and organization. He was able to clearly articulate the importance of effective leadership and the positive impact good leadership can have on a business operation. Mr. Shah provided our team with great tools and strategies to help us create a strong leadership team at multiple properties. The training was well organized and engaging. Without Kalpesh, I would have quit my business and gone back to get a real job. When I met Kalpesh earlier this year, I had just hit the 4 year milestone in my Bookkeeping practice.
