Kirill and his team were very efficient, thorough, and fair in pricing. He was very patient with my family and I and made a very difficult situation a bit easier. We were only in town to handle family business a short amount of time and he continued to work with us once we left and did a spectacular job. His services included hauling away almost 4 tons of belongings and carpet from a condo and the proper disposal and handling of bio hazard left from an unattended death that wasnt discovered for 4 weeks. Him and his team took care of it all in 1.5 days! While I hope to never need his team again I would use them again no questions asked.

This company is Amazing. This has been one of the most difficult periods in my life, especially because my mothers health has been declining. I needed my childhood home restored back to the home it once was, not just a house so my mother as well as myself and her grandchildren can be comfortable once again in our home. Kirill and his team were/are so kind and understanding that I have tears in my eyes just thinking about how kind they are as well as professional and hard working. The house was a difficult task, but they let it head on, and Michael kept checking in to make sure that I was okay with decisions being made. If I or anyone else that I know needs deep cleaning and De cluttering services from individuals that are professional as well as compassionate, I’m sending them to Spaulding Decon. If you’re reading this and you’re hesitant about using there services, don’t be. They are amazing!’

The team from Spaulding Decon was very professional and easy to work with. I had a relatively large area in my home that needed cleaning from rodent droppings, but the Spaulding team was able to get everything cleaned up well within a reasonable time and with minimal interference to my day-to-day schedule. I also appreciated that the invoice was very clear about all associated charges and fees before I accepted the proposal. Highly recommended!

Working with Spaulding Decon, and Kirill in particular, was great. They were super responsive, they were early to the job site, worked quickly and overall were very easy to deal with. We are already using them for another job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I used Spaulding Decon for a unit that had some mold issues. Kirill was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. They confirmed the appointment via email and actually showed up [which is unfortunately rare with vendors now-a-days]. Spaulding Decon was able to completely re-mediate the mold issue and also provided detailed pictures upon completion. Great company to work with!

Here’s the headline: “The best home repair service I’ve ever experienced.” We had finally decided to tackle a long-time suspected mold problem in our laundry room, with a related ceiling problem in an adjacent room caused by a roof leak. The roof had been repaired, but we hadn’t addressed the interior damage. Because of the location of the damage in a very small house (1,400 sq feet), I wanted the provider to come in, do the job as fast as possible, and get out -- during the reconstruction we wouldn’t be able to get into the backyard or the garage from inside the house, and we were restricted to the kitchen, bedrooms and bath. To add to the urgency, I had an unmovable deadline in a few weeks.Kirill, Spaulding Decom’s general manager, contacted me the day I posted on Angi’s. He came for a walk through two days’ later (to meet MY schedule), and had a bid in a week, after his “main guy,” Pedro, who would oversee and do most of the build-back work took a look at the space. I asked them to start by the end of the month and, once they started, not stop until they were done. They tore out all all the dry wall, moved the washer and dryer, carefully reorganized stuff in the garage so they could get at the back laundry room wall IN A DAY. They pointed out a couple of pretty dangerous safety hazards (how the dryer was vented and the wall between laundry room and garage was built). I agreed they should fix them in the “build-back.”The guy who did the chlorine gas treatment showed up the next day at 7:30, and was out by 3 PM -- that was the one day I couldn’t stay in the house.I can’t say enough good things about Pedro and his build-back crew. Pedro himself did most of the texturing, painting, trim work. He arrived at 8 AM and mostly didn’t leave until 6 PM. He worked most of Easter Sunday, and finished the job on the last day with about a 10 hour work day because they were determined to keep their promise to let me leave for a trip the next day. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone work so hard and do such excellent work.The whole Spaulding crew was outstanding. They showed up on time, were super efficient in their work, the GM (Kirill) checked in regularly to make sure things were going well, and worked with the crews to go the extra mile to get the job done on time without cutting corners.

This company gave me back my life. After many years of hoarding (after back surgery that left me in chronic pain and depression) I couldnt find my way out of my over crowded apartment and due to my own bodys limitations I couldnt do it by myself. I found Spaulding through an internet search for cleanup help. I was afraid to ask for help at first, but they were a blessing. Its a scary thing to ask for help when everyone else has judged you...but I am glad that I found Spaulding Decon, and Kirill and his team.Kirill and Andres were amazing (Mike who helped with the floor cleaning at the end was great also); these men worked really hard to get my place back into a liveable space where I can get around freely. My place is no longer cluttered with things or complete chaos like its been for a decade. Kirill and his team were so kind and non-judgmental. I couldnt ask for nicer guys to help me out. I cant say enough nice things about this company. I highly recommend them!!

Kirill and his team were very understanding and thorough. They efficiently set up their equipment and got to work, removing every sign of our incident. They exceeded expectations in a professional and compassionate manner. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do I will call Kirill.

Kirill and Mike did an outstanding job on our project in San Francisco (cleaning and decontaminating a basement and detached garage following a rodent infestation). They arrived on time, did an extremely thorough and professional job using all the right equipment and tools, and were extremely professional. They even took the time to do a few things that were outside their scope, such as clean and disinfect an armoire that was stored in the garage. Their work and clean-up were immaculate; the spaces are not only decontaminated but spic and span. I could virtually eat off of the floors.

Very quick quoting process, great price, superb service and final result. The technician was right on time, the company communicated status very clearly. The work took exactly as long as they quoted and the price was great. Technician was friendly, respectful, efficient, and very effective. Very painless process and highly recommend them.
