I have come here several times over the last couple years and it’s always clean, organized with prices listed on everything. Selection is overwhelming for me but I think that’s good to have options. Staff is always helpful and asks if I need anything. I like Monday sales and Friday sales too. Cheers!

I go into Spark every Tuesday to take advantage of their weekly deals. Every time I go in there, Its a friendly environment where everyone is eager to help. Today was no different, even though I didnt have to get help with what I wanted, I walked to the line, where one of the cashiers left the floor to open up for me so I didnt have to wait. Always great service always great products.

I love coming here, they have so many good products that are reasonably priced. They also have great deals and sales on different products. Its a pleasant environment to browse through all the different products without feeling rushed. And staff is knowledgeable and very nice.

Nicholas is always wonderful even the new staff member was great that took my order over the phone. Unfortunately my delivery driver was quite rude & came off cold. Didn’t thank me at all when I gave him his tip. His name is Mike and he caught me off guard in such a way. I was caught off guard because I’ve never had this experience with any Staff member that works at the Sonoma location. Hopefully this review helps improve Mikes customer service. The experience has made so i have to leave a 3 star review. I will continue to shop with Sparc regardless of what happens!

Today I was delighted to have the help of Laura. I had a little list since I am not familiar with many cannabis products yet. Laura walked with me around the store and kindly showed me where the products were that I was looking for and gave me excellent recommendations if they were out of something. Best of all, she gave me a monthly flyer which indicated when I could buy certain products on sale at substantial discounts. She rung me up, explained how I could use my previous points, and I was on my way with a smile. Thank you Laura.Previous review that didn’t post. Today was the first day I have been in the SPARC Cannabis Dispensary, Sonoma. It is a large, spacious and airy place with helpful staff to guide you to what you are looking for. Paul-Henri retrieved my online order at the counter for pick up and was very friendly, while my niece through in a couple of extras to enjoy for herself. It was a fast, easy and pleasant experience, very very different from the 70s, when I used to try to purchase cannabis. I will return to SPARC again, and I will let my Sonoma friends know how quick, easy and pleasant my experience was. It is a nice addition to Sonoma!

But the young lady who advised me and answered all my questions, and introduced me to Nick, did not have a name tag I could see. I want her to get 5 (or10) stars too. Review 2.0Even though Mayra is not named for a continent, she was still able to provide fantastic service.There were only a few minutes left and the store was packed with last minute shoppers. But all the employees were very nice, not like some other stores that get grouchy come closing time.What ever they are paying her it isnt enough so make sure to stuff those tip 🫙 jars to capacity!Asia was great, even better than south America!Fast service and knowledgeable staff thanks for your service!

Honestly the check out with him was not enjoyable I felt like he was rushing and I had to bring up looking up my points if I had any. Everyone there was super chill and very knowledgeable. a friend and i came in today, and not only were we able to fix a difficult account issue with little fuss, but when i asked for recommendations i was given a full rundown on everything that could match my needs. terrah specifically was amazing, they taught me a lot and made us both comfortable while we looked around, and while this was my first time here im definitely coming back when i have the chance. the dispensary looks bougie enough that i almost left immediately since the sterile look is a bit off putting, but the helpful, down to earth staff made it worth it for sure

I’m a fairly regular customer and I find a few things interesting. There is a VERY popular sleep gummy that is hard to find. SPARC carries it and, although they boast its popularity, they are out a lot. Seems they could order more and not run out?Second year in a row that 420 gift bags were out before 420. Why advertise 420 gift bags if you don’t have them?

I’m having a friend visit who’s never experienced cannabis before, but wants to try!Nick discussed numerous options, taking caution for a first time user.I ended up getting a disposable vape pen. Only $15. I thought in order to vape you had to buy all sorts of expensive stuff ! Nick is AMAZINGI also got a beverage with only 2.2 THC.
