Southland Data Processing has an amazing HR [Human Resources[ division in addition to payroll processing services. Loura and her team are great to work with and helped us to simplify the process of keeping our company up to date and in compliance with the ever-changing policies and procedures necessary for businesses nowadays. They put my mind at ease with their confident knowledge and guidance. I highly recommend their services! Totally worth every penny!!

She is truly knowledgeable, skilled and empathetic.Ricas skills, communication, reliability, and promptness to guide and direct Employers to effectively manage their teams whilst being compliant to current Labor Laws is crucial for the success of any organization.Our only regret with SDP and Rica is not having found them years ago! Previously, our Company relied on local Employment Attorneys, where their services were costly, inconvenient, and often ineffective and lagging (our questions, concerns and issues were not a priority when attorneys were in court or away). Southland is super! I just worked with Daniel on solving Cal Savers issues and have worked with Kendra, I think the name is Christy and recently, Lyndsey...ALL, without exception have been super helpful. They are all polite, patient and willing to hold hands when necessary. My client has also had the same experience as she has had very little payroll experience, so all the help SDP has provided her has been invaluable. At a time when other payroll companies are failing in many ways, its nice to know that there is still a company that values customers by providing quality customer service ... by this I mean REAL LIVE PEOPLE! Southland Data Processing is, without a doubt, the zenith of customer support and satisfaction.I dont think Ive ever written a review for a business, but believe me when I say that SDP deserves all of the praise they can get. Their websites functionality and ease of use is one thing, but I cannot stress enough how great their customer support is. In fact, I cannot imagine how a customer service team can get any better unless they picked me up from my house and drove me to work every day in a Range Rover while serving me breakfast on a diamond encrusted platter.In all seriousness, I say with certainty that SDP is the best. You can call them with any question, easy or complicated, and not only do they help you out immediately without waiting on hold, they are thrilled to do so.Managing payroll was something I have never done before, and on top of that, I received very little training. SDP has saved me dozens of times with errors or issues that I have, and they have given me full confidence that I can complete my payroll duties with no stress, total ease, and peace of mind.Lastly, their client advocates themselves are individually all top notch, but I would specifically like to mention the excellence of Sydney G., Lateef S., and Fernando B.Sydney went above and beyond to spend almost the whole day on an issue I had. She did it gracefully and was glad to do so.Lateef is always quick to answer and solve nearly anything I throw at him with ease.Fernando is calm, diligent, and extremely professional and leaves no stone unturned.I could not be more satisfied with SDP! If anyone is weighing their options on what data processing company you should go with, I can guarantee that SDP will be 10x better than any other company. I can go on, but I think Ive said enough!

Being a new customer, you often feel overwhelmed with everything that comes with being a newer company and having to do everything yourself. When I contacted SDP, they made everything so easy. It was great to be able to feel at ease about things. The help you get from the staff is amazing. The staff explained everything and worked with me until I felt comfortable enough to do things myself. I highly recommend SDP to everyone

Jacob Torres shines beyond any customer service that I have ever received! He is extremely professional while maintaining a genuine friendliness.
