It has been 8 weeks of my 4 wisdom teeth extractions. I have great recovery and all thanks to Dr. Ho and his team. From the front desk, x-ray, oral surgery; all his staffs are very nice and professional. They make sure you understand the billing, procedure, and how to take care after surgery. I’ve have nothing but good experience with this dental office. Everything is in order, all details are explained (from billing to procedures to be completed and most important timeframe) The employees are courteous and always ready to answer my question or get Dr. Ho to get my answers. Dr. Ho is straight forward and does what is best for his patient.I had teeth extractions and bone grafts done here. I was referred here by 2 other dentists and said Dr. Ho would most likely be able to do the procedures I need. I am very glad I went here! Let’s see in 6 months how things turn out.

So my son needed a impactes tooth taken out for braces . His tooth was just in a bad spot!! We called yesterday and got a appt today !!surgery done and dr ho was.super helpful giving us some very good advice! The staff was nice, very knowledgeable and explained everything. I was referred to Dr Ho, by my dentist because they couldnt save my tooth so I had to have an extraction. And I decided to have an implant so they needed to prepare the area for the implant. After they removed my tooth they put a wad of gauze, for the bleeding and told me to bite down on it so the bleeding can stop. And to change the gauze after 1 hour which I did. The bleeding stopped. They gave me a prescription for Z-Pak, antibiotic and ibuprofen, for the pain. Dr Ho texted me to see how I was doing which I really appreciate it. The staff there, including Dr Ho was so kind. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. The only reason why I didnt give them five stars is because of the wait. My appointment was at 2:15 and I didnt leave their office until 4:45. The staff was very apologetic.

It was as if I had been a part of this place for a long time. The doctor displayed expertise and professionalism, yet also maintained a relatable and grounded demeanor. Similarly, the dentist assistant possessed a wealth of knowledge regarding my dental hygiene and provided detailed instructions for post-tooth extraction care. Dr. Victor Ho s office judging by its decor looks like its been rooted in the same location for a very long time.I was pleased by being taking care off by an attentive, efficient staff.But mostly I was very impressed with Dr. Hosexpertise and professionalism.Since I am on the blood thinners, surgeries on patient like me, are much more risky and requires more tune up. For those reasons I didnt want to split the task, but to handle all my problems requiring surgery during one session.Dr. Ho carried on the multiple, difficult extractions as well as my broken bridge, on my request during the singularvisit - all very successfully with very little discomfort to me - and surprisingly no pain or negative side effects afterwards.I am very happy, and grateful.Thank you, Dr. Ho!

Dr. Ho and his staff at the Rowland Heights location have taken great care of me throughout my wisdom teeth surgery! This was actually my first surgery and I really hate IVs but Dr. Ho did it painlessly and the process went very smoothly. Before I went to Dr. Ho, I had multiple surgeries, but none was successful. The surgeon finally gave up and referred me to Dr. Ho. Needless to say, the implants were done beautifully!This office is very clean, updated facilities. Staffs are friendly and professionally. Of course, Dr. Ho is the best. My wisdom removal experience was superb ! I’ve never had a doctor start an IV on me everything from the start to finish was pleasant! Front office is super nice and although it took about 1 month for my appointment, it was very well worth the wait. I’m still recovering and thought I might have a dry socket with some discomfort and they saw me the same day they called and helped with any pain. They’ve also made it easier to just text them with questions and they answer pretty quickly. I definitely recommend and will be seeing them back for my upper wisdom teeth removal!

Dr. Ho and staff were all wonderful. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had and explaining my insurance clearly. Dr. Ho was very thorough in explaining what the surgery entailed and what I could expect after. I initially didn’t want general anesthesia but after talking to Dr. Ho about the differences with local vs general I opted for general and I’m so glad I did. The procedure was quick and I was out in no time. I’m a week out from surgery and feeling good. I believe Dr. Ho did an awesome job which led to a quick recovery.

Very good place to get impacted wisdom teeth out! Staff was super friendly and nice, I am very nervous when it comes to my teeth they answered any questions possible. Just got my horizontal, completely impacted wisdom tooth extracted at an older than preferred age of 36. Dr Ho and his staff were exceptional and very professional. Mari and Sandra in the front were very friendly, Dr Ho was very thorough yet precise in his explanation of the procedure, and Esther was very informative with all the postop instructions. I’ve had 2 oral surgeries with Dr. Ho and he also performed another on my son when he was a child. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. Most people are like myself and do not like getting any type of dental work; finding it especially difficult to trust someone to do the procedure correctly. But I must say each time I’ve been to his office, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Their system of moving patients in and out allows for you to have shorter waiting times, leading to a much more pleasant visit. My experience here was excellent. Starting from the office staff (Alejandra, Esther, Valerie, and Linda, Mari) were all helpful and very kind workers. They assisted the doctor and patients with a big smile on there faces (I can tell even if they had masks on). I had two wisdom teeth pulled and was finished in less than 5 minutes. We had a great experience with Dr. Ho. He performed teeth extractions on my daughter yesterday. I appreciate that he explained in great detail the procedure including post op instructions and symptoms. My daughter didnt feel any discomfort or swelling, other than the usual pain after the anesthesia wears off. But, I truly appreciate that Dr. Ho personally called last night to check on her condition. The gesture was very reassuring. Im equally thankful for his wonderful cordial staff who made the whole experience easy and worry free for us.In addition to their excellent service, their office is so clean and adorned with pleasant paintings and decor. I had a tooth implant done by Dr. Victor Ho through a series of 5 visits this year. All costs were spelled out upfront and paid at the first visit. Pain was minimal. No bleeding. No complications. Let me start with, WOW!!! BEST dentist I have ever been to by far!!! I am amazed by the skill Dr. Victor Ho and his team have. I went here to have my wisdom teeth removed. I have extremely high anxiety levels. They told me the truth and everything upfront. They made me feel completely comfortable. I had to be under anesthesia and they did the best job I had ever seen. Better than hospitals. I spent a lot of personal time researching dentists all over Southern California… I would go into others and feel so uncomfortable and lied to. Not here! They have these excellent reviews for a reason. I’m soooooo happy with my decision to pick them!! For any dental work I may need in the future I will always go here! Highly recommend!! I have had such little pain after getting ALL FOUR wisdom teeth out. Bottom two were impacted. I woke up surgery was fast, painless, and done extremely well. I was able to eat soup the night of. I took my daughter to the Rowland Heights clinic for her wisdom teeth removal. I’m very happy with the whole experience with the doctor and his staff. Staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone and also in person. I really appreciate their professionalism. We had to wait for about half an hour after we checked in. I’m glad it wasnt longer than that since my daughter couldn’t eat or drink since midnight. A friendly nurse took us to a room and showed us instructional video while waiting for the doctor. When we saw Dr. Ho, he reviewed the x-ray and explained the procedure with possible side effects. He answered questions that we had. Then, my daughter was taken to the procedure room. It took about 45 mins, and all was done. Valarie, patient care coordinator, took me to the room where my daughter was and explained how to take care of the wounds. She also answered questions I had. She helped to take my daughter to our car. Dr Ho texted at the end of the day to check how my daughter was doing and asked if there’s any question. We appreciate the care that we were given. It was a very pleasant experience and we appreciate both doctor and his friendly staff. I’d strongly recommend the doctor and this clinic!

I just got my remaining wisdom teeth extracted here and the experience I had here vs when I went to get my other wisdom teeth removed from a regular dentist was so different — I did local anesthesia both times and my previous experience with a regular dentist, there was no pain but I felt a LOT of pressure as they were pulling. But with Dr. Ho? I felt literally nothing. I legit didn’t even realize he had pulled my top tooth until he said thank you to me. The procedure was over in like 10 minutes! I was super impressed. I had an issue with one of the teeth since the begin of the Covid, I finally decided to see my regular dentist. Unfortunately the only option is to extract the tooth. So my regular dentist referred me to Dr. Ho again, I visited his office this week and recognized many his team members, such as the nurse and the receptionist. Esther is a great nurse, very caring. He also placed an implant for me 3 years ago, for which my general dentist complimented that it was beautifully placed. Oral surgery procedures are often intimidating and stressful. My wisdom tooth was coming in horizontally and was a hairline away from the nerve, but Doctor Ho did everything he could to save me from getting nerve damage and it worked. Very clean and professional Oral Surgical place. I was referred by my local dentist and I usually always trust her recommendations. First, I called and made the appointment. Before even meeting anyone in person the staff was really nice over the phone. They also email you so that you can fill out all the paperwork online before hand. Second, the day of the appointment they printed out the paperwork and I signed it. They practice social distancing and they even offered a little hand sanitizer before hand. Last, I met with the Doctor and he answered all my questions and was pretty nice as well. I do have PPO, so most of my charges are covered. I do not recommend ever going with Dental HMO.Last, I wanted to provide an update to my actual surgery. Everyone was extremely nice (from the front desk to all the dental support staff), still COVID-19 safe, and everyone is really nice. I had my two top wisdom teeth pulled and it was extreme fast and pain free. I was really impressed with Dr. Ho. Highly recommend to at least call and talk to the receptionist to get an idea of how good this office is at what they do.

I came in on Thursday for a consultation and my experience was amazing! I had called in on Tuesday and were able to get me in on Thursday, as I was referred out for wisdom teeth extraction! The front desk ladies Maricela and Linda were amazing from the entire check in process to check out. I had my 2 bottom wisdom teeth extracted a week ago. It was an easy process, the facility is very clean, staff greet you with sanitizer before check in which is a big plus in my opinion due to COVID-19 pandemic. I got an X-Ray and Dr. Ho explained the full procedure. I was placed under Anesthesia during the oral surgery. After the oral surgery, I was given a jaw ice pack because most likely you will get a bit swollen as I did. After 2 days the swelling was pretty much gone. The pain was very minimal, but I was given ibuprofen for pain. Another plus is that the office staff will contact you about a day later to check on you. They really make themselves available for you and really make you feel comfortable. A week after my oral surgery I feel good, I just started running and exercising very lightly and I had no complications. I am very happy with the service and work from performed from Dr. Ho’s office! I honestly would recommend his services to my family and friends as an option if needed.

First off, I would like to thank the front office staff (Linda & Marisela) for verifying all my insurance information with my insurer and also clearly explaining all the fees that would be required for me to pay prior to any work was performed.My surgery required that I have a molar extracted + an abscess removed followed by a bone graft. I had a great experience at Dr Hos Oral Surgery Office, they did an excellent job of informing me, preparing me, and following up with my recovery post-surgery. They really value their patients comfort there. I would definitely recommend Dr Ho to people that I know.

I live far from Rowland Heights. They kindly helped me to cut my bridge on the first appointment of evaluation for my implant to save my time, so I dont need to travel 2 times.Alejandra is my patient care coordinator. She gave me all necessary information after my oral surgery. Doctor Ho also called me the night of my surgery to make I was okay.I followed their instructions and currently the wound of surgery recovered pretty well.

I had wisdom teeth extraction today. It’s a rather pleasant experience than I expected. It’s very quick like 30 mins. The teeth was out before I knew it. It’s not painful at all. Highly recommend!

The dentist is the best ! As well as the nurse and the office staffs are so polite and professional ! What a great place for a patient experience ! My wisdom teeth removed only took in three ministries !

Just went into this dental office to get my tooth removed Yesterday. Dr. Ho and his team were very professional and attentive. All the staff were very nice. I had a pleasant experience and I did not feel any pain at all.
