As a bride to be I wouldnt consider myself being especially particular about anything, that mostly being because I had no actual idea of what I was looking for until I saw it. A few months before our wedding after reviewing referrals and wedding planner picks I decided to look for myself again and I am so glad I did. I thought his other videos were beautiful and he made me fall in love with our wedding all over again in the one he made for us. He truly is an artist that functions highly within the chaos of everything that a wedding entails. I would 100% recommend - especially those looking for an artist who has a true eye for capturing indescribable nights and unforgettable moments in an unbelievably effortless way. Fernando from SouthBay was absolutely amazing to work with! He was the videographer for my sister’s wedding last year so I got to view his work beforehand and it was incredible. I knew I had to have him for my wedding so I booked SouthBay right away after we secured a venue. Fernando makes you feel so comfortable and if you absolutely do not know what you’re doing, he gives you the best directions to make your wedding video come out stunning. My husband and I were sooo enthralled with our highlight film. It felt like watching a cinematic romantic movie. I definitely shed a few tears watching and rewatching it. Please do yourself a favor and book him for your wedding! You won’t regret it!!

Fernando filmed our wedding on May 28, 2022. Due to covid, we postponed twice and he was always so accommodating and kept in touch with us for 2 years as we navigated the next steps of our wedding. He worked alongside our photographer and made it seem like the camera wasn’t there. He made it look and feel natural for us and we loved working with him! His work is amazing!

Fernando was our wedding videographer and were so glad we went with him! He was so easy to work with and put in a lot of effort towards getting the best shots during various events (getting ready, first look, etc.). He worked seamlessly with our photographer and made a lot of great suggestions for various shots to take as well. We just received our Highlight Film and are so happy with the final product! He was able to perfectly capture the best moments from the day while including a little bit of everything, so it feels like it truly does encapsulate the entirety of what is a very eventful day! From the initial conversations to the final product, it was a pleasure to work with Fernando and we highly recommend him for anyone in need of a wedding videographer.

Fernando did an amazing job on our wedding. He was so communicative and punctual throughout the whole wedding planning experience. He is top notch and knows how to get the best angles and footage. I cant say enough good things about Fernando and SouthBay Films. He was very professional while still being really fun to work with! We found him on Wedding Wire and are really happy we did. We honestly didnt have a clear vision of what we wanted, but he didnt need it. We trusted him wholeheartedly and the result was beautiful. Through his video, my husband, our family, and friends were able to re-live our day. He captured all the emotional and fun moments really well. I got tons of messages from family and friends saying how the video made them cry tears of joy. The best note was from my auntie in the Philippines, who couldnt come. Fernando is seriously a great man with a great talent. I had found him randomly online and just loved his work that I saw on YouTube as well as the positive reviews I saw. And now I get to be another very positive review and can highly recommend his services. He is friendly yet respectful and professional all in one. He is very punctual ESPECIALLY when my wedding venue was far in the middle of nowhere and still found his way. And I loved how he gave direction while making me feel comfortable when I literally hate cameras all together. He had everything planned out so well while I no idea what I wanted . Great drone shots, great quality and video color correct. He captured beautiful shots without being in the way for my guests to experience those special moments. He worked very well with my day-of coordinator as well as my photographers. He made my husbands and I’s day so special and captured it in the best way possible. Fernando is by far such an amazing videographer to work with! I was in a jam and needed a videographer quick and he was able to fit my wedding into his busy schedule!
