Renewed my library card at this time establishment. Great place and very clean with the exception of the three amigos homeless just invading the entire space and not allowing people who want to use the library respectfully. But other than that The Staff is very friendly and helpful and very respectful. Please respect this place. Thanks.

Wonderful library, they have a quiet zone, kids zone, teen zone, computer zone and few others. Ive been coming to this quiet and peaceful library since 2005 when I was a kid. Growing up in South Pasadena schools I would always come here after school whether to do homework read or play games on the computers in the back.The librarians were always very kind. They have a wide selection of books and new books as well. Its a pretty big library. The outside park-like area with lots of trees is very beautiful. Perfect to read books on the grass in the shade on a summer day.Overall a wonderful library.A wonderful little book store on the second floor of the library, go up the stairs by the computer section.

Love this place! So nice and quiet. Most of the time. They have been having a lot of disruptive homeless people, though, which is alarming. I understand it is a public space, but, I dont always feel safe, so I watch my stuff carefully.

Beautiful outdoor green space with a peaceful environment. Even at night I saw people sitting calmly here and enjoying themselves. The library is cool inside, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. I felt welcomed and safe here.

The most lovely library in LA. Friendly staff, incredibly clean, safe and beautiful architecture and garden. We are so lucky to have such beautiful public buildings in our neighborhood!

Cute little park, plenty of 2/3 hr parking, friendly staff and old building. Neatly organized. Reliable Wi-Fi. Scattered work areas with hardly any outlets (though you can check out a power bank if you have a library card)

Quiet, charming, peaceful exterior with picnic tables. Great music selection.Typewriter for those who dont want to bother using a computer for word processing.Not a good place for photocopies, as the machine has a history of issues, although staff will make you copies from the office, if necessary.

This is a warm, quiet library with plenty of seating and an excellent selection of newspapers, books and magazines. This is my preferred study place. There are designated quiet zones and spaces for tutoring and group/project work. The staff are approachable and seem very eager to help. I have had some minor issues with the wifi here, but they were quickly resolved with the help of their tech support. There are shops, cafes and restaurants just around the corner, in case you ever need a break. Parking is plentiful.I have heard sounds of a typewriter, so they must be available for word processing. Pretty cool!LPT (LifeProTip): Librarians are professional researchers. They are here to help you start researching a topic. Librarians also perform readers advisory - a service which involves helping patrons discover leisure materials. Ask a librarian!

Went to story time for toddlers. The librarian was disorganized and seemed to be in a hurry to be done. Did not feel welcomed this time.After filing a complaint with the library, services manager promptly respondedto clarify a misunderstanding on my behalf and so Im changing my review.

I just really appreciate the quietness of the whole area with massive trees surrounding the library. It is small in size but has lots of tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy reading or studying.

TOO MANY HOMELESS. I hope the library bans homeless please. It smells like homeless too. And wherever you sit, there always will be homeless near you.

Love this library. Its nice and quiet. The staff sat there for like 20 minutes trying to find a book that I would enjoy reading. Also, you can go online and download some audiobooks for free. They are also really good at holding books for you.

The library is beautiful, relaxing, and the librarian was the best! I was just standing at the door and the librarian greeted and gave my kid crafting toys, he enjoyed it. Thank you :)
