Been getting my truck smogged here the past 3 times. Friendly customer service and efficient service. Even went here on a Saturday when its usually busy and they seem to just get everyone thru really quick. I only waited 20 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. Customer service is always great and helpful. Highly recommended!

Simply amazing.Quick - less than 30 minutes from arrival to completion.Courteous - young man saw me arrive and quickly took my information.Efficient - they had least two technicians working and many customers.Comfortable - waiting room with nice seating, restroom and TV.I will recommend to friends and family!

I walked in there and asked him how much it was for a smog check and the guy told me $49 came back the next two days and you tried to tell me it was $75. Didn’t tell me anything about a coupon for $30 off so when I told them you told me $49 he said is that what I told you I said yes so I paid 49 to get it done but the next time I need to get a smog check I was having problems but before I even was time for my truck to get a smog check I was having problems with my truck . Something was really funny because I finally got it fixed And what the shop man another shop told me it was a bad relay and I have never bought no relays for this vehicle but the relay that was on my truck was not a Ford relay. Funny about this shop he makes his own prices !I’m just saying be careful.

My car didnt pass smog at this location due to failure of the ODB2 systems requirement for drive cycle clearance. At the time of inspection, and after the failed test result was disclosed, I requested the specific codes needed to determine which drive cycles to perform (since all manufacturers differ in cycles). The tester referred me to a general/basic set of driving steps to perform listed and included in my paperwork, which they arent required to do but isnt helpful since it does not address the specifics required by varying vehicles. A couple weeks passed, so I attempted to call and request the specifics by referencing my invoice. To my dismay and disappointment, I was again referred to the basic paperwork and told without my vehicle there, he couldnt tell me. I persisted, advising him of the remaining week I had to retest before my 30 days was up and requested retrieval of my test from his records. I was told he was too busy to deal with me and that I could call back tomorrow anytime. I completely understand being busy, but treating customers that have already paid for a service (not provided in completion) as an annoyance and shrugging their needs off after overcharging ($60) for a smog, is unacceptable. AND they were referred by a friend. Ive since advised my friend of this experience and that there are many smog testing locations that offer quality customer service at a lower cost.***Open to updating review depending on the outcome of my experience tomorrow.***

Very sketchy service for my car. They were not knowledgeable about the service (smog check) on my car. Seems like they do not have much education about what they were doing. Went to a smog shop on Grand Ave. 5 mins later and they gave me in-depth knowledge and passed me. I was able to get my money back and dispute the charge to my credit card company from this company because they did not provide the right and correct service. Glad I got my money back from my credit card company though. If they scam you here like they did me, just dispute the charge and get your money back. Don’t recommend the wasted time go somewhere else

South City residents and people in the Peninsula, DO NOT GO HERE!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!This scam of a business performed a test for my car 2 days prior to COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. I had to get a simple hose replaced and recommended a shop nearby to get it replaced. Due to the lock down it took almost 2 months to get this completed. Finally when I took it back here they wanted to CHARGE ME again for a test. They claimed you only have 30 days to return and get re-tested. No justification after the business ITSELF WAS SHUT DOWN, and so were neigboring shops.DISGUSTED ON THE LACK OF EMPATHY for being in a pandemic lockdown.

This guy knows his stuff. I had a 90s Honda that I had to replace the exhaust manifold on. But those are special parts and can only be bought through the dealer. Its also an updated part so it doesnt like the original. I drove the vehicle around to clear the codes and then went to a few other smog places, they all said they couldnt smog it because I had changed the exhaust manifold. I thought I would have to go to a referee but the owner of this smog station recognized the part and asked me for the part number of the manifold so he could enter it into the system. Sure enough it was an approved part and I was able to pass no problem. Very professional and knowledgeable place to have your vehicle smogged. Highly recommend using them for your smog needs.
