Took my Caravel down to check on awning. Josh very nice, helpful. They washed the trailer for me!!! When I picked it up talked to Kenneth - showed me what was done to the awning. Nice that I live so close to be able to go down and have them look and fix certain things. Great Dealership!!!

The team at South Bay did a great job. Raphael and Brent are super knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what were looking for and which unit would fit best. You can tell they really love getting people the perfect camper :)

I purchased a used 2019 Airstream in May and purchased an extended 5 year warranty. Sales department gets 5 stars, especially Melissa. Service department was backed up at first, but they fixed everything and made things right

We are so thankful for South Bay Airstream who took us in and fixed us up right away.We were packed up and ready to start our long trek East and when we realized our water pump wasn’t working. After hours of trying to fix it, we determined we needed a new pump. At this point we were late checking out of our campsite, and hours behind schedule but we had to have a working water pump for our trip. Because of Wally and his team’s outstanding customer service we were able to salvage the day and get in a few hours of driving.Thank you for your help and getting us back on the road!

I couldnt be more pleased with South Bay Airstream. My service advisor, David, is great! He has the absolute right sense of when things are truly urgent and tries his best to squeeze you in and get things done. Had an issue with our furnace and before with the propane tank hold down wing nut and both were addressed very quickly!Even when we said we would like to drop off our trailer on a Sunday, there was a solution found for this. Great service, truly a 5-star/Rivet dealership!

We were traveling, camping nearby when an urgent issue popped up. Found them nearby and got in same day, could have been several days to fix but did it in one day. Super helpful, knowledgeable, willing to be of service... all of them. Sort of new so not too busy which was nice. We were on our way for the rest of the trip coincident in the repair. If youre in the area use them!

It was fun to explore and walk thru different airstream models. It really gave a sense of what it would be like to spend a lot of time in one. They took scheduled appointments so it limited the number of people there. Also 1 family at a time looking in a unit. Masks mandatory. It was not crowded feeling. One downer was that they are limited on how many are for sale but that is because they are selling out fast. Everyone there was friendly and polite, even all the customer. It was a great visit. Oh, and they had an open bathroom and a water dispenser with cups. My goodness, the amenities no one else has right now!

We have a super wobbly dinette table that we have tried to fix, but cannot. It isnt just a little tilt: The thing tilts almost two inches side to side, and we cant use it. I and my husband have called four times now, and do you think weve gotten a response? Nope, not a thing. I guess once they get your $170k CASH, theyre done with you. This has been the worst, most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience EVER. It makes me so sad because I have wanted an Airstream for decades; when we finally get one, this is how were treated. Unacceptable. I thought Airstream was better than this, but clearly, the jokes on me. :-(

My wife and I always like to wait a bit before we give a review and at this point it has been one year since we purchased our 2020 Airstream International Travel trailer so this review is due. I’m going to break our review up into two parts, the Sales Experience and then Service and Office Support.Sales Experience - Excellent! Our Sales person (Mike B) and his manager (Kyle) were great and VERY patient and understanding with us. They gave us great advice on buying your second trailer first and that is exactly what we did and we have been SO glad we did. At face value you might think they are trying to up sell you, BUT many online reviews note this.....and after having our trailer for just over a years we are so glad we went with the larger model even though it was more money. Great advice and honest feedback! Alicia has been just wonderful since she took over as GM too! Always there for us even a year after we purchased our trailer.Service and Office Experience- OUTSTANDING- OUTSTANDING-OUTSTANDING to this day! Mike in Service and his team does a great job handling things that have come up with our trailer over the first year (yes, little things come up with brand new airstreams too). Toro, Lindberg, and the other service lady (Totally spacing on her name) are just wonderful, care, and always have a smile on their faces! They answer all our questions and have done a wonderful job fixing little things that have come up along the way. I just had Toro do some stereo/blueray upgrading and the job was top notch.I can’t forget about the great Office Staff and our Lady Leslie! She is bomb and again, is so wonderful to us every time we come in....even if we are grumpy after a stressful trip!We purchased our trailer and also store our trailer at South Bay Airstream and give the team their 5/5 stars! Every time we deal with the team and pick our trailer up we look at each other and say “I’m so glad we bought from them and store our trailer here!”Thank you South Bay Airstream Team for all you do!The Skinner’s

I had a wonderful experience with Ben, the Service Manager at South Bay Airstream. I was traveling alone last month when one of the windows in my Airstream broke out while driving down I-5 (apparently I forgot to lock it closed and it shattered when I hit a rough patch in the road). I was in the middle of nowhere and 9 hours from home. I called the closest Airstream service station in hopes I could get a quick repair but didnt hold out much hope that it was going to be possible. When I called and spoke to Ben, he was quick to put me at ease and told me to come on in. He made some calls, found a replacement window, and sent one of his people on a 2 hour drive to another Airstream dealer to pick it up. When I arrived that afternoon he did a walk-thru of my trailer and I had a chance to talk to him about the trouble I had that week attempting to dry camp without the use of the $8k+ solar system that I had installed on my new Airstream. I explained that Portland Airstream tried unsuccessfully to fix it and that I spent that last week at a dry campsite trying to troubleshoot it with the owner of the company that makes the lithuim battery and converter thats used in the solar package Airstream installed. I explained that after much trouble shooting I found that the converter could only reach a voltage of 12.99 when ideally it should read 14.4-14.6. Long story short, Ben looked everything over and found a lose connection on 1 of the batteries (so the converter was only getting access to the 1 battery that had a good connection). Myself and the manufacturer of the equipment hadnt thought to check that. I held off writing this review until I knew for sure that the battery cable connection was indeed the fix - and Im happy to report that after 2 successful trial runs everything appears to be 100%! It took 9 months of phone calls, Airstream service visits, and calls to the manufacturer (who was wonderful by the way) to find this fix! The fact that he found the fix was great in itself, but I think what I appreciated most was how serious he took his job. In the first 5 minutes of walking up to my trailer he pointed out a cross-threaded crown cap that needed replaced on one of the rock guards, and tightened 2 screws in my front doors locking mechanism. It only took him about 30 seconds to do either of those fixes, but those actions spoke volumes to the type of service I knew I was about to get from him. And I was right, his service was GREAT! He replaced my window personally and was able to troubleshoot the fix for my solar system, that until then, couldnt even run LED lights for longer than 4 hours on a full charge (I had gotten so desperate with the solar situation - and lack of help to try and fix it - that I even resorted to spending the money to have all of the interior lights converted to LED so that I could at least have lights when I dry camped). If only someone could convince the Portland and Seattle service departments to get on board with this quality of service wed have a lot more satisfied Airstream owners. Thanks South Bay!
