Man first off the employees are all super awesome, we stood around and all had some good small talk and discussed ads and things, and then they got to work on my car, and let me tell you I have a super rare very expensive car a Nissan skyline R34 and there is no knowledge no parts no diagrams of this car in the states yet as it’s imported form Japan and they just became legal in America coming January 1st 2024 so with that they had to free handed go in blind and wire in a super nice viper alarm system and they did it flawlessly . I’m beyond happy with the work thank you . Definitely go check them out if you need any alarm work stereo system work subs or window tint I highly recommend

Recently had a pioneer NEX installed and every time I get on my phone to make a phone call the whole system with Clip and restart. I took it back and he was super helpful.they Called the pioneer rep and he troubleshoot it. It turned out that it wasn’t even the deck. It was my iPhone needed an update, fix the problem they spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot it And it wasn’t even there problem !! Super helpful I would use them again and I highly recommend them !!

Had a deck put into my 2012 Chevy 2500 and installation was flawless. Came back a few weeks later to have a system put into my daily driver 2020 Chevy 1500. Provided Sound Image with an enclosure, 2 subs and an amp all by Skar Audio and let them take care of the highs and mids. Ended up going with Memphis 6x9’s in the front doors and 6.5s in the rear doors. Powered them with a 500 Fosgate amp and it sounds great. Showed up at around 10am and installation was finished around 1:30pm. I’ve had quite a few stereos done here over the years and have always had success with them. Highly recommended.

Sound Image did a great and quick job removing the old tint from my car, and replacing it with the new one. They also installed my sound system all in the same day. The prices were great and it was all quality stuff. The customer service was phenomenal; all of my questions were answered and was not pressured into buying anything I didnt need. SICA was the 1st place i stopped in at and unfortunately they were booked up for the next 2 days. Another establishment i went to (i wont say any names) may or may not have had the kit i needed in stock, but I knew for sure that the game of up-saling and overcharging me, WAS ON! I know this bcuz once I returned to SICA i realized that they were attempting to charge me almost DOUBLE for kit and wire harness! Anyway enough of them, I would like to give a warm shout out to the professional, fair and handsome gentleman at SICA for the prompt and professional service they provided me. They even saved me money letting me know that I didnt need all the speakers I initially had. I recommend you treat your car to the best and come see these guys.. THANK YOU LOTS GUYS, STAY GOLDEN 💋

I cant even begin to express how much my life has changed since I got my alarm and remote start installed at this car audio shop. Its like they took my car and turned it into a luxury machine. The installation was seamless and the team was so helpful in explaining everything to me. I can now start my car from the comfort of my bed on those cold winter mornings and my car is ready and warm when I get out. Great selection to choose from and they will dial in all your amps and speakers for the best sound. They showed me how to use all the functions on my new radio and helped explains things until I got it all. I came in needing a radio the same day and they didnt have my dash kit in stock but kept calling around until they found it and got me in. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a great system.

Really cool people. Very honest. Went into get rear speakers installed on a vehicle I just purchased. Come to find out the speakers still were in good shape just needed to be hooked up. He just charged me for the labor to connect the old speakers up. He could have sold me a product that I didnt need. I would not have known, but instead he was up front and honest. Only reason it’s not a 1 is because they were very nice. (update: Theyre salesmen so of course theyre nice)So I go in with strange issues with my custom sound system. Just a 1200w sub and amp box. I paid for a diagnosis and was told a couple things that could be the problem but not what IS the problem. Bad ground location, weak fuse (that came with my install kit) and the copper clad aluminum install kit. For 1200W I think the aluminum was not a big deal. So I went along and paid 3x what I could online for the install kit just to get these problems finally solved.They played the music very loud in my car and it seemed working fine however after I left it wouldn’t play well at low, comfortable, volumes. I’ve been told several things that it COULD be but they were happy to upsell me on things that wouldn’t actually solve my problems.Update: I had taken it to another shop and they also failed it fix it. I spent over $800 on this problem overall. I was so mad at the other shop I went to that I decided the only way I would get this fixed is if I learned and fixed it myself. So I unscrewed the subs and I immediately found a loose butt connector. I took it off, replaced the wires, tied the ends together and taped it down with electrical tape and I havent had a problem since. This shop missed a loose wire and it wound up costing me nothing and took me (someone who only possesses basic electrical knowledge) 15 minutes to fix. My trip to their shop cost me well over $200.

A big shout out to these guys for there help and the alarm install. I have A 2011 Ford F-150 with a commercial camper. I wanted to have sensors on all the doors to the truck shell. I work with my truck so my tools are valuable! The install looks good and the alarm works as it should. They even helped me reprogram my extra FOB for the alarm.. great service and good work. I would recommend them for install, inventory and service.

My opinion of sound image...-they do not have good or fair prices as all the reviews said they did. Granted I did not look at other shops because the reviews were so good here.-installation was way below par. Multiple new scratches on my dash, covers not put back in place, zip tied wiring loose under dash to wires ran through clips that open and thats at a quick glance. Threw the box and manuals for deck away. Gave me replacement when I complained and found out later its not even the right manual for the deck they installed. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE INSTALLATION dont let em fool you. Just a foreign owned chop shop from what I could see. Do yourself a favor and do your research and shop around!

Why buy a new car since your current auto is still in great condition? Keep that older Camery, Avalon or Lexus, toss out that old auto stereo system and upgrade to current standards with a Stereo -Back-up Camera .....And new Speakers, you will be ahead !I had a great experience at Sound Image, Shaun and Sully are fine people with a high degree of integrity ! Terrible service, they broke parts of the car and didnt notify me, 😡 they didnt have the professionalism to remove and install the stereo I bought from them, not to mention that it took them all day. Slow, expensive and poorly made. Dont waste your money here, its not worth it. Please, if you want your car not to lose its value due to the damage caused to the dashboard, please do not come to this place.Nothing professional, terrible service, bad installation. Please avoid this place.
