I contacted Sophie when I was going through a pretty rough time, felt “stuck” and out of control of my own life.Sophie is a great listener: she made me feel seen, understood and supported. I knew from the first session that she genuinely wanted to help me. It felt natural for me to trust her and connect.Sophie always gave me very insightful feedback and sometimes gently challenged my point of view. That helped me to find answers to the questions I was unable to address before and to move forward. She is companionate and respectful, but at the same time able to “confront” you in a positive way and make you progress.Even if, initially, I wasn’t looking for parenting advice, Sophie made me also grow as a parent, since she had a lot of experience as a family therapist.I highly recommend Sophie as a therapist.She’s also very professional, always prepared, thorough with paperwork and flexible (she adapted frequency of sessions according to my busy schedule).

Sophie is extremely professional, empathetic and a great listener.She began by accurately analyzing where my wife and I were and where we needed to go. She helped us develop the tools we needed to get through the day to day and move us toward our longer term goal. Session after session we were able to progress and put things together piece by piece. She is a kind individual and quickly developed our trust so we felt that we could tell her anything knowing she would always be supportive. Working with Sophie was one of the best decisions we have made.

Sophie is an extremely compassionate and passionate counsellor. She is very patient and really cares about her clients. Her counseling approach works very well and we started seeing results within a few weeks. She is very understanding and relatable. She provides tools to address the situation and works with you at every step without being pushy or judgmental. We are very happy with our experience and would have no reservation in recommending her service.

Sophie literally saved my life, I would not be here if it wasnt for Sophies expertise, empathy, help, and support. People often say that contacting a Therapist is 50% of the work. Allow me to contradict that statement. Indeed, the hard work is when you are - on a daily basis - feeling like you are stuck in mud and you dont even know how to take a step forward. The good news is that Sophie was there every step of the way with me. She fully understood the desperation, frustration, and pain... And she got me out of that mud... and - as stated above - i might not be here to tell you this story if it wasnt for Sophies intervention. I am now fully functional, highly energised, and living thanks to Sophies help and support. I do not wish what i went through to anyone but if you do I urge you to contact Sophie; a better life awaits you thanks to her guidance.
