2024-06-18 11:18:16Service desk is going to be hit or miss. It was early and asked if there were any rooms to check in. I was told it would cost me $35 dollars.Rooms are spacious with sitting area. Nice and modern. Nice shower. My toilet moved when I sat on it, but it flushed so they was fine.I had an interview set at 11am. When I talked to the night guy he suggested I either pay for an extra hour or come down to the lobby and use the Internet. The front desk the following day was super accommodating and even asked me how long my interview might go for. I told him 30 minutes but sometimes those things go longer. He told me good luck and to put the do not disturb sign on the door so cleaning would not enter and to call when I was done.Wow! What great person! I also got the jobDidnt have time to check out the gym or pool but from pictures people posted looked nice.Walls are decent... I did wake up to some lady next to me as she yelled at someone to wake up.I would recommend this place if you have family visiting. Its modern. Its nice and it would break the bank. And their AC isnt locked. It was 100 degree day and my room was a nice 68 :).House keeping is super nice too. I wanted to tip them and the lady refused. I handed it to her again and she just moved out the way and the money fell to the floor. I asked another lady to please give it to the woman to cleaned my room. Again I left money and my room was cleaned and called up house keeping to ask whoever cleaned my room to come back and get the tip. That job is hard. I use to do custodial work and threw out my back in 6 months ... When she finally came back she took the tip and kept asking me if I needed cleaning or more items. I told her no. She was a bit confused so idk if people dont tip here but unlike as other places they dont slam the door or make tons of noiseBig TV and it swivels which is nice

2024-05-29 05:13:22The rooms were updated and super clean. The staff were friendly as well. I’m not sure if all of San Ramon charges for overnight but this place does. Online mentioned that breakfast was included but I didn’t see any offered. The gym was missing quite a bit of dumbbells and the motion lights kept turning off every 5 minutes when I was on the treadmill.Other than that, price was good and rooms were clean. After factoring in parking charges in San Ramon, I would more than likely book hotels in Dublin

2024-06-17 16:52:28My stay at this hotel was a major letdown from start to finish. The lack of breakfast options was a huge inconvenience, forcing me to venture out early every morning just to find something to eat. Additionally, the rooms lacked basic amenities like body lotion, which should be a standard offering in any decent hotel. These shortcomings significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Its clear that the hotel management is neglecting essential aspects of guest satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.

2024-04-15 23:54:46This hotel is very conveniently located in San Ramon. We were in town visiting my aging in laws who are residents at the Ivy. Very easy access to highway and shopping. My issues were the noise on the side facing highway 680. We booked a suite which was great, but the traffic noise was awful. We were both up all night. The next am we told the gentleman at the desk about the noise and he moved us to other side of the hotel. The noise was much better. My second issue was though the desk clerk told us he would take care of adjusting the charges, we found out on check out, that they were never adjusted to the lower rate. The clerk said she would talk to the manager and they would call to follow up. No call and no rate adjustment. I called two days later as my cc had been charged without any change to charges. Once again, I was assured I would get an email within 10 minute. NOPE!!!!! Not so much.Had to go the corporate website to finally get the rate adjusted. So aggravating. Who wants to spend time chasing down things that should have been taken care of when they said they would. Very disappointing. My last issue and the most egregious!! No free coffee in the lobby???? If youre going to charge these rates, this should be a given. The worst part is that the hotel is actually very nice with updated rooms. But back to the Hyatt House for us.

2024-03-28 17:10:30Very disappointed about the room cleanliness. The bathroom shower felt dirty and slimy. The toilet kept on running on and off. The hotel remodeled the bedroom but forgot about the bathrooms. Hotel wasn’t what I expected. The location is nice with beautiful hillside views.

2024-06-17 16:47:42My stay at this hotel was a major letdown. Not having any breakfast options was a huge inconvenience, and the absence of body lotion in the rooms was frustrating. These constant shortcomings made my stay miserable. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. They are running out of all basics like body lotion and laundry bags. Staff is not friendly at all .

2024-05-06 19:04:58The worst hotel of all, they just want your money and they dont care about anything else! Asiana gave us a price for two nights and on the second night we could not enter, we had to pay more money and a second deposit or else we could not get our personal belongings, they laughed at us and were very rude, I do not recommend it at all, bad experience. And every night the value increases.

2024-06-17 16:46:19I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. There was no breakfast available, which was very inconvenient. The rooms didn’t have any body lotion, and when I asked for hygiene items at the front desk, they were always out of stock. These issues made my stay very unpleasant. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

2023-12-25 06:23:02I was surprised that they only do housekeeping once every five days unless you request it 24 hours in advance. Also, no complimentary coffee in the lobby was pretty silly. I mean, come on. Thats a no brainer to put coffee in the lobby. The is a small coffee maker in the room, vut I didnt use it. I didnt want to wake my son up with the noise. The room was good, bed comfy, but there wasnt a hair dryer in the room. Definitely a no-frills stay, but it was comfortable. No breakfast included, but some items available for purchase. If I owned this chain Id make some changes, and bring in more guests. Ill be staying elsewhere next time I visit San Ramon . . .

2023-10-05 22:22:24We got married at Bridges Golf Club in August and booked multiple rooms at Sonesta. The Sales Director, Front Desk Manager and everyone in between was phenomenal to work with. The bridal suite was decorated so beautifully and was a really nice touch. The location was perfect. There is a nearby restaurant and gas station in walking distance. Try the gas station chicken, its delicious! The rooms and common areas were clean. The area is safe and our out of town guests really enjoyed their stay. Thank you so much for ensuring our stay was perfect!
