I have been using Solo Termite for a number of years. They have a great deal for customers on their annual inspection plan. What I really like about Solo is that when I first hired them to do a full inspection, they did not try to sell me into doing a tenting of the house. They focused on the problem areas and used long-lasting local treatments that have prevented further issues. If they find something at an inspection, they always treat it locally first if they can. Their inspectors are courteous, professional, and punctual. I recommend there service to anyone.

Jeff and the team were excellent. I like their one-stop services. The prices seemed reasonable when compared to having individual contractors perform the work. Jeff is very knowledgeable and provides great service. Sometimes scheduling was difficult...maybe they are really busy. Ill use them again.

Four Solo Termite workers, including owner Steve Skolos, did great work on our new home in San Clemente, inspecting it and making repairs. The heaviest work took four days, involved the removal of termite damaged wood under the eaves, on the roof and on the exterior of the home, and then patching, painting and cleaning up the work site. The workers were professional, courteous, on-time and did a good job. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted a few companies for termite inspection and went with Solo as they gave us all the options (didn’t just push tenting for termites), took their time, and the price was reasonable. I love that they offer an annual contract/guarantee so you can stay on top of any issues. We were also happy with repairs made, and they were neat and cleaned up.

We got Solo Termite information from Angies list and went with the review. One of the best experiences using similar service, in this case - termite fumigation. From the first meeting with Jay, we felt we could trust this company, and we were right. We didnt bargain with the price because we thought it was priced fairly. Everybody from the receptionist to the person came to the house for instruction with the packing was professional and friendly. The work was completed in the timely manner with no issues. There was some issue on our end with communicating with the gas company, and Sole Termite responded in the fastest way possible. We would definitely recommend this company and use it again.

Im big on setting everything up via internet and from setting up my appointment to the technician showing up to my house to the billing was such an easy and flawless process. My technician Ruben was so helpful and had lots of recommendations for me. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Quick service. Each employee I met or talked to was VERY courteous and professional. Their contracts were thorough, as was the inspection and the explanation of all that needed to be done, plus my options. They explained everything before and after the service and documented with photos when I had questions about certain areas. I highly recommend them if you need help with repairing damage done by termites. We did not need a tent as the damage was not extensive. Thank you, Solo...

Jeff did a very thorough inspection of our home. Throughout the Attic, crawl space, and the interior of our home was gone through. He gave us an excellent plan of attack and Zack, the technician, did an great job of enacting it. They finished it off with a tenting, that came off without a hitch. They are all very customer oriented and are reasonably priced for the extensive services they provided us. I highly recommend them.

Solo Termite and Construction was called to remove architectural beam-ends from the exterior front and to replace a principal bedroom balcony. Termites and dry rot had taken their toll. The crew was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and neat. The stucco patch and paint was a superb match. Their work is solid and the balcony is a front-of-house showpiece. My trust goes with Solo Termite and Construction.

Solo came out several years ago to treat termites discovered during some wall repairs following a plumbing leak. Solos tech, Wes, introduced us to their annual inspection plan which includes inspection and treatment for an affordable annual fee. They call each year to schedule a visit, any issues are treated on the spot and if we see anything come up during the year they come out and take care of it. Its simple, cost effective and allows us to pro-actively stay ahead of the termites which seem to love our neighborhood. The people are friendly and any treatment are marked so its easy to see where treatment has been used.

BEST (LOW COST - HONEST) AND NICEST TERMITE COMPANY EVER!There are companies that tell you the truth and it is en-grained into their entire operation. You hit gold working with this company. They tell you like it is, give you your options. I have had them come and inspect properties and simply said you have no termites and their is no charge. Others we found something there, and this how we are going to fix it, here is what is needed. They even have a yearly kind of plan, where you pay a fixed cost and they do all the termite treatments. Truly great people, I dont have termites and my costs are under control. What else could you want in a company you do business with. I RECOMMEND THEM OVER AND OVER..... Purchased their subterranean termite service. There has been no relief of termites in the house. This was the service that was recommended for us. We requested a discount to tent the property since the previous service was insufficient and we were shut down. Solo termites “subterranean service” is a complete cash grab and upsell.
