I contacted Dan and within 72 hours I was prequalified for a home loan and I was touring condos. I found my dream home and Dan made the whole process so easy. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. My escrow closed super fast and now I’m living in my dream home. I am sure they had other clients at the time however he made me feel like I was their only client and I was the most important ever. I cannot recommend Solcosta Home Loans and Dan enough!

If you have home financing needs, particularly if such needs involve complex or challenging circumstances, I would strongly recommend you engage Dan Patty to represent you. Dan is an extremely knowledgeable and creative problem solver of the first order. He was able to secure the financing we needed to close on the off-market purchase of a home we had rented for over seven years and he did so within a ridiculously short closing timeframe imposed by the sellers (who I suspect were concerned about the financing contingency and were anxious to put the home on the market). I would be remiss if I failed to note that this purchase involved a single-family residence that not only had been our home for seven years but that we had grown to love. My wife has MS and the homes single-story open floor plan along with the access it provides to close friends and family as well as health care providers and services was uniquely well suited to our needs. Had the home been sold out from under us, the move-out and the task of finding a new place of residence that was as accommodating would have been an extremely challenging proposition. It became apparent early in our relationship with Dan that he understood what the purchase of this house meant to my wife and me. And throughout the time I spent working with Dan, I always felt that he assigned an importance to and brought a level of commitment to successfully closing this purchase that was commensurate with this understanding. And for that sense of empathy with which he approached our relationship, I am most grateful.

Dan is an absolute gem to work with. We had (what felt to us like) a complicated loan situation, and Dan went above and beyond, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy. I never felt like I had to wonder what was next because Dan was always two steps ahead of us and gave us notice of what to expect. Dan was patient, flexible, and friendly throughout our closing and some last-minute changes. He knows the ins and outs of the industry and helped us get a great rate and loan set-up that we are comfortable with. I couldnt recommend working with Dan and Solcosta Home Loans more!

We used Solcosta Home Loans for the second time, and if we ever buy again we absolutely will use them again. Same for refinancing. Dan is the absolute best! A consumate professional who also understands the complexity of the home buying process. He was patient, flexible, and thorough. He found ways to save us money throughout the process from beginning to end, with our mortgage and rates. He has our business for life and I would not recommend anyone else to my family and friends.
