I was referred to Solabrite by 2 neighbors who also had a good experiences. Solabrite is a wonderful company to work with all around. Efficient and professional. Came out and provided free estimate/consult to install a solatube. At day of appointment, I received notification of installer en route. Install was easy and straight forward. Floors and counters were covered in room. Would have liked a bit of cleanup in areas that had some dirt/debris but wasn’t a big deal.

Im new to skylights. After speaking to a few other competitors it was clear Solabrite was far and above the experts. I didnt believe it at first because I was confused by one of their competitors (a roofing company). I even called the skylight manufacturer and they confirmed EVERYTHING Solabrite said was true. I had to replace 4 skylights of varying size. Im glad its over and the job was done right. My wife wont be upset with me. Thanks Solabrite!

We has used this company before for the installation of a Solatube. We felt that installing another would improve brightening a farm area of the home. Employees as a whole were very courteous, offered a previous customer discount, and the installer was very good. We would recommend Solabrite for your lighting needs.

The installation was prompt and efficiently done. They even came out a couple days later to bring a new, nicer cover ($99). Solabrite and all of the installation, sales and billing personnel were pleasant and easy to work with. The items are not cheap, but its a unique system (Solatube) and good quality from what I read. I think the price we got was the going rate. We will be able to get a write off also. We may get a second one and I would use Solabrite again.Out installer was Miguel. He was on time, the install was pretty straightforward and he was done in 90.

Miguel was awesome! I definitely will have other projects I want to do with Solabrite. No surprises when I got the bill. He was very courteous & clean from beginning to end. Had whole house fan installed for now. Its supposed to reach 90S in the next couple of days so ill get to try it out. I was quoted that it may take as long as 3-4 hours to install but because of ease access he did in 2 hours!Thank you Miguek & Solabrite!

Miguel showed up on time to explain the product and give me an estimate. Subsequently, I went to their show room to see several different Solatubes. I decided to go with a 14 tube with a square lens in the kitchen ceiling. Miguel showed up 2 weeks later, on time, to install. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that he forgot a part and had to come back the following week to finish the job. I am retired so the delay didnt bother me. I am very happy with the way it looks.

Solabrite got us a custom-made Velux glass skylight to replace a very large old plastic one. Total installation time, from arrival to departure, was under an hour! Mufid suggested Square Solatubes for the LR which I had never seen before. They look beautiful.I am very OCD about placement of things, etc. Mufid balanced them perfectly.Great team. I worked with this company to get a Solatube Whole House Fan and QuietCool hybrid attic fan installed. I am very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. Ive been dealing with Yasameen throughout and she is amazing to work with. First time she called me to quote me on the product was on a Saturday when I had least expected to hear from. All quotes were backed by written email which was unlike others in the field.Part of the reason for me going with them was because they provided 5 years parts and labor warranty that others didnt provide and second, since I wanted an attic fan in the garage that didnt have any vents, every company discouraged me from touching the roof. But since Solabrite bread-n-butter is Solatube, they are pretty comfortable working on projects that require roof touching so I trusted their expertise.Their prices generally are non-negotiable and they provide good prices the first time which I really appreciated. Due to some miscommunication, they had installed less powerful Whole House Fan which didnt work for me in the most efficient way so when I provided this feedback, they were receptive and even though it was more work they upgraded my unit with more powerful one (of course, at additional price).I am hoping the product will work as expected but knowing that we have this company behind their product and more generous parts and labor warranty, Ill always choose them over others.

Solabrite just replaced our 33 year old skylights and the service was totally professional and we couldn’t be more pleased. Calling the office for information and working with both Alex Hurtado and Yasmeen Habal, all of our questions and appointments were handled smoothly with text updates as to arrival times. We did have a special roof ridge double operable skylight and Solabrite was able to install a new solar operable roof ridge skylight. The installers, Miguel and Mufid were able to adjust and install the new skylights within 2 hours of their arrival. Prior to installation, Miguel or Mufid came out to our house twice to remeasure and make sure the ordered skylights would be correct. Highly recommended.

We recently had two kitchen skylights replaced and had two Solatubes installed in our master closet. Communication with Alex was great from start to finish and the installers did a great job protecting the work area with drop cloths and plastic sheeting. Installation of all units probably took four hours total and they left our kitchen and closet clean and tidy. We had a skylight installed by Solabrite in conjunction with a new roof in 2020. During heavy rain the skylight was leaking into our bathroom. Solabrite came out, identified the problem and promptly fixed it without charge. Ultimately it was a problem of the roofing companys workmanship not Solabrite. The tech who responded was very friendly, efficient and I was very happy with his work. Solabrite was also going to pursue the roofing company to get them to do an additional repair at no cost to us. Would highly recommend.

I just want to say how pleased we are with our new solatube fixture. The new 14” solatube was installed in the kitchen ceiling. It immediately brightened up the kitchen with amazing light. I am happy that I found them through the paper ad that I normally threw away :)We wanted to have skylight installed in our bathroom but we couldnt find anyone after calling all possible vendors on yelp. When I called them, the guy I spoke with was very helpful and was able to tailor a plan that fits perfectly with our needs!Their schedule is extremely flexible and they were able to send someone to work on the project within 1 day.The installation went smoothly and the guy they sent was able to give us helpful advice (we wanted to install the skylight right above the bathtub but he said the moisture would destroy it). Not only that, he was able to install our existing switch light within the skylight, where we can have brighter light at night and natural sunlight during daytime!Their pricing is extremely fair and we will go back to them if we ever need a new skylight installed (trust me, I have contacted over 10 vendors on yelp and their pricing goes from $2k to 3k).

Cant say enough good things about our experience with Solabrite. We had waited a long time before finally taking the plunge with Solatubes, and our only regret is that we missed out for so long. From our estimator, Mufid to Alex in the office and Miguel, our installer, every person we encountered at Solabrite was professional, helpful, responsive and just a down-to-earth decent human being. Mufid was efficient and straightforward in giving us an estimate and Alex was patient as we worked our way through several iterations. Miguel was nothing short of amazing. He showed up several minutes before 8 am on a Saturday, had all the parts and options that we had requested, an set about installing a total of 5 ten-inch solar tubes--one each to light our small, darkish bathrooms, and three to light our very dark interior hallway, smartly suggesting light kit adds on those three to ensure a seamless and professional looking finish. While we were momentarily concerned that he was alone on the job, our fears were wholly unfounded. He worked with expert precision and attention to detail and spent the next 7 hours completing a flawless install, patiently navigating our questions and stunned amazement along the way. His clean up was meticulous and other than the areas glowing from their new fixtures, you would never know the significant measuring, cutting, unpackaging and installing that had just taken plafce. The results were truly transformative and we couldnt be happier with the final product. The only downside is that the Solatube-lit parts of the house now shine like a gem and put a couple of other areas to shame, such that we have our sights set on two more tubes in the near future! Thanks to the whole Solabrite team for a top-notch experience. Now, if only all home improvement projects could be like this one ....

Saw an ad for them in San Joaquin magazine.Came to my house in Lodi and gave me a quote to replace four old skylights.I checked with a couple of other companies, but only Solabrite could get the custom sizes needed for two solar powered ones.Took a couple weeks for parts to come in.Extremely nice installers arrived on time, and only took three hours to remove and replace the skylights.Highly recommend!

Solatubes are a fabulous, less expensive alternative to skylights. We had one installed in a dark hallway, and the increase in light couldnt have been more dramatic. We liked it so much, we had a second one installed a few months later in the kitchen. Had a large Skylight Replacement completed by Solabrite. Skylight was over 40 years old and started to get cracks in it. The process from calling, having service techs come out to measure, getting a quote, ordering the replacement product and completion of new installation was a little longer than anticipated but partially because of us wanting to compare prices and do our do diligence. The Solabrite techs were very efficient and professional and we are very happy so far with our new Skylight.

I wanted to share my amazing recent experience with the professionals at Solabrite as they helped with the installation of Solatube daylighting systems in my home as my Christmas gift to my wife.Yasmeen was extremely knowledgeable and patient as she helped guide me on the phone on the best solution for my home and was kind enough to schedule (and reschedule) the installation around my availability.On the day on installation, Mufid led a 2-person team for the install and provided some consultation on fine-tuning the solution. Ultimately, I decided to switch most of the Solatubes from 10 to 14 and add a 6th tube (when I had originally planned for only 5). Not only did Mufid have the necessary equipment on-hand, but he accommodated the extra unit and was able to complete the full installation in a single morning.An amazingly professional and knowledgeable team--I would not hesitate to call them again if want more Solatubes or desire upgrades (i.e. dimmers, filters) in the future. I have a old house. I called Sola Brite because the attic fan was broken. Then, I found out the solatube. I installed three SolaTube’s. The results are amazing. The dark rooms suddenly turned to bright, even at night there is soft light coming into the rooms.
