I’ve been coming to SOL PT for over a year. I’ve worked with Braxton mostly and Attiya (I’m so sorry if I spelled yer name wrong) on the occasions that Braxton didn’t have availability. They both have gone out of their way to make room for me in their schedules sometimes shifting their schedules on the fly to make sure I had full hour long appointments whenever possible. The education and expertise these providers have is exceptional and I’m grateful everyday for their dedication to me and my wonky body.

Ive worked with Sol for recovery on two separate occasions. My recent injury was a severed foot tendon and the other was a rotator cuff injury. On both occasions, Ive received excellent care. The team is personable, thoughtful, and results-driven. I highly recommend SOL!

ACL graft rehab - Physical therapist had his hand on my foot during measurement of flexion at beginning of session in week 3. Massaged for 5 mins. Then had hand on foot pushing it closer smashing my manuscus repair and causing pain for 3 days that I didn’t have before. He wanted to write progress down.. selfish and lazy. He’s not supposed to have his hand on my foot during the measurement. They didn’t send an updated protocol following that session. PT passed me mid session to assistant serving another client at same time for barely supervised exercises. ACL graft rehab is so straight forward surgeons don’t even pay attention. They are so bad here they may manage to mess it up. Be careful. Other points… no electric stimulus provided. No ability to provide consistent schedule, they schedule after every session. This place has transferred hands apparently and been going down hill ever since. Filter reviews by date and you’ll see. They are benefiting from the previous performance as a company.

They billed me 6-months later suggesting the last copay I made was $10 instead of $30 as I had paid for on four prior visits. Odd and tasteless. The trainers are adequate. Not spectacular. Most of my physical therapy was formulaic and of little use. I later learned of a quick exercise that in 2 minutes was 50 times more effective than what I was doing for more than half an hour at the facility. Plus, I repeatedly had to ask questions because the trainer verbal communication is lackluster at best. The trainers particularly here could use a class in communication, and charm. This is really a service industry so they should consider customer service training for their trainers, no pun intended. These therapists unfortunately have a hot/cold primadona attitude which is multi-personality delusional, in my opinion. And not scheduling a follow up appointment the pressure was on from the therapists as if I was leaving a cult. Conversely, receptionist were good and kept things moving forward with a positive beat.

3 months ago the care and attention were terrific. Now, I missed a call from them offering 1 appointment that I could not make as they did not contact me first about my availability. I tried to call to say I could not make it, no answer. After that I tried to call several times, leaving 2 more messages. Then I emailed my PT asking about an appointment and she said she would ask the front desk to get back to me. That was over a week ago so I am on my third week waiting for a call and appointment; I am no longer interested in getting care from an office that knows I underwent 2 painful surgeries in 4 months.

An excellent and knowledgeable team that has helped me through two separate injuries over the past several years.

I have been receiving physical therapy at SOL for two months. The physical therapist, John is a well trained, sensitive practitioner. He listens carefully and customizes each session. He plans each exercise to help me work at home and always updates the app after each session. The facility is clean and well organized. It is never crowded and is always quiet.I definitely recommend SOL and the Physical Therapist, John Guzman. John is always warm and thoughtful as I focus on my back issues.

So far everything at Sol has been great. The PT I am working with, Amy G., is incredibly knowledgeable and makes a big difference even within just a short sentence. The facilities are nice and clean with good equipment. They have assistants to help with exercises. And the front desk team has all been wonderful to work with. Friendly, helpful with setting appointments. And easy to get in touch with. Very happy so far!

I work with Jack and Lawrence and have had a fantastic experience over the past month and a half. I previously did physical therapy elsewhere and had little results and not a comprehensive treatment program. Jack and Lawrence think holistically about my physical therapy treatment, actively listen to my concerns, and regularly check in to make sure there is improvement and not increased pain. Highly recommend both of them and SOL!

In preparation for knee surgery, I was referred to SOL Physical Therapy, and John (JP) Guzman as my therapist. I could not have been more fortunate. JP has not only helped me learn exercises and helpful information on my needs and progress, he has inspired me to think differently about the value of the work Im doing in therapy as an enhancement to my life. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind, all attributes that make visits pleasant. Im continuing therapy after surgery, and am pleased to continue with JP who I trust so much.
