I lifted something and seriously hurt my back. It became hard to breathe and I was getting scared. I called Dr. Masoud and he got me in his office right away. He is such a kind person! Not only did he take time to answer all of my questions but he explained to me how to prevent problems in my future. I left his office with no more back pain and he also relieved me from pain I was carrying around that I didn’t even know I had! I realize how important it is to get regular check ups just to make sure our bodies are healthy and we are not carrying around any unnecessary pain. I had severe back pain and was unable to walk. Both my discs and sciatic nerve were in critical condition. I sought the help of a pain management specialist who immediately recommended an epidural injection for my lower back. However, luckily for me, he went on vacation, and I had to wait a week for his return to proceed with the injection. Since I was experiencing unbearable pain, I began searching online for potential solutions, and thats when I discovered Dr. Masoud. Simply the best! I have been seeing chiropractors since I was a teenager (now in my 40s) and I have to say Dr. Masoud has been the best by far. He is very thorough with his initial assessment and explains everything he sees and how he plans to treat it. He gave me a copy of the report of all the significant findings of the examination and the recommendations for care to take home to review. This is the first time I recall getting a report. I was impressed. I initially came in because my chiropractor moved away and have not seen one in 7 years. My back pain was getting unbearable. After two weeks of therapy with Dr. Masoud my back pain has improved by more than 60%. It goes without saying-I will keep coming back. I highly recommend him!

I have been suffering from low back pain that started very suddenly. It all started in May of 2022. I was recommended physical therapy by my pcp. I visited the local PT and was very disappointed with their setup.I decided to search for someone who could perform physiotherapy treatments near my house and came across doctor Massouds office. All his reviews were five stars, so I decided to make an appointment. Long story short, my low back pain has improved with his personal soft touch therapy. Absolutely fantasic! Dr. Masouds expertise and quality of care improved my sciatica flare-up (with radiating left leg pain) in just a few days!! Im still amazed!!! And I appreciate his holistic approach.After my first visit, I felt better, and a couple of days later I realized my left leg pain was gone. GONE! The chiropractic and physiotherapy treatment worked better and faster than I imagined. I am continuing to receive treatment for lingering low back aches from my sciatica flare-up which is vastly improved from a week ago when I cried putting on my socks and realized I needed medical intervention (which is what led me to Dr. Masoud who came highly recommended by several friends). This review is long overdue. I’ve been seeing Mabby for nearly 2 years. She is magic!! Initially I was seen for an injured hip due to running. First, I went to my primary physician who recommended medication. Second, my chiropractor could not seem to heal it. I found Mabby through Google. She fixed my hip in 2 visits 2 days apart. I continued to see her for other issues: IBS, sore neck and acupuncture facials. She has completely healed me and now I see her occasionally if something flares up. She cares and gives natural remedy advice but never pushes nor sells any herbs etc. You will not find anyone more caring, compassionate. My family and friends that have seen her for various ailments all thank me for introducing them to Mabby. She is a gifted acupuncturist. I feel fortunate to have found her.

Experienced severe pain from pinched nerve and strained back from bicycle races and traveling. Due to these issues was unable to sleep, ride or travel while in LA. Received treatment from Dr. Shamaeizadeh for several visits progressing steadily in a positive direction. I woke one morning with the worst neck, shoulder and arm pain I had every experiences. On a pain scale 1-10 it was a 20 (haha). But seriously I wanted to cry and I could hardly think. Dr. Masoud is the most amazing chiropractor I have seen and I ha e seen a lot since age 10 because I have scoliosis. His physiotherapy and chiropractor adjustments got me back on track. Look no further, this is your place for chiropractic care. I suffer from chronic headaches and neck pain 😪 and Dr. Masood has helped me tremendously. Let me tell you, you get your monies worth here. His therapeutic treatment involves an entire array of therapies including muscle stimulation, electric nerve stimulation, cupping, Gua Sha head massage which relaxes and reduces the muscle tension in your skull, and of course, spine and neck adjustment. Dr. Masood is also very kind. He personally greets every patient who walks in his office and I really like the warm, friendly atmosphere. His sister, Mabe, is an expert acupuncturist who is also available by appointment. Ive seen people come out of her office, completely at peace, literally looking like they could float on air. I stumbled upon Soft Touch and Dr. Masoud, and boy am I glad I did.Dr. Masoud is an incredible chiropractor! Not only does he take his time to really evaluate your body and understand your issues before he even tries to treat you, but he is very transparent with everything he does. (even gives you a paper to take home with his findings, to do research yourself).After my initial evaluation/treatment, the next day I got a follow up from the Dr. himself, making sure I was ok, and got advice on how to continue the care at home. Dr. Masoud is amazing. Today was my first visit. I called him 45 minutes to closing time and explained I was having terrible back pain. He sympathized and said to come right in. I visited Dr. Masoud for about 2 months for chronic neck and back pain - Dr. Masoud is thorough, attentive, patient, and leads with a spirit of infectious enthusiasm. I especially appreciated that in addition to chiropractic adjustments, he combined several modalities of therapy for my issues including traction, heat and cold therapy, electrical stimulation, passive stretching and isometric stretching (to name the ones I can remember). In addition, after each session he sent me home with nutrition and supplement guides and at-home exercises and stretches - this part is especially important because recovery from pain is a gradual, continuous process.I highly recommend Soft Touch Chiropractic and am thankful to Dr. Masoud for helping me on the path to recovery.

I’ve seen Dr. Masoud for 4 years. Well, not continuously. It’s human being’s nature not like to see a doctor, especially during the pandemic. When everything is good with my back and neck, I forgot my visit to Dr. Masoud’s office until recently. This time I felt not only a back pain, but also a pain in belly, the front. At first he urged me to take other tests, not delay/miss the diagnosis of other possible problems. When I came back with all test results normal, he started to figure out the cause of my pain. Wowwwwww is all I can say. I have been to many chiropractors, but no one can compare to Dr. Masoud. I came for the first time last week, my back was so bad that I couldnt get out of the car, Dr. Masoud actually came down and helped me up. He did a thorough examination to see what my issue is, it turned out to be a herniated disc. It was so bad, the pain would shoot from my lower back down to my knee; I couldnt walk. As soon as I would try to walk I would get a muscle spasm and black out. Today was my third visit to him and wow I feel normal again! I can walk, sit, wear my shoes, and just be free! He is so gentle and takes his time to make sure I am fully adjusted before leaving. His sister also works with him who is such a sweet lady! After a serious car accident, I was referred to Dr. Masoud. The accident sandwiched and totaled my small car from three sides, causing me extreme neck discomfort and constant back pain. Masoud is a good man who is passionate about what he does. You see it in how he interacts with his patients. He greets you with a big smile and he genuinely cares about you. I went to his practice after I hurt my back carrying an elliptical upstairs. I felt a pop in my lower back. I gave it a couple of weeks to heal, but got to the point where every step I took came with sharp pain in my lower back. I finally broke down and went to see Masoud. When I was done with my first session I got to my car and realized that the pain was mostly gone. I went to see Dr. Masoud for my chronic lower back pain and sciatica. In all I had 3 visits over a 2 week period, and after each visit I felt much better--the back was straighter and a lot of blockage and tensions were reduced. Dr. Masoud is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring chiropractor who can spot your problems after a series of short skeletal tests. He uses a multi-modal approach utilizing UV radiation therapy, electrical stimulation, massage, skeletal and muscular adjustment, vibrators etc. along with herbal gels and oils. He also has informative videos he will show you (if you need it) and will provide you with a copy of his analysis and recommendations for chiropractic treatment, exercise, self-help, diet, acupuncture etc. tailored to your particular needs. The office location is easy to find, and free parking is available in the lots around and some on the street. Eateries, stores and a grocery store are right there too. I would have agonizing pain on my back while Im sleeping and while I drive, it would be very difficult for me to move my neck whenever I needed to check to switch lanes.
