I ordered large floor pillows through Society6 and the quality of the pillows were absolutely amazing and the pattern was so cute and They go so well with my decor. Unfortunately I ordered way more than I needed (as they were larger than I expected) and Society6 refunded me immediately for the pillows I didnt need and even allowed me to keep them as a token of appreciation for my business. I would buy from them any day! Plus their large selection of options is a major plus! I highly recommend them!

Love, love, love my purchase!! Arrived quickly and very easy to hang. However my larger print was jostled a little in shipment I assume and I had to reassemble it somewhat. Smaller one is perfect and needed nothing but to be hung. This is my new go to for eye catching, trendy art and home decor!

Hey Society 6.Tried and never buying from them again. Delivered the wrong item that was supposed to be a Christmas present!!! Of course, it took forever to ship.The one positive thing about this whole experience is their customer service rep that issued a refund on the spot. I thank you Karla!

I speak french, sorry for the grammar/syntax mistakesI ordered about 10 prints for a value of around 500$ (tx and 25% off incl)My order was split in 4 orders with a different # each. The result was that I have to pay 4 times the delivery charges (between 12-15$ /each) OK.... so the 25% off sale is now down to about 15%....But it’s not over yet!DHL add extra fees for each package between (20-40$ /each)... Here goes the rest off de 25% off saleAnd the do not deliver at your address! You have to go to an other facility to get your stuffYeah!I contacted Society 6 and they told me to refuse the delivery...... and when they get back the package they can do the refund...... Simple?! Not!!There’s no way for me too “refuse” the delivery since they don’t deliver to my house!I will contact my CC company to see if they can deal with them since it’s a“hidden fees” case.....UPDATEAll the Large print that I received are really bad quality and the shade doesn’t fit what I boughtEx: Grey becomes Brown.....

Received a couple wall art items and stickers as gifts. The prints look horrible and cheap. I dont know how these things can be advertised as art. The stickers were blurry as well.Didnt want to share this with the person who gave me the gifts, so I tried contacting the merchant directly. I explained the situation and provided my name and address. The merchant kept stating they wanted an order number, charge card info, etc., but I kept repeating that I was the person receiving the items and didnt have that information. Yet, they repeat and repeat the same thing over and over.I sincerely advise against doing and commerce with this company. Very frustrating to deal with as well as substandard products.

Have bought quite a bit of products off Society6, I love their designs & I love all of the products you can get that design on. However, I recently ordered a shirt from them in the size that Ive gotten before & when it arrived, it was far too big for me. So, I tried to exchange it, but for some reason the self service wasnt working. I contacted customer service & told them the problem. They immediately refunded me the cost of the shirt, allowed me to order the same shirt in the size I needed, but they let me keep the other shirt! I gave the other shirt to my friend & am now waiting for the new one in the mail!I love this site!!

I ordered a comforter, pillow shams and a shower curtain in one order and a throw pillow in another order from Society6 and I was extremely disappointed for the price of $467. I received them in 3 different shipments when they could have have sent it in 2 and saved an extra shipping charge. What I ordered and what I got as compared to the description was quite disappointing: the comforter was supposed to be a queen size - 88x88 it said in the description and its barely 75x75, the filling is also larger than the material so it bunches up on the edges and needs to be messed with after using the bed. The pillow shams and shower curtain are much better but all of the material that its made of could be a better quality. When I received the throw pillow it was a pillow and a pillow cover not even put together. The pillow is 16x16 as in the description but the pillow cover is 12x12 and when you put the pillow in its kind of overstuffed. I dont want to go through the hassle that its been with them trying to get answers so I will just deal with it but the next time I order something I will not order from them regardless of how much I like the design and color.

This happened to both of the reclining chairs we bought, within 1-2 months of purchasing them. Both me and my husband have standard weights. We submitted a complaint for the first one that broke and got a replacement, and now the other one broke. I know this will happen to the other one too. The seams are just too weak.

Items have been decent quality.We shipped to Canada. Emails from shipping company indicated that wed need to pay customs and duty fees. We didnt respond to the messages and never had to pay, although it may have delayed the shipping slightly.Irritating that each item is shipped separately, even if of same type.

Terrible rug quality. I bought a rug in August. I am not sure when it happened, but I missed their return window which is only 60 days for all products. At some point, my rug which was less than 4 mo old developed snags. I immediately looked up care instructions, Easy to clean. Simply vacuum and wipe with soap, water and non-abrasive cloth. I have done exactly this and nothing different. For a rug that is so expensive $500, I would expect it to last longer than 4 mo. I contacted their customer support and they said I couldnt return it because I was outside of the window. I also asked for the situation to be escalated to no avail. I would never buy another product from them and before this, I had been very happy with their products. I have a duvet cover that I love. I guess I wish they had given better care instructions, developed a product that lasted longer, and had better customer service when this happened.
