I absolutely love the motorized shades Bryce and his team installed in my Pergola and I highly recommend using SoCal Screen and Shade for both indoor and outdoor shade installations.My Pergola was a challenge to add motorized shades to because both my Pergola and my pavers are sloped for water drainage, however, shades cannot be installed at an angle. Bryce took measurements on 2 separate occasions and he carefully set my expectations as to how the shades would look when completed. He added a bias to the fabric to accomodate for the slope and was helpful with selecting a perfect color match for camouflage purposes too.I could not be happier! The installation and the color match is so perfect that the slope accommodation is not visible unless you know what to look for. I love that I can use 1, 2 or 3 of my shades at a time and I can use them to keep the Pergola clean, to keep the inside of the Pergola warm when its cold outside or I can use them to keep out sun and glare as needed - either all the way down or only partially down.If you are looking for a motorized shade company, look no further. You can hire this company with complete confidence!

Great service and product from SoCal Screen and Shade. Bryce came over and took the measurements and gave an estimate on the spot. He was on time, cordial, and easy to work with. We were notified a few days later to schedule the installation and everything was smooth with the installation. We wanted a sliding screen for the front door to get some cool air in at night and are very happy with the entire process. Highly recommend SoCal Screen. Great price and great service. Thanks again.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of the screens we purchased. There was no pressure to buy when they came out to provide an estimate. They were reasonably negotiable on the end price (rounded down a bit). The same person who provided the estimate also did the installation with another worker. I really appreciate when the sales person is invested in the project beyond day 1. The quality of the product and the way it looks and function with Google Home automation via Somfy and Bond Bridge are amazing.

We’ve had ours in for one week and we LOVE them! The screens give a very clear view and seem sturdy and well-made, with slow closing so they don’t bang when closed. We love the “long pole” version so there is no middle vertical bar and it just appears like our French doors are wide open with no screen at all but the screen is there, barely visible, keeping the bugs out. They are exactly what we were looking for - truly gives us that indoor/outdoor living feeling! The service has also been first-rate. Dan has been wonderful, friendly, helpful and very responsive. In fact, we like the screens and the service so much that we’ve already ordered a screen for another (fourth) set of French doors. Highly recommend.

This company is professional who knows what I wanted and can deliver it. I bought a retractable screen doors for my patio French door after I was happy with the presentation and the price quote.The other company didnt have any samples, and I had to go with what they have and know how to install, for higher price.The quality of screen is very good. Fantastic company.I thought I left this review already, my mistake.We purchased an automatic rollup and down screen for our garage.This was a fantastic purchase.There is only a few hours of the day that its too hot out to leave it open.Other than that it works better than spending money on air conditioning.I was going to add a split system to the garage but now I am in no rush.The company was fantastic to work with and everyone was really nice.I highly recommend you use this company.Thank you again for our screen, we love it.

My clear view screen has been great even though it opens to a deck on the beach so it gets a lot of use. The screen started sliding not so smoothly and of course it happened to be a few days before we were hosting a bachelorette party. I made a 911 call and the great people at So Cal screens found a way to send someone out the next day and fix the issue. Not only a great product but supported by a great team and service.

Ive been waiting a long time to replace my back patio door screen because I thought it would be a huge hassle. Had I known how quick and easy it would be with Southern California Screen I would have done this a year ago! I requested a quote online and quickly got a response from Bryce explaining my options and set up an appointment for measurements the next week. When he saw my doors, Bryce told me there was a less expensive option that would work for my doors (the long pull screen), measured and placed my order. The screen was done a week earlier than expected and the installer that came out was quick and efficient. I would definitely call this company again if I ever need new screens

My house came with these awesome clear view shades. 10 yrs later, it was time for a refresh. Called Socal Screens, they sent a tech out. Punctual and nice. He switched out the screens and modified the rail so it works better and doesnt begin to fray. They are working like Brand new again!! Great investment.

We have had retractable screens installed on our front door and on our French backdoors by California Screens. They have excellent service an an excellent product. We plan on adding another retractable screen on our side French doors. They came out after the fire and serviced our screens promptly. I can’t say enough good things about them. We absolutely love our retractable screen that was installed by the team about two weeks ago. We have an inclosed patio that opens to the backyard, and the area attracts plenty of insects and the birds fly in often to escape the hot sun or other weather elements. Needless to say, they make a mess with their droppings on our patio furniture, etc., and we are always having to clear away spider webs from the furniture as well. With the retractable screen, we can now keep the area free of birds and insects and also keep debris from blowing into the enclosed area. We couldnt be more pleased; definitely worth the cost as well. Wish we would have done this years ago.Thank you So. Cal. Screen!

This is a phenomenal company. Locally-owned, which I love. Products are made in Southern California. The owner himself came to measure and give advice. I freaking LOVE my screens. They make a huge difference and they disappear when not in use. Friends always tell me “those are cool, where’d you get them?” when they see my roller screens. One warning: the screens themselves so disappear into your view that I have walked into them a few times, as has my pooch. The good thing: Walki g into them does not “ruin” them. They go right back into their track once you close them and open them again. Love these.
