Great flexibility. Able to adapt to individual schedules and provide great management training. Takes a little while to get the hang of everything but the leaders provide great resources to learn from.
Interview process was very smooth, they talked a lot about promotions and growth opportunity, it sounded good just like most companies but in this case they actually followed through with what they said and even I got promoted while in college

NO SUCH THING AS SENIORITY ONLY OPPORTUNITY OF GROWTH AND SUCCESS.Got my first experience with their management training program starting from the surface level growing still here as a corporate trainer. Definitely not an easy job to do but if you have patience and the hunger to make money and own your business it’s for you.No experience ever needed! Seen people like TEVI pass me up into leadership within two weeks of just training and getting involved.
