My technician Zach is very friendly and happy to answer questions. He completed the work in a timely manner and I would recommend him to future customers of your firm.This is only a 4 star review because your company needs to hire more technicians. My first appointment was made 2 months in advance and I’m a club member, but it was rescheduled after I waited three hours ( I had to call you! ) because the others jobs took too long. I rescheduled and Zach handled everything.

From the very moment my phone call was answered to the arrival of the specialist I have been pleased with SoCal Airflow Pros (Goettl). Eddie, the specialist, was straightforward and did a wonderful job of taking me through his findings step by step. Great experience. Zach was my technician and he did a phenomenal job. Issue was very difficult, but Zach kept a positive attitude and completed the work splendidly. Zach explained everything he did and was extremely professional. My furnace is nearly 40 years old, but Zach was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I did not feel taken advantage of and would recommend SoCal Airflow any day of the week. Extremely satisfied.

Just want to say that our technician ZachWas on point with his knowledge. He recommended some upgrades while not pressuring me to buy anything, it was just his recommendation. I decided to go with the up grades for my system. I can tell this young man is a great asset to your companys future . In May 2023, we had our 5 ton AC replaced and all ducting upstairs replaced, we added 2 air returns, moved thermostats, installed a heat pump, added air supplies, added zoning upstairs, and installed a variable air handler. Jack designed the system, Martin got 2 stage operation working. We ended up with exactly what we wanted- at night you cant hear the AC go on and off. No rushing air, whisper quiet. The upstairs is exactly the same temperature throughout. Multiple air returns ensure the system is super quiet. And having used it over a hot summer, it is incredibly efficient. Only occupied rooms are conditioned. They finished within a week by putting many guys on the job, all of which were careful and knowledgable. The inverter outside is really quiet as well. We have had 2 prior homes zoned- these guys are a class act.

We originally loved this company until it was recently bought out by a large AC company. We have a monthly contract with this company. My credit card was recently hacked; so I was trying to call the company to update my credit card information with them. I called a local number but instead of speaking with someone at the company, I had to speak to a call center that was not in this country. I was on hold forever because I live in California but my cell phone number is my old Texas phone number. The call center was not able to connect me to SoCal Airflow which is now owned by Goettel. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and plan on canceling my membership as soon as I can figure out how to speak to a human.

Unbelievably positive interaction with SoCal Airflow Pros. They are remarkably friendly and extremely knowledgable. Being veteran-owned means a lot to us, as our son’s a Marine and we have extended family in the armed forces as well.Our AC unit had acted up a few times over the years and they were able to come out and fix it, even though it was very old. I knew that I wanted to give them a shot at an estimate when it came time to finally replace, as I feel they’ve earned it. Sure enough, the furnace/heater went down on us during one of the late 2021 cold spells - I had had enough. Contacted SoCal Airflow Pros first thing and they were able to come out within a couple of days. After discussing all of our options with Saul, we decided on a complete revamp with a heat pump, all new ducting, etc. They were able to set an install date the following week! Very impressed and excited to move so quickly.Ulysses showed up with Rich, surveyed everything, and got started. They had to rebuild the platform in the garage where the furnace/blower and hot water heater stood. They were even able to remove the water heater, rebuild the platform, with a sheet metal top and coping… To say the outcome of Uly’s efforts were anything but a work of art, really doesn’t do it justice. (I am SO impressed). Uly even got inside and underneath, cleaned and sealed off any portion that wasn’t necessary for the operation so it was streamlined for efficiency. Rich was dealing with another issue in the backyard where the unit stood - there was cement build-up where the new platform needed to go. He didn’t skip a beat and did everything he could to remove and level the area. It was incredibly tedious work and a lot of labor.Alex and Octavias were dealing with vents and ducts while the others were in the garage and backyard. These two guys did an amazing job with the duct work in the attic. Everything is now to code, the air flow is remarkably better in every room - downstairs and upstairs. I’m sure we’ll see the full efficiency of the unit as we get into the summer months as well.I can’t thank SoCal Airflow Pros enough for the wonderful job they did. They’re experts in what they do and it will be done way above any expectations you may have. We want to personally thank Uly, Rich, Octavias, and Alex for their skilled work. You’ve made our lives better, boys!

A little over a year after we had our A/C system installed, it unexpectedly shut down, right in the middle of a heat wave! We called up So Cal Airflow Pros and they scheduled to have a warranty technician come out to take a look. Jonathan showed up and asked a few questions to get an understanding of what was going on before beginning his diagnostics and checking the error logs. After running his tests, he concluded that it may be maintenance related as it has been a while since we have had maintenance on the system. He replaced the filter and recommended that we schedule to have a maintenance technician come out to take care of the outdoor unit. Kevin showed up a couple days later and started off similarly to Jonathan, asking questions to get the lay of the land before getting to work. He explained the various tasks he would be performing to clean the system as well as readings he would take to ensure optimum system performance.Both Jonathan and Kevin were professional and had great communication, keeping us appraised of what they were going to be doing and the reasons for doing so. Best of all, our first maintenance was supposed to be free within the first year, but even though it had been longer, the office was able to wave the maintenance charge as a courtesy! We are definitely happy with the service received from So Cal Airflow Pros and look forward to having them take care of us for years to come.

I had a heat pump and air handler installed by SoCal Airflow Pros. After researching the companies that have the best reviews and provided the best equipment, I chose SoCal Airflow Pros. They immediately sent out their technician, Tyler, who was most helpful in evaluating my needs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and provided me with all options. The installation was scheduled immediately (even though it was a long holiday weekend). The technician, Trent, was excellent and efficient and answered all of my questions. He took time to demonstrate how the thermostat and equipment worked. Finally, Linda, in the office, was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout this experience. I would highly recommend SoCal Airflow Pros for heat pumps and any air conditioning needs.

They were thoughtful by wearing shoe covers when they entered, and cleaned up well when they left. SoCalAirflowPro‘s gave me an estimate for replacing my air conditioning during peak season, and after it ceased working. My call was answered promptly and the technician came the next day. The estimate process was truly amazing, as the technician brought me in on all of his inspections, educating me about which parts did what, showing me the damage, explaining the alternatives to repairing the unit, and even taking videos of places, I couldn’t access to do the same. The estimate turned out to be extremely detailed, going along with their policy of “no change orders “. There was no leaving out of crucial components to then lead to an increase in the estimate later. The technician was clean and respectful of my home and my time. There was no pressure, and I felt the technician wanted to solve my problem. I ultimately went with this company, after getting several more estimates from other companies, because of this professionalism displayed by the technician. The price was more than fair, and the estimate thorough, but there is still the installation end of it to worry about. The installers were exactly what I expected from the company. They covered everything, they were on time, they were courteous, they did an unbelievably thorough job and left my home as clean as when they entered. They were respectful of my family still being in the home and tried to minimize their intrusion. I could go on further saying positive things about this company, and would highly recommend them .

I had met a service provider on my walk, he said he was cleaning the furnace and ducts.When my day came the tech was very nice and knowledgeable, but said I had not ordered duct cleaning, which was my main reason for the service . We called SoCal Airflow Pros when our AC wasn’t working. We based our decision on the great reviews from prior customers. Aubrey came out to assess the HVAC unit and found a number of problems including rust, mold, poor prior repairs and mis-sized duct work. It was a lot, but he was able to show us the problem through pics and videos, as well as straight forward understandable explanations so we knew exactly what was wrong. Aubrey was very professional and patient. We commented that they sent the nicest guy to give us the worst news! The next day Anthony and his team arrived to take out the old system and install the new unit as well as re-do the duct work. It’s never easy to have workmen running from front door to attic all day, but Anthony and his team were so courteous. They answered questions and gave status updates as they went by. They completed the job in one day; showing pics of our shiny new system. I’ll be honest, the total price was expensive, but there was a lot that needed to be done. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and their evident desire to provide the right solution in the right way has given us peace of mind for many years to come. He solved the problem but he was so amazingly awesome in the process double triple checking his work and explaining everything and taking lots of pictures. Very grateful to have him be the one to do the house call. I would recommend this company to anyone. They put in my original system and its been going strong for 6 years before this first issue. It looks like the condenser was buried out on the side yard but he went through each step methodically to make sure he had diagnosed it correctly and then had correct the problem appropriately.

SoCal Airflow Pros installed a new heater and air conditioner in my house and replaced the air ducts in the attic. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Josh, Trent, Eddie, and Oscar are knowledgeable professionals who take great pride in their work. They worked efficiently from morning to night to finish the job on time as promised. Watch out for this company! I booked an appointment weeks in advance to clean my air ducts. I call two days in advance to confirm their appointment, and they inform me that they no longer provide duct cleaning estimates or services. The company appears to have merged with Goettl. Which phone number is theirs? Who is in charge? This company has no idea what business they are in, nor can they commit to an agreement. Run for the hills!

SoCal Airflow Pros was great! It was easy to schedule an appointment. On the day of the service, the office sent a photo of the technician, so I would recognize him when he arrived. The technician called ahead of the appointment and was on time. He was respectful and wore booties inside the house. He was very thorough with my A/C system, taking it apart and inspecting every component. He told me things that we will need to keep an eye on as the system ages (my blower is apparently leaking oil), but I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me on extra services. He spent about 3 hours here, testing the temperature at all of the vents and running diagnostics. He was very nice and even took in one of my trash can from the street when he went to throw away the old A/C filter. I definitely recommend these guys!

Beware! I chose this company since the owner is a Veteran as was my dad. However, this company is part of the Goettl AC and Plumbing family, who has a questionable reputation. If I had known SoCal Airflow Pros was part of Goettl, I would have stayed faw away from hiring them.This company will try to upsell you as soon as they lay foot in your home. My home is only two-years old with a Carrier HVAC unit. What was suppose to be a routine maintence call turned into an $800 evap coil cleaning which did not involve removing the coil from the HVAC unit. Somehow, they pressured me into a Phenomenial Aire Cleaner by telling me they would include the evap coil cleaning if I purchase the air cleaner for $1,900! They also told me that my ducting is not adequate for the my HVAC system and that my system would only last 5-year unless I purchased new duct work for $10,000!Fool me once but not twice!I decided to have two different Carrier authorized service providers come out to my home to inspect my unit to see if what SoCal Airflow Pross ducting had any validity. Both authorized service providers said my system is installed to manufacturer specifications and the unit should last a good 20-30 years! One of the service providers also informed me that they charge $100 for evap coil cleaning if the coil is not removed and $300-$500 if the coil needs to be removed. They also informed me that they charge $1000 installed for the same Phenomenal Aire unit.Word of advice avoid this company or get a 2nd opinion for whatever they tell you! They will try to upsell you with scare tactics! I put my trust in a military veteran, instead of putting my trust in the person and company, my mistake!

I scheduled a rejuvenation for my HVAC AC unit. I expected a technician to come out and do precisely that, a rejuvenation. What I received however was two well-dressed salesmen. They checked everything related to my HVAC; ductwork, furnace, attic, vents etc. They hand drew a diagram of how the system worked and how it’s all related. What came next was a laundry list of what they recommended and they claimed that everything was needed to ensure the system worked properly or suffer a potentially premature death of my 18 month old AC and furnace. They piled on the fear factor with my with exposed ductwork and that it is pushing particulate matter into the vents into my home. Sounds pretty scary right? Wow, very unhappy with them; never again.

I called to get a second opinion after a different company claimed our dual zone A/C control board was broken ($300 retail) and we needed to replace it ($6k quote) but they recommended that we replace the whole system because it was close to the end of it’s projected life ($19k quote).Tony was able to come out same day and discovered that there was a pipe backup that had triggered a water sensor and tripped a fail safe that turned the A/C off. $300 fix and he was out the door in an hour. Super easy to deal with, relatively cheap, and overall a great experience. Thanks so much guys!

SoCAL Airflow provides quality and courteous services. I first received an introductory letter from the company president. I checked the company background on Yelp and Google and found that it was decent. So I contracted a basic maintenance service. When my 23 yeae old HVAC system finally died, I called the company to get a quote and contracted to do the job after comparing it with another quote. I got a quote from Tyler, who is nice and knowledgeable. Service technicians, Oscar and Trent, along with a few others, worked diligently for 3 days, replacing the system upstairs in the limited addic space. They replaced the HVAC system, and heat exchanger and thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. All done flawlessly.. they put rugs on the floor and stairs and vacuum each and every day. The most I like about is the attitude of these people. Always smiling face. Courteous and kind... My next HVAC job will be done by this company. I believe the company culture starts from the president. He must have treated his people nicely and well. I would like the president to see this review and reward the people for the job well done. Since they had a good rating, I contacted and asked to repair my AC system about in July. A guy came up and told me that he would put color to identify where is leaking that costed me about $1,000. I asked to come back in a month so I have AC in Summer. He said that he wont be able to come back until November??? after summer. I called the office in August to come back and check the color. Nobody showed up to repair. I realized that I wasted the $1,000, and hired to other repair company. I dont know how they get such a good rating. Its very skeptical. I havent seen anything to recommend them. This is about a couple of years ago. I dont know why they think that I want to hire them, but they contact me every November to maintain my AC. I tried to forget the bad experience, but I am writing this to protect all of consumer.

SoCal Airflow Pros came out the same day I called for a quote. I was originally told by another company that I would need to re-configure the crawl space in my home. SoCal Airflow Pros included that in their original quote. They are the top distributor of Carrier air conditioning and furnace systems.The day of install, the installers were 20 minutes early. The lead installer climbed into the attic to assess the situation. He came out of the attic and told me the reconfiguration of the crawl space would be time consuming and he didnt want to disturb anything structural. Instead, he and his partner disassembled the furnace and took it piece by piece up into the attic, then put it back together.The level of customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did the installer save me $1500 (no crawl space change), they completed the install in one day.This small, veteran owned company provides exceptional customer service and presents you with all of the available options and pricing.

Its a book but Please read before using this company, They have a lot of good reviews, but this is Not, Its a real time, current problem that SoCal Air Flow Pro’s need to fix and wont. I live in Anaheim and have owned our house for 30+years, we are retirement age. We decided to update our 1st floor with new flooring and counter tops and other upgrades and we decided if we were going to update our HVAC system now was the time, before we start the major upgrades to our house.. I may have to post this is several comments as it is a bit long, Again this is a re-time current issue. I wanted to get something out on Yelp now.I Contacted SoCal Air Pros to come out and give us a bid to replace a 20 year old HVAC System. Their Sales person came out on Friday 2/24/23 in a recent rainstorm, (Had to give him Credit for that). A Nice energetic sales person who took duct & vent measurements, inspected the system from condenser to the furnace & blower in attic. We explained the system worked but was noisy and 20 years old. He said his solution would give us better air flow and solve our cooling problem in our Master Bedroom, The new Heat Pump System is more reliable and does not use Gas or Electric to heat, it will be cleaner and more efficient. They would use the existing copper lines, add another return vent & new ducts We Guarantee our work, equipment and workmanship. We stand behind every install to 100% satisfaction and the Owner Cody is known throughout the HVAC word as a duct & HVAC guru as he is on the cover of some HVAC magazines. All impressive and the price was reasonable and in-line with other 3 quotes we received, They also said they could start the following Monday Morning 2/28/23.Monday 2/28/23 - 4 install technicians showed up early and demoed the old (working) condenser & furnace and associated ducting, They started install of the new Ameristar system (Heat Pump, Air handler, distribution duct and ducting to vents. During this I was informed that they would NOT be adding the extra return vent as it was not needed, We were told the Sales Person was incorrect in his calculations and because of the proposed location they would not be install the vent, but the old vent was adequate to supply the new system. I was not happy as the Sales person had just been to training and was also an installer and I was sold something I did NOT get. Not sure still who was correct, but I agreed to proceed. Also this the new Big weather system was moving through. Made the install mush more difficult and I understood. They left and we had No heat..Tuesday 2/29/23 - 2 Install technicians returned and worked really hard to get the install complete but was having a pressure issue, there seemed to be a leak. (Note: Heat Pump System operate at a much higher pressure then the old style systems), They found a leak in the pipe running from the house to the old condenser and they replaced that section and re-routed the lines. All looked promising but they needed to return Wednesday.. They left and we had NO heat, they did offer to bring us a space heater..

Kevin was the technician who came out and was extremely thorough. He showed me that my system was in pretty good shape except for a mismatched capacitor which he replaced. The previous owners of the house did not do maintenance on the system so the blower was full of dirt causing decreased air flow. The blower was cleaned out and now looks new. We are incredibly happy we used SoCal Airflow Pros to do this huge job at our house. The crew was always punctual and courteous. They worked really well together as a team. It was a multi-day project and each day they worked diligently from start to finish. Plus, each day they did not leave until all the work areas were vacuumed and organized. Because our home was not built with A/C and is older, the crew had to figure out certain work-arounds to make our new systems function well. They came up with really clever solutions. They were really detail-oriented in all the work they had to do and everything looks really well done. In addition, they were always happy to answer our questions. We highly recommend them.

If youre like me with lilmited understanding of how complex HVAC actually is, SoCal Airflow Pros is the place for youI purchased a new build in RMV and unfortunately, the builder did the absolute bare minimum when it came to the installation of the ducts. It was so poorly engineered, not only were the ducts to narrow, they were actually kinked. The airflow was so bad, the furnace would over head and shut off. couldnt heat my house past 61 degreesSocal airflow sent out tech Moreno, who was extremely intelligent and passionate about his job. Moreno accurately diagnoses the issue and informated me of the complexity of the situationThe only slight inconvenience, was the process of getting a quote. A job as big as mine did require several visits to get an accurate quote. I can now understand, that its not as easy as just the snap of a finger.... which for the layman you would think it would be.I voiced my concern and manager Jaime did an amazing job with addressing my concers.the install took an entire day, the team doing the install was great.Uly follwed up with me a next day, schedule a quality control review, stop by my house to ensure the work was done correctly (which i greatly appreciate).bottom line, HVAC isnt as simple as one would think. you need a knowledgeable and ethical team on your side. look no further than SoCal Airlow Pros

From the minute I called SoCal Airflow and spoke with the gentleman who answered the phone (I believe his name was Raul) I knew that I called the right place. Raul took the time to speak with me about my A/C problem and even gave me a little history of the company being veteran owned and staffed, which I appreciate and respect. It actually made my decision to go with them. He scheduled a technician to come to my house to look at my A/C system and evaluate what the problem might be. The technician that came (Aubrey West) was AMAZING. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He took the time to explain the HVAC system to me, even drawing me a diagram to show me how all the parts of the system work. Ive honestly never been so impressed or had such a positive experience. Aubrey was able to repair my A/C but let me know that I will eventually need to replace it because of its age and wear. My first contact with SoCal Airflow Pros was in 2016 when I contacted them for a complete replacement of my HVAC and ducting. I met with Cody and went over the whole box with him and was immediately impressed with his direct answers, his recommendations for what would be the best (and not necessarily the most expensive) options for our job, and his integrity above all. The complex installation and relocation of the condenser and FAU was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. Today Jake from SoCal Airflow Pros came out to service the FAU and as expected did a thorough service. Cody’s company has grown substantially since 2016 but he still runs it with the same principles and integrity that attracted me in the first place and this is well reflected in the employees. Jake was due to arrive today between 11 and 2; at 10:50 I received a text telling me that he was on his way, along with a tracking link showing his location and his ETA. When Jake finished, he explained what he did and patiently answered all my questions. I’ve never had similar service from any other company. Jack spent over 3 hours reviewing our two system. At several point he pointed out specific issues with photos, videos or direct observation. Issues were found with some being more serious than others. We discussed repairs versus ongoing maintenance or with one system...actual replacement. I was skeptical about the amazing reviews, but this company deserves its outstanding reviews. I have now had 4 experiences with someone from SoCal coming to my home for service.Here is how it began. I paid another company come out for a repair estimate. The technician indicated that my 17 year old AC needed about $2000 in repairs. Rather than repair, I asked for an estimate for replacement. Then i called SoCal Airflow, and Tyler arrived to give me an estimate for a new system. He asked if he could inspect the unit before giving me the new system estimate. I did not see any benefit but allowed him to do so. After an inspection he determined that i needed a new capacitor ($295) that he thought that might get me through the summer, but that it was still an old unit. He had the capacitor on his truck, and it did get me through and the summer. In fact the unit continued to work just fine.After that, i had So Cal out two more times for service; once for a furnace tune up and once for an AC tune up. While i apologize that i do not remember the names of the service guys, they were wonderful, and i was totally pleased.Fast forward to May, 2021 and my AC and Heat were working just fine, but with the summer approaching i decided to get an estimate for a new system. Jack came out and gave me an estimate and a thorough and simple explanation of the options and the rebates available. I needed to think about it, as it was a bit of a sticker shock, but i compared it to another estimate and to what my neighbors had spent, and it all seemed fair. About a week later i informed Jack that we wanted to move forward.Since it was a bit of a lull in the season, SoCal had a team (4 guys and 3 trucks) come out in a day or two. This team was GREAT! I think Brandon was in charge, but they worked so fluidly, it was hard to tell who was the boss. Carson, Octavias, and Terrance were part of the team. These guys worked hard, got the work done long before we expected, were delightful and interactive with us, responded to every question, and generally were a great team. That being said we do hope that we do not see them again any time soon ;) However, should we encounter an issue, i am totally confident that it will be addressed to my total satisfaction. That is the way this company works!!Finally, a few days after the install i had several questions about the operation of the units. This had all been explained when Jack gave the estimate, but i was not sure about a couple of things. I texted Jack and asked him to call me at his convenience so that i could run my questions by him. He did so, and all my questions are answered (except who will win this years world series ;) Ok, seriously, once again i was totally pleased with the service.This is a major purchase so i recommend you get a couple or even a few estimates. Be sure to compare apples to apples and know that this company sells a great product and offers great service. In the apples to apples area, my neighbor bought an extended warranty from the company that sold her her AC. The warranty on my unit is so good that an extended warranty is totally unnecessary. That is something to factor in.Since you are reading this you obviously have some HVAC issues, and i wish you the best in your decision making on how to move forward.

Got our old Heating and Cooling system replaced by SoCal Air Flow with American Standard, so far we are liking the electric heater with this new system compared to the gas heater we have before as the hot air really feels natural and the air doesn’t feel so dry.
