I truly had a great experience at the SMP hair clinic in Newport Beach, California! Elsie was great and her level of excellence and professionalism was amazing as she cares and loves what she does! My skin feels amazing and I cannot wait for my next appointment! I would highly recommend Elsie, her clinic, and service to anyone!

I absolutely love visiting Elsie for PRP hair treatments. She is thorough, safe, explanatory surrounding the treatment/injections. Outside of her office she shares the importance of a healthy lifestyle and hair care to maximize both results and overall wellness. I live in LA where there are a plethora of “trendy” spa’s to visit that may offer something similar but she’s such a joy to visit that I’d rather come here every time.

I was quite apprehensive about getting SMP. I did a lot of research and even had a video call with a clinic in Newport. However, I didnt feel confident that they would provide the care I needed. Then, I contacted Elsie and immediately knew she was the right choice.From the beginning, Elsie was transparent with me. She explained that the first session was just a light introduction to see how my scalp would react, and that the more significant changes would come in the following sessions. After the first session, I didnt expect much change, and others didnt notice anything, but I saw the light spots on my scalp that looked like hair. Because my hair wasn’t cut too short, it wasnt obvious to others yet.The major transformation occurred after the next sessions. I had to cut my hair short, which was already a big change. By the third session, I could see a hairline where there was none before. One of the most memorable moments was when a coworker on a Zoom call noticed my shorter hair and commented that I looked younger. This was a pleasant surprise and a confidence booster.During my check-up visit after the SMP program, Elsie, being the meticulous professional she is, provided a complimentary touch-up. Im thrilled with the results. Now, I can choose to buzz cut or let my hair grow, something I was hesitant to do before without a hairline.My wife and kids also loved the new look, adding to my confidence.If youre considering SMP in the OC or Dallas area, I highly recommend Elsie. She is not only a skilled professional but also someone I now consider a friend. I experienced thinning hair and I found this clinic here in google and I been having great results. The attention to detail is very good and she helped recommend vitamins and healthy eating life style. She spend a lot of time and she cares about her clients. And I drive all the way from San Diego to this clinic even though there’s many clinics who do the same treatments in SD. If you have thinning hair I highly recommend to see Elsie for her services the steff are very nice too. I now just have to come in for maintenance only. 10/10.

I had a great experience at SMP Hair Clinic The Queen of Scalp, thanks to Elsie. I found the clinic through a Google search, attracted by its positive reviews and convenient location with easy parking. Elsie is an expert in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), Plasma hair, and skin rejuvenation, and theres also an experienced MD on-site. She gave me excellent advice on care before and after the procedures, plus tips on nutrition and supplements. Im thrilled with the results of my treatments and highly recommend Elsie and her clinic to anyone looking into SMP or plasma rejuvenation treatments.

I will start by saying this was the best choice I made. I was losing my hair and that made me so insecure I glad I found Elsie she is the best. Elsie answered all of my questions and explain the process of PRP hair injections.She made me feel so comfortable and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional.This is my third session of PRP my hair grew so much but I have noticed it since the first session .I will continue going back to her for more PRP sessions until I reach my desired goal.

I recently had a PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment, and I must say, it was a unique experience. The procedure itself was relatively quick and minimally invasive, which was a plus. Elsie were professional and made me feel comfortable throughout.After the treatment, there was some mild discomfort and swelling, but it subsided within a few days. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Over time, I noticed improvements in my skin texture and hair growth in the treated areas.Overall, my PRP treatment experience was positive, and I would continue until I get the best results for my hair. Elsie did a great job!I interviewed several artists but she was the most upfront with my questions and concerns.This lady takes her work very seriously and is very honest about what you can and cannot expect. Very important in this case.Her work is excellent and she is well worth the $$$.

It all started after I booked my first appointment. Was asked questions regarding my skin routine and was given pre-treatment instructions over the phone. On the drive up (I live in San Diego), I got stuck in traffic caused by a car accident. Called in and told Elsie the situation. She was very understanding and offered to take me in at the end of the day…so, I came back that evening.I’ve done microneedling before, but can honestly say that Elsie’s procedure is unique and unparalleled. She customizes to your skin type and needs; it’s relatively painless, thorough, and you don’t end up looking raw and (sun)burnt after. If you follow her pre and post treatment instructions, you will have the best results. I’ve had hormonal acne twice and have done everything from lasers to chemical peels and probably anything else you can think of, but going to SMP Hair Clinic has truly changed the look and texture of my skin. I’ve been going there for 2 years now. Just wish I found Elsie years ago.She also offers PRP hair treatment for those that are follicularly-challenged as well as SMP (scalp micro pigmentation). At my last appointment, I got to see her SMP work on a male patient. As he was leaving, he walked right past me and I now understand why she is called “The Queen of Scalp”. It looked so natural and he looked like he had a full head of hair!Elsie will help you become the best version of yourself- without fillers or Botox. You will be amazed at your results.
