I had a facial done with Erica and it was beyond perfect. She was so attentive to my skin, the goals for my skin, and my budget. It was very relaxing and she was so personable. She really seems to have a true passion for her job. Doesn’t hurt she is an expert, and puts her clients first. I am possibly moving states away, but if I stay in the area, I have found my go to spot at Smooth Skin Lounge. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this spa. Before I went I called and spoke to Victoria the manager who explained the different low membership fee with affordable pricing options and membership benefits. They also have new patient promotions! I went and I absolutely loved it they have such a relaxing atmosphere I automatically felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Upon walking in I was welcomed by Christine who is another manager not only was she friendly and knowledgeable but she showed me around. I love that the procedures are non-invasive. I came out after a few sessions of having a youthful appearance. I personally went in for each spot removal but I will be going back for vein reduction as well as sun damage repair and skin tightening. I fully put my trust into the staff as they are not only friendly and well knowledgable but explain everything thoroughly as its happening. But dont take my word for it go try for yourself.

My home away from home! Very classy and relaxing atmosphere! I have been coming to this spa for my skincare for over 4 years now and look forward to being spoiled during every visit. Valet parking, cold drinks, snacks, and they are always running a promo or special on something.Victoria and all her staff are all so helpful and friendly. They truly care about their guests and make each experience special.

The esthetician that assisted me did an amazing job. She helped me with my acne treatment and with smooth skin! Never have I felt this way before. Manager Christine made sure to continuously check on me and it made me feel safe and comfortable. I stopped by the spa for a chemical peel on a quick visit to Los Angeles and the only think I dont like is, I’m not local to the area so I can’t make this my regular spot! Lol. Erica was so welcoming and professional. The office is relaxing, I didnt wanna leave when it was over, but Im loving my results from my peel. My skin is so smooth and glowing now! Definitely book with her!

This lounge was awesome. I consulted with Christine, one of the managers, on getting the best treatment for aging skin. She recommended the HydraFacial treatment for the first time. I enjoyed it very much. She also suggested I sign up for a membership to follow up on the HydraFacial. It is a relaxing atmosphere and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go somewhere and relax. It was worth every minute and left me feeling refreshed.

I have been going to smooth skin lounge for 2 years now after being recommended by a friend; and I will never go anywhere else! I have been going to Erica primarily and she has managed to enhance my best features without making me over look like I get anything done. Also I have never had to dissolve anything or had any results I didnt love. I am never pushed to get anything and even advised to wait on things or not get things at all they feel I do not need or shouldn’t be getting yet at my age. The whole staff is amazing and always so nice to me as I am not the best with needles as well. Overall an amazing place :)

Last straw today. I’ve been here many times for Botox and have had fillers a few times. Every single time there has been a problem scheduling my appointments so I started calling to confirm and the appointment would be wrong EVERY TIME. Today was the last straw for me, I arrived on time for my appointment and they had no record of it and then told me my syringe of filler was expired so it’s $700 worth of product that I can’t use. The last time I was there I wanted to use the filler and the staff suggested I wait to use it and so I did and then they said it was expired. I refuse to spend one more dollar here, this place is a joke.

I received under eye filler for the first time and was a bit nervous, but the injector was so calm and answered all my questions. So I work in a office all day and don’t really get much fresh air or get any sunlight. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern this spa is. The environment and especially the staff are all top notch.My skin is crazy now (in a great way)! I dont have those little annoying acnes that come out after I shave. She also helped me with the ingrown hairs that come on my face after I shave (i get them even if I use a DE razor or straight razor).My girl said she also gets a lot of compliments on her skin too our visits from Smooth Skin. Which was, a GREAT deal to me.That initial day, I was sold 1 half hydra facial (30 mins) at about $200, plus 4 hydrafacials (package deal) at $1000, and a few products.Fine. I was happy.I came by for my first hydrafacial, everything was good, i scheduled a second hydrafacial, unfortunately I had to cancel it and I paid a $50 cancellation fee, (my fault).But see, this is what upset me. The next time I came in (for my 2nd hydrafacial), I was scheduling my 3rd, and the lady up front told me i’d have to pay for that one because I had used up my package already.What??I left a little embarrassed but also, I didn’t want to lose my $$ or my cool.So I left and came back on the scheduled day. With a friend. I went up to the front desk with my calendar and confirmation texts (they send you a text to confirm appts) and was able to show the lady up front that she was confused. I had cancelled my 2nd one, here’s the $50 receipt for the fee I paid, came back for my second one, and she was trying to charge me for my 3rd. She said she felt embarrassed and for that, she would give me a free 5th hydrafacial. She said she would write it on the notes.I was happy. I got my 3rd hydrafacial, then in a month I came back for my 4th.Thats when she said “okay, did you want to buy a new package because now you’ve finished it”.So what happened to my 5th “free” hydrafacial? I really cant stand to be lied to. Especially when I paid good money for this. This is the reason why I did not buy another package and I stopped going to this place.Dishonest.

It’s always been difficult for me to find a good skin care facility for my aging skin until I was recommended Smooth Skin Lounge. I made my appointment with Smooth Skin Lounge on yelp after seeing their great reviews on google. I don’t live close by but I work in a nearby dental office and figured I can go on my lunch. I got there 5 min early, they were all ready for me ... I am not going to share what I did... lol... but let’s just say it was worth it❤️. From start to end it took 45 mins and I got a few samples of very high-end brands. The girls are cool, the doctors are gentle, and the place is spotless. Everyone keeps on asking where I went lol. Came in for Laser Hair Removal. Ive never had this done before so I was a little nervous. The office is so warm and inviting and so is the staff. The Dr. did my LHR and it was great! We were talking during to process so it took my mind off of the little discomfort I was having. I noticed results within that same week of the laser. It is a very safe and clean environment, and all products are reasonably priced. Had two rounds of Botox, a facial with next to no pain as I am a big baby. :) They make you feel relaxed and cared for and I would feel very comfortable in telling all my friends to come and pamper themselves, I give the smooth skin lounge a 5 star rating as I am overjoyed with my results! So aggravated with this place. I bought a Groupon and went there. Its all fancy take a bunch of pictures try to sell you more than what you bargained for... the Botox was diluted and they convinced me to have it placed in a different area than I wanted so I did Not get what I wanted. But I had not even bothered with a review until now. The appointment was in August, they ask for a credit card on file for broken appointments. I was naive and gave it to them. Suddenly now in October I got a $50 charge... I never went back since the Groupon, I opened a dispute with my credit card company and will also file a complaint with the better business bureau. Maybe they thought I wouldnt notice the charge. Whatever it is, save your money and go elsewhere. Im so annoyed I read the other bad reviews and they say the same thing. Botox that doesnt work placed elsewhere! Yes they do offer gift cards for good reviews, to me it isnt worth it for someone else to have a bad experience while I get a miserable gift card if my experience wasnt good.

I found this place on google places on my phone and figured I’d check them out since they had a special for 10% back on services if you purchase a product. I love La Mer products and they sell it for the same cost as most places I’ve purchased from so was happy to get a discount. The place is kind of hidden which is cool, I don’t need everyone seeing me walking into a spa... but the inside is beautiful and very modern. I looked through their retail section and realized they are carrying many of my regular brands so guess what lol I got those and $80 off my facial which I checked into yelp and got another 10% totaling it at $65 for my facial which was much less than the place I’ve been going to which is usually over $100. They are offering everything you could imagine like microbleading and PRP vampire facial to peel facial and hair removal and skin tightening. Definitely coming back!
