We got a fantastic price on a beautiful vehicle that we love. We could not have asked for more! From the time that we inquired about a purchase to the time we drove off, the entire staff made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered. Thank you Smith Chevy! Cesar and Romero were wonderful.I had been communicating with Cesar weeks leading up to returning the vehicle. He promptly returned my calls/text messages and answered all of my questions. Thank you!The exterior and interior of the dealership looked clean.

2024-02-07 20:13:09Fatima helped us extremely well. I was on my way to a different dealership and she convinced me to stop by. We made our purchase here. Thanks for great service! Update beware of their detail department, I just recently purchased the Cilijet Ceramic Coating and they didnt clean my vehice properly. They applied the coating above exsisting tree sap and left compound stains. Who does a ceramic coating without cleaning the vehicle completely. I am dissapointed in this service, when trying to resolve this issue with Ramiro sales manager, I am given the go around. I am so upset with their handling of this situation. Owner posted a number to resolve my concerns and its not in service. Only tell you how much they care.

2024-05-07 17:08:21I normally dont like leaving review, bad or good, but I must leave this for the service department. We took our chevy equinox to three different shops and the third one we took to could not figure out where the clonking noise came from even after changing the struts, axel and alignment. They had many different mechanics worked on it and could not figure it out. The reason we didnt take it here in the first place because everyone kept saying the dealer would cost us more. We ended up spending almost $2K to repair and replace things we didnt need to. Finally, we took it to Smiths Chevrolet, spoke with Mike, brought the car in the following week, Smith Chevrolet fix it for under $200!! Then a month later we brought it back for AC not working. Brought it back to Ricardo, he found out the rodents were chewing up the wire. Fixed it and got our AC working full blast, even clean all the nest those rodents built. Thank you so much for your honesty and amazing customer service when others were just trying to charge us for whatever they can. We really appreciate your help!

2024-03-06 13:51:18Mike in service was excellent. Had an oil change and chip installed but then error messages kept popping up. Mike had me bring car back, provided me a rental car and turns out car is ok but some kind of computer issues. Next day all fixed. This is great customer service. Things happen but he made sure it was all taken care of.

2024-02-24 22:53:05Paul in the service department took my car in immediately & quickly had a diagnosis of undercarriage damage & overall safety & drivability of the car. Since I am a long -time customer but traveling, this was very helpful to me. Right away his team did damage control &, additionally, standard service (oil change, etc) so I could be on my way. They also caught & remedied an unknown issue before it became a major problem, getting a part within half a day.Paul & the entire service department were courteous, efficient, professional, & welcoming. I am very grateful & will always bring my car here.

2024-01-04 15:29:21I was very pleased that the service advisor understood my issue with my trucks tailgate. The Multi-pro upper tailgate seemed to get stuck / bind when attempting to open. The service advisor and technician quickly resolved the issue and explained to me how the upper tailgate trim / covers were shifted to eliminate the binding issue. My Multi-Pro tailgate functions just like the videos show the tailgate functions. I am Very pleased with the quick service !
