Im so happy we found Smili Repair and Trade! Sal is amazing and understands his profession incredibly well. Whatever issue I may have surrounding my computer, batteries, loading up new firmware or whatever else that comes along, he is there to assist in a very professional, calm and supportive manner. He is the real deal and I highly recommend his services to anyone! Fair pricing! Turn around time is exceptional!

Sal did a great job installing LED lights in my mechanic shop. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The new lights have greatly improved our workplace. Highly recommend their service.

Sal is the go to guy! We brought in an Apple computer that we couldn’t use but he was able to restore to factory settings and then showed us how to link our phones and IPads. I took it in late in the afternoon and the next morning he had it ready to go. He also put on a new face cover on the IPhone and even fixed the off button. Sal is so easy to work with and is reasonably priced. My husband and I highly recommend him!

Sal was great! My 12.9” iPad Pro was water damaged and wasn’t turning on. He gave me an honest assessment of the damage and didn’t make any unrealistic promises just to get my business. He isolated the power issue and was able to get it repaired at half the cost of what one of the big name stores would have done it for. For those wondering “is it worth the money to repair or should I just buy a new one?” My experience with Sal is that it is absolutely worth considering a repair. Sal was a great communicator and sent me pictures throughout the process. Sal was really good about listing out the other failures and giving me options to determine how much I wanted to fix. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. The cellular capability and wide angle rear camera were non-functioning, but I don’t use those features enough to justify the repair. The screen had minor damage, but he actually recommended I take a look at the screen myself before paying $300 to replace it, and I’m so glad I listened as I can hardly tell! Finding a good electronic repair technician is like finding a good, honest mechanic, and Sal is the real deal. I will be coming here from now on for all my electronics repairs as I’m confident I’ll be getting the best service for the best price.

Sal is the best! He fixed my phone quickly and without any problems. He even helped my son so that we didn’t have to do a repair on his phone right away! I won’t ever go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and take your repair needs to Smili Phone Repair!

I took my laptop to Smili Phone. Sal repaired the screen and my wifi issue. He also updated us with the process. I recommend this place to who ever has a tech issue.
