The place doesnt practice good dentistry, DR SHADI SAFAI. ripped me i made payment of 300$ dollars for no treatment also my money was never returned,and there avoiding my calls after 4 months now and the receptionist are very rude,i would not recommend using this place.they also made a copy of my credit card and after i had money to be taken from account.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and they have amazing staff who listen and talk you through everything they do. Though I would suggest scheduling a morning appointment as the afternoon can get very busy and the wait times are a lot longer. I switched from Wesley dental to here and the experience has been much better. My daughter loves coming to the dentist now!

Disappointed on how long the wait times have become to get serviced here. Literally waited hours to be seen and just for a cleaning and to top it off they lied about filling my childs cavity(reason for the wait) just to be informed they didnt do it and have to reschedule another day for it. Not worth the headache anymore to be serviced here.

I completely forgot his name which I am ashamed of, but he is Asian and he wears glasses. I genuinely thanked him for his patience, understanding and tremendous help with a hug because the teeth he took out professionally, I’ve been having problems with for years ! Second time there horrible service the wait was 3 1/2 hours so they can do a 2-3 min cleaning on my little ones with a finger tooth brush also the receptionist in the front she has a terrible customer service i dont know why she works there if she will have a horrible face and the way she speaks, receptionist schedule Dr’s visit with out talking to me to ask if I can attend that day and time, and last not but least when I scheduled my call to take my kids the receptionist told me about a gift card for every child after my Appointment I asked for the gift card no Gift card was given. This will be the last time I took my three children there everyone is all over the place.

Smile Klub Dental has an amazing staff . The amazing ladies at the front desk always make me feel welcomed and are very accommodating. I am so overjoyed with the work that the dentist group has done on my mouth for fixing my dentures, it made me look like somebody now and I don’t have to worry about them falling out of my mouth when I’m trying to eat thank God for victory and thank God for the dentist and the personal ( Nurses ) there I appreciate everything they’ve done for me And they are my dentist from now on.

I needed an emergency root canal. My primary dentist was on vacation until after the New Year. I went to the dental office, discussed possible treatment and medication plans. Received my root canal within an hour. I never liked going to the dentist but this dental office made me change my mind. Only downside is that I had to pay out of pocket due to my insurance. But the service was affordable, plus cant put a price on peace of mind.Follow up: I returned to the office today for my crown fitting. I guess my appreciation wore off or the office was having an off day. The doctor injected me without numbing me first due to lack of communication. Second the music in the office was so loud I didnt know if I was in a club or dental setting. I constantly had to ask for tissue, napkins or a bid, especially when impressions were taken, I drooled all the way down my back, no one thought of putting a suction in the corner to prevent that? And the bite guard was so big I got locked jaw. I finally removed it when I was left sitting for fifteen minutes. Now I am back extremely cautious of dentist. I couldnt wait to leave!I go back for my final crown fitting. I pray I have a better experience

Ever since the first day I went to this place 100% top notch. The friendliest staff the nicest you could ever imagine. The dentist are very friendly very kind I switched my sons dentist so my son can go with me we drive out of the way just to come to them. The staff is very conscientious of your needs very quick and efficient and easy on the eyes. I would recommend them to everyone if there was a 10-star button I would hit 10 Stars

Is a busy place, not very professional. For one of my appointments i waiting almost 2 hours for a 10 min check up. The following appointment i waited 45 min after my appointment time and i was still waiting outside, So i decided to cancel my treatment with then since they cant keep up with the appointment times and it has been over 2 months now and im still waiting for the cancelation paperwork. Everytime i call to ask they tell me that they are about to send me an email before the end of the day and they dont. Definitely it has been a waste of time and money.

I think they do a fantastic with the braces. I feel no pain and I have no problem with brushing my teeth. It takes some to get use to but when you get the hang of it, it turns out really fine. I’ve been coming here for years.Like all dentist even with an appointment there’s a wait. Today’s visit I was in and out in less than an hour for one child. Our visits are usually over two hours for two kids. Staff is very friendly and have patience for working with kids. Only once I encountered a problem where they got authorizations mixed up and that delayed service for us. My kids always look forward to the prices at the end of their visit.

I needed an emergency root canal, because a broke a piece of my molar off and they got me in same day to do a root canal and crown. Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Lee and everyone in the office were so amazing and explained everything to me along the way/calmed all my nerves. He also made everything painless- i couldn’t feel a thing, which was my biggest fear. My insurance also wouldn’t cover, so they gave me the best out of pocket price compared to everyone else I spoke to. Absolutely recommend!

Awesome practice! Everyone is super friendly and attentive. You will never miss your appointment with their up to date methods of appointment reminders. My kids have never really liked the dentist but they have really felt comfortable here and they aren’t pushed to do all procedures in one day. My daughter is very scared of anything medical or dental and she is no longer scared to come here so it says a lot. The dentist makes her feel very comfortable and talks her down when she’s scared and she absolutely loved that about him. The dental assistants are amazing and are always talking to them to make sure they are ok and calm. Manager, Aracely is so attentive and always on top of making sure everyone is on their toes and the patients get the care they need. Amazing practice overall!

Im having a hard time getting an appointment set for my braces to be tighten and cleaned. The process was easy when I was making a payment. Management gave me an attitude and hung up on me before. I came in for a cleaning after explaining to numerous nurses how my gums have been sore for almost a week possibly due to a change in toothpaste/whitening solutions. I have never felt pain during a routine cleaning like the pain I felt at Smile Klub Dental. The nurse used numbing gel and although I was told I didn’t have much of anything to clean off, the water pressure that was used felt like I was being stabbed in my mouth. After crying and asking the nurse to stop, she then grabbed the doctor who used needles to inject numbing solution into me and proceeded to scrape my teeth clean with tools. Again, one of the worse pains I have ever felt in my life. It was clear I was in pain and they continued to scrape my gums and teeth until I told them to stop. I then paid for a prescription that was never sent to my doctor, even after asking multiple nurses over a span of days. On top of that, the facility was not clean as there were black stains over the walls as well as nurses not taking cleanliness precautions when handling tools/machinery that go into patients mouths, leaving the tools in places where people sit. Never again will I come to this place and I beg others to take precautions when visiting here.

I personally have never been to this dentist office, however I had to witness my sister come home crying after having a panic attack caused by the poor treatment by their staff, I heard the conversations my sister had over the phone with the staff and the owner, the owner was not at all understanding, but she did try to scare my sister by saying that if she attempted to sue them for the poor treatment and for the low quality of work that they did on her that she wasn’t going to do anything but waste her time and money because she had documents and she didn’t care to even address the experience her staff provided, she was careless and lacked sympathy. This place is a disgrace, they’re petty and lack heart, the staff all defend each other and gang up on their patients, it’s a toxic environment, would not recommend this place to anyone, save your time and sanity and avoid this office.

I was just walking in to schedule an appointment for my toddler and the front office offered me a same day appointment. All the staff is friendly and the dental assistants are so patient, my toddler went crazy and they kept it cool the whole time, even brought toys out to help comfort him. Very pleased with the staff. I did wait a little over 40 minutes our first visit to be called in but I think its usually a longer wait your first visit anyway right? I took my 3 children For checkups. The twins did excellent. My 6yo however is on the spectrum and I knew right off the back I was going to have a difficult time with her. They were made aware of her ASD diagnosis before hand and I think they did their best to handle the situation but my daughter was only able to handle so much at a time. We scheduled a second appointment to return and finish treatment but the second time around we had seen a different Dr. (We saw his wife the first time around) he didnt want to proceed with treatment because he saw my daughter didnt want to cooperate. He ended up referring us out and as upset as I was to have to redo x-rays and go through the entire thing all over again I understood why he did. They are VERY adamant about making your children feel comfortable and want to come back making sure theyre not left traumatized by the Dentist. He didnt want to force her to open her mouth if she wasnt going to do it voluntarily. Aside from that this place was great. Very clean, very friendly and spacious waiting room with tvs, couches and bean bags for the little ones to enjoy.

I actually liked this place. The Doctor was very nice and he made me feel welcome and safe. The x-ray technicians were also very nice! I want to thank both the doctor and the x-day technicians. Gabby was really professional and didn’t hurt me during my prophy.. I had a negative experience elsewhere and I want to thank her for taking care of me.They have TVs so that children watch a movie while they get their teeth cleaned.The receptionist has a lot of room for improvement, but overall I am satisfied with my care.Edit:For my second appointment I waited about 45 minutes to get checked in, the receptionist said I wouldn’t qualify for another visit until a month after... she made me wait 45 minutes to tell me I would not be seen that day.......... again, receptionist really needs to get serious training.

PROS: Ortho doc is awesome! He explains things to you. Braces are affordable!CONS: The wait time is long minimum 40min. Waiting room is always full. They text you about appointment with no details regarding dental or ortho. Female dentist rushed my cleaning she was being pretty ruff. She let water spat all over my face and didnt even put something on my chest. She didnt even wait for the assistant so suction was all dangling from my mouth. 40min-45min wait for her to do my clean in 5min. Rushed and inappropriate.

I chose this place because they allowed me to be in the room with my child at all times. (Some places don’t allow this) especially during covid, it was a relief they where able to give me an appointment for the following week. I have a 2 year old and as many moms out there know it’s not an easy visit when it comes to taking them to the dr. I walk in and the front desk was very friendly. The office was a little busy. They bring us in and even though my child was kicking and screaming I do appreciate the drs calmDemeanor. Once his cleaning was done they gave my child a little fire truck toy which He was very happy with. I will definitely bring my child back to this office in the future.

All I can say is WOW! My experience at smile klub dental was excellent! I was referred by a friend. I was a little sketched out at first because I use to take my kids to los Alomtios for there dental appointments. However, my friend kept raving about the experience that she has received and her kids love it! As I walk in- I felt welcome. I can tell the young lady behind the counter was smiling behind her mask.
