I visited Smile Dental yesterday afternoon and received treatment. It was my first visit, and everything was unfamiliar to me, but the only feeling I felt after receiving treatment was that I was so happy to be in such a great clinic. All staff, including the dentist, were friendly and welcoming with smiling faces, befitting the clinics sign. What was most impressive was that the dentist in charge explained the treatment process in detail and in an easy-to-understand manner to me, who was anxious about the treatment. So I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind from the beginning to finish. Thank you so much. I plan to visit here again next time, and I will highly recommend Smile Dental Clinic to my neighbors. I was able to have a happy breakfast this morning. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff who worked hard for me.

I want to start off by saying if you have any doubts of going to the dentist or have any bad past experiences, this is the place that will change your perspective on all of that. All of the staff was not only helpful but kind, resourceful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I can safely say this will probably be the only dentist I ever go to. Highly recommend!!

I came here so scared to get work done but the ladies were so nice and took such great care of me. I was literally crying before I walked into the office as a bundle of nerves and walked out smiling and looking forward to my future appointments. Words can’t express how grateful I am to be doing business with them and I’ll be referring my friends and family based on my excellent experience. They also take Delta if anyone was wondering 🙃 if you’re nervous they are really good at easing the anxiety. I felt as if the entire office catered to me and I WILL Be coming back which is something I’d never say about a dental office. 100/10 would recommend!!!!!! Dominique did my X-rays and eased me into the process and reassured me throughout all of my photos as well as assessing the doctor and explaining processes to me. Kelsey the RDH went above and beyond in our first meeting at not only cleaning my teeth but also making me feel comfortable every step of the way. She is truly amazing at what she does. AND VERONICA really deserves recognition for the amazing way she explained and broke down all costs to me vs my insurance and I was pleasantly surprised. She made me feel like I had nothing to fear and they were all there to help. I managed to do an initial cleaning and examination after feeling better thanks to these amazing people🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 thank you so much🥹🥹🥹🥹

Smile Dental Moreno Valley is an Outstanding establishment.From the very 1st moment I walked thru their office doors I felt at home & comfortable.The Professionalism from the receptionist, x-ray tech,Dental Assistants to the Dentist you all are so awesome.Plus you took me in sort of spur of the moment. I Love guys & gals.Can hardly wait until my next appt.

Since before I even arrived the staff was already extremely helpful and attentive. I called because I had a tooth fracture and was told to come in and get checked that same moment for free! The consultation which included x-rays, a basic cleaning and polish was much appreciated and I got the peace of mind of knowing how dire (or not) the situation was and what to do next- Unfortunately my dental insurance does not cover services at this location (what a bummer) nonetheless they still had the kindness to see me and explain costs and the situation. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It is great to know that excellent customer services is alive and well, though rare these days. I am definitely recommending this place to anyone that needs a dentist and I will make insurance changes just to be seen here. Excellent work everyone! Staff and Dentists!

When i say Best hygienist ever! Thats Exactly what i mean so gentle it’s unbelievable!!! I was scared at first to get my deep cleaning done but Kelsey made it a breeze!😅 Don’t leave out Veronica so caring and kind always there when I needed questions answered. Love her professionalism.

I love my dentist! She is patient and she always listenes to my concerns. The other ladies in the office always greet me with a smile and work hard to keep my schedule consistent.This is a big deal for me, because I have been afraid of the dentist for as long as I can remember. My experiences have all been bad ones until I met the team at Smile Dental. They are invested in my care and it shows. I am currently fighting breast cancer, and my health and overall dental hygiene is a priority to them.If you are looking for a good, solid, caring dental team you should visit Smile Dental.I love them to pieces!Juanita

Me and my 5yo son had a great experience with Domonique! She was So friendly and made us feel comfortable during our Xrays and cleaning. My Son got a spiderman toothbrush. Made my life so much easier. Thank you SMILE Team.

As soon as i walked back, Dominique helped me with my X-rays, and talked me through every moment so I wasnt in the dark and I felt comforted when I was in pain. Dr. Du was also very kind and helpful. He wasnt pushy and knew my pain was the main concern. I hope I can keep seeing them each time.

I had some work done that a previous dentist left unfinished, but Smile Dental, dentist and staff really cared and corrected the work. Especially Dominique, she took her time to make sure I was happy with the work. A+++
