Dr Rios is the best… my husband I have been seeing her for dental cleanings for the past 3 years. She makes you feel at ease and she’s so personable!The new office is also very high tech and nice.It’s nice to feel “excited” to go to the dentist.

I was dealing with severe tooth ache and was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Janice Chou at Smile Craft. She quickly diagnosed the problem and I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction for the same week. Dr. Chou patiently answered all my questions before and after the procedure and allayed any fears I had about the procedure, and everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were very professional helping to schedule the appointments and taking care of insurance claims. I’d definitely recommend Smile Craft!

My teeth have not been this clean since they first grew in. My fillings and new crown are perfect. Furthermore, these miracles were accomplished with a shockingly low amount of pain (or no pain/discomfort at all in the case of the cleaning) because Dr. Rita Huang--beyond being expertly skilled and caring about small details--never forgets shes working on a living human beings face.

My family, friends and I have been a patient of Dr. Goh for numerous years. Dr. Goh is the best! And the Staff, Irish and Melanie are the most pleasant staff. This place is very accommodating and just does a super great job. From dental implants to veneer porcelain to name it they do it, just so happy to be with Dr. Goh! Had a positive impression of this place a bit over a year ago when I came for a regular checkup. But asked for cleaning a bit over a year after and the company is refusing it because I do not want to have another checkup. I do not need any checkups, there were no issues to watch during the last time and I have not had any issues for years. This is anti-consumer and there should be a class action law suite against dental companies practicing extracting money from patients under the pretense of taking care of you.

So happy I discovered Smile Craft. I had a terrific Dentist a couple of months ago but the office decided to go out of network and so I was forced to look around. Smile Craft had such great reviews, it was an easy decision. Just had my first appointment with SC and theyre soooo professional and friendly. I was scheduled for the deep clean, which I dont look forward to, but the team was fast and made sure I was comfortable. Big thumbs up for SC. Go with them.

I was their customer for 4 yrs, and I have done regular checkups two crowns, and a root canal through their referral. There are definitely good things about them like courteous customer service, soft spoken doctors, upto date equipments that make you feel you are in one of the most developed countries :)Now coming to the negative side, they are very pushy about upselling you something during every cleaning visit. They will scare you into buying some service or some dental accessory for your dental health. Given how soft they speak, it sounds very convincing and they can clearly take advantage of your concern for your dental health.Their billing section is not very honest either. Everytime any procedure is performed they immediately contact the insurance to tell you how much your copay is, which you pay the same day. So you never have any outstanding dues with them. For 3 yrs I had no due with them, and one fine day they told i have an outstanding due of around $120. I contacted them multiple times to understand the item for which I owe the money, i never got an answer. I tried to find it out in person as well, but no clear answer. I was finally sent a split up of all my treaments with them, wher there was no clear answer on what treatment cost me this amount which I did not pay. And when you question them, and when you say no to their upselling strategies, their folks will not be as nice to you anymore :)

Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. My gums weren’t doing very well from a few years of not flossing and brushing enough and not going to regular cleanings but after a few visits to Smilecraft my gums are doing much better and improving after following their advice. They’re all very knowledgeable and good at what they do - even when my mouth wasn’t in good condition, I never experienced any pain or unusual discomfort in my visits. They came highly recommended to me from a friend and I highly recommend you go to Smilecraft!

I had a very positive experience with this dental clinic. I just relocated to Cali and had no dentist that I knew and I had a bad toothache. Called in and the staff were more than helpful. I was seen the same day! Also, the dentist did her best to save the tooth nerve and avoid a crown and root canal, which is not so often happens these days! And the bill was very fair for the service I’ve got. I was surprised. I ended up coming back for a full checkup and cleaning . I’d definitely recommend the clinic .

However I received a text reminder telling me it was time to come in but they werent ready to do my deep clean or wisdom tooth extraction. Very detail oriented, kind, and thorough. Amazing team to work with - theres genuine care from every step of the way - from receptionists to hygienists to doctors. I like the text communication on confirming appointments and signing documents. Both Dr Nguyen and Dr Chou have worked on me, and I highly recommend both. A lot of verbal confirmation - they are super thoughtful. I was referred to Dr Nguyen for a specialist treatment (implant) but then had such a great experience I switched to this dentist office for my general work as well!

I am reposing my review from yelp from 2017: Dr. Nguyen is awesome, warm, friendly, super-professional and I am glad I found Smile Craft because I have been a transient dentist patient for a while now! Making appointments is a breeze, once you are there, they are super quick to call you so there is virtually no waiting. Dr. Nguyen and her assistants make sure you are comfortable and feel as less pain as possible to get the job done. They are very transparent with the pricing and any procedures you may need and will not force you to do anything you do not really need. Everybody at the office is friendly and professional. I highly recommend smile craft whether you get Dr. Nguyen or Dr. Noorian they are both pros at what they do and are super friendly!

Over the years, as Ive moved, Ive been to many dentists. Most of them I found to not be the most courteous or pleasant to visit (as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be of course). However, the people at SmileCraft are fantastic, and since I chose them based on the reviews I read online I feel its only just that they get one from me.Ive been three times now as well, enough to know for sure that this is the place I feel great going back to and would happily recommend to anyone. Its nice knowing that youre dentist (and her team) care about you and your health and are, at the end of the day, highly skilled at what they do.

I just needed to update my review (still 5 stars, Id give more if I could) just to add why I gave Smile Craft Dental 5 stars. I have had unfortunate luck with cavities over my lifetime and as a result I have seen my fair share of dentists. Ive also moved a ton, so Ive seen dentists in LA, Philadelphia, SF, and now Smile Craft Dental. I can honestly say, Ive had my best experience here. The ENTIRE team is professional, friendly, and most importantly, skilled at their job. You can tell they care about you. Particularly now with COVID-19 and reopening, they have done an outstanding job with taking every precaution possible to make sure everyone is safe, from temperature/oxygen saturation check at the door, to wearing protective gear, to protecting every entrance of each office. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for over two years and always had pleasant experience until today. Due to Covid, they ask their patients to wait outside until they call you. I have been standing outside the office for over 10 minutes past my appointment until I got called by their staff. The staff was not friendly and did not apologize for being late. I had an appointment for cleaning only today and was in a hurry but the staff insisted I need to do an x-ray in order for her to do the cleaning. Why would they force their patients to do an x-ray if I am here for a cleaning appointment only? Since I did not have time and did not like her service, I will find another dentistry who would treat their patients better and nicer.

She never tried to get me to commit to more invasive or expensive treatments and would explain her thought process, alternatives and next steps. This is my third year with Dr Amy Nguyen, She is great when it comes to regular cleaning and or deep cleaning, Its been two years since I had the cavity filling done in my wisdom tooth and based on her advice I have been keeping the area clean with regular flossing and so far it has done wonders, hopefully I will not have to extract my wisdom teeth. I have never felt so relieved after a dentist visits, After the teeth cleaning I used to feel terrible for couple of days with toothache - not anymore, Dr Amy is by far the best dentist I have seen in the south bay area. Amazing! I have always hated dentists and dreaded going so much, but i can no longer say that. Dr Nguyen and her assistant were incredibly nice, professional and gentle. Everything was explained to me in great detail and I could not have asked for a better visit. The facilities were spotless and pleasant. Little things like sensor activated lights and electronic signature pads make it seem environmentally friendly which is always a plus. Their integration with technology makes booking appointments, receiving reminders, creating events in your calendar a breeze. Best dentist and overall dental office ever!!!

I greatly appreciate how much care they show towards their patients.The minor downside I can say is that the parking lot for this office is rather small. I dont always have the best luck in finding parking so I end up parking across the street and crossing over.

Please read this review carefully. Im explaining what exactly happened to me with this clinic. They never apologized or admitted they are wrong because apparently money is their first priority. The dentist work is great though. I loved her treatment.I will make sure this wont happen to anyone else like me, a new resident in this country. By spreading the word, I will make sure that people wont get fooled by this business and dont experience the fraud as I did.For dentists, I know there is no legal obligation in not getting pre approval from the insurance; however, there is something called ETHICS. This business should have told me about the details and whether they are using a white filling or a silver one and the price of each BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM AND FELT LIKE I AM IN SAFE HANDS. And their original estimate treatment plan should be close to the actual amount. My actual amount to pay out of my pocket is more than a %100 of the original!Hey business, dont be greedy and try to fraud people like me. Its not nice. You must tell people, who dont know and new in the process, about getting pre approvals. I really loved you all. And I really dont mind paying what I have to pay now if you have told me and checked with insurance for me everything in the beginning.

UPDATE Oct 2020: Just finished up another fun visit with Dr. Nguyen and her team and can confirm that they are still taking all the necessary COVID-19 precautions! 10/10, would super highly recommend!After just having visited yesterday when they re-opened due to COVID-19, I can very confidently recommend Smile Craft Dental! Dr. Nguyen and her team have taken a LOT of precautions and are fully prepared with PPE as well as updating their operations to ensure that there is never an instance of unneeded interaction. They also have new equipment and office set-ups that prevent any instances of aerosols to travel including new door hangings for each individual room and an instrument that sucks out moisture from your mouth so aerosolized droplets barely even travel out of your mouth. I was super impressed; they really did their research! I never saw another patient while I was there and they took my temperature and assessed my blood oxygen saturation before I even set foot in the office. They are fully prepared and I felt safe and very well taken care of the entire time there. Despite the new processes and precautions, everyone is still just as wonderful to chat with and crack jokes with and I really enjoy my dentist visits, as weird as that sounds. Its kind of like hanging out with old friends and they always remember things about me that I dont even remember talking about. They truly care and I will always hold Dr. Nguyen and her team as the ultimate gold standard in dentists!

Dr. Amy Nguyen and her staff of hygienists are not only the friendliest people Ive ever met, but they are knowledgeable, up on the latest dental technologies and really good at what they do. I have very sensitive teeth so cleaning can be painful for me. But Dr. Nguyen and her staff use alternative methods of cleaning and are very careful with my cleanings as to reduce the pain as much as possible. They are extremely conscientious hygienists. And Smilecraft dental is covered by most major insurances so its a win win. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who dont like the dentist. Ok, Amy is literally the best doctor/dentist Ive ever been to. She has the best bedside manner, the most gentile techniques, explains everything, worries if she is hurting you. She and her assistant literally make it a pleasure to go to the dentist. Now - six months just seems so long...

My regular dentist remains closed due to the pandemic. The rest of my family (wife and 3 sons) have entrusted their dental care to Dr. Nguyen and the team at Smilecraft for a number of years. I was thoroughly impressed with Smilecraft from the cautious screening (temperature, oxygen level, blood pressure) to the reminder to breath through my nose during x-rays, to hearing which pocket depths that were good and even having a choice of the polish and fluoride flavors (I picked strawberry and cherry - YUM!). All of the details were covered during my exam and cleaning. The most thorough and comforting visit I have ever made to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen and Smilecraft may be my new regular dentist.

Everyone is very nice in the office. I hate going to the dentist but after finding this office I don’t mind the dentist at all. I have a hard time with the X-rays but they are extremely patient with me which makes all the difference! I highly recommend this office.
