This was by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are very very nice and professional. The assistants are very helpful, I was a bit shaky going in and the assistants were very good at provide information and reassurance that the doctor is the best in which calmed me down..and he is. I walked in with a wisdom tooth that caused me so much pain and walked out feeling better than ever. I was given a great deal and was able to get another tooth extracted. It was quick and PAINLESS!! Normally there are doctors that are rude and just want to get the procedure over with, not at this place. They actually cared/ had the best attitudes and took their time. Amazing place, I’m so glad I chose to come here. I am definitely recommending this place to others. I’ve very impressed and thankful for the work and compassion that was given! Smile Boutique is the best place to get dental implants…from the moment i walked in for consultation i was treated very well.Dr Shaer and his team r honest and very good at what they do. The day of my surgery i was welcomed with great bedside manner and even a blanket to keep me comfortable..smile Boutique’s motto is no pain which they stood by completely. Dr Shaer is the dentist I had do my front teeth implants and after a couple of years I came back for a small problem I had with one of the implants, and to my surprise from the front desk to the rest of the staff including the doctor everyone treated me like I mattered and at no point did they mention any additional costs to remedy the problem, I came in they took care of it and they all were friendly through the process. So I came back for a new implant to get done on a different tooth they gave me a good price and started the process. I would definitely return for myself and I highly recommend to give smile and boutique a shot for your next dental procedure..P.S the rest of the amazing staff names:Front desk is NathalieAnd the other two ladies that assisted me yesterday, are Brittany and Sandra.Thank you to everyone keep up the great work.

I came to Smile Boutique Northridge through a referral from my local La Canada dentist for implants, bridge and three new crowns. My visit started with a very thorough consultation and left with a folder that contained the estimate for the work to be performed (very fair price!), pictures, and information. It was very impressive and I walked out with no questions unanswered. I actually committed to the procedure immediately. They offered me a payment schedule, interest free as well, if I wanted.I had three visits to complete my work. Each visit began promptly with no waiting more than three minutes in the waiting room. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, from staff to doctors. Office was immaculate and was equipped with state of the art equipment from what I could tell.I am very pleased with my end result. My teeth look and feel great. I am considering going back for my regular dental work moving forward even though it’s a bit of a drive.

Before coming here I thought they mainly/only specialize in Hollywood smiles and that sort of thing so I wasn’t sure if they’d be great with regular dental issues. Anyhow, someone recommended them to me when I was having intense pain in a molar tooth and wasn’t sure if it was a cavity or needed a root canal. I’m terrified of root canals because of previous negative experiences. Turned out I needed a root canal, and needed to extract my top wisdom teeth per suggestion (which I already knew and was putting it off) - one of my wisdom teeth was growing sideways and pushing into another tooth, hence why I was putting it off. I thought “this is going to cause an issue when extracting” which has happened to me before, with my bottom wisdom tooth, at my previous dental clinic - I told dr. Dan I was terrified of this whole process, he suggested sedation for my case and that was music to my ears. I knocked out for the whole thing. My tooth is now pain free, my wisdom teeth have been removed and I can honestly say recovery was as painless as can possibly be. Shocked, impressed and happy! Got my stitches removed today, also painless 🙌🏼Thank you Smile Boutique!

Good day to all! I want to share my story, a week ago I started to have a toothache, I thought maybe it would pass, I started self-medicating, took painkillers, but the pain reappeared especially at night.I applied to several clinics in the area, but they constantly prescribed for some time or simply did not understand me because I am Russian. Passing by on the way, I saw the dentistry smile boutique.At the entrance, I was met by a very nice staff of girls from the reception, helped me fill out questionnaires, offered free diagnostics, I was very surprised when I was X-rayed, explained that the infection had already started on two teeth nearby, down under the roots.I had to agree to the removal .The operation was performed wonderfully and without pain, I just lay there and thought about my own, not paying attention .Implants were inserted into open wounds very professionally and the gums were sewn up .This clinic has excellent modern equipment, each employee knows his job professionally.Special thanks to Dr. Shaer, Ivan, the woman who took pictures of me and of course was very pleased with humanity that people went to meet me because of my situation in a foreign country and made a nice monetary discount.Great team of doctors!

I was referred by my sister here, and All in All great experience! They took care of me, Explain everything to me and Dr. Shaer really great! and Ivan too. After 3 months got my permanent implant and it was great match my other tooth and looks like real. If I have money I will have all my tooth implanted. Its too pricey all implants are and I guess they have a reasonable price base on my experience and my sister. I still have 1 more to go and looking forward to it. Thanks Doctors and Staffs.!

Being a self-admitted, life-long needle phobic, going to the dentist feels like walking to the guillotine. When my autoimmune disease (Sjorgrens Syndrome) presented with a host of horrible symptoms - one of my biggest fears has come to light-- more frequent trips to the dentist due to an excessive dry mouth condition. Eventually, three teeth needed complete replacement with implants.I was like- WHAT? Teeth pulling? Inserting screws directly into my gums? Possible cadaver material to build-up my own gums? OMG- theres no way!Trying to be a responsible grown-up, it was inevitable and I first met with a dental surgeon recommended by our family dentist. Not only, did he charge me $500 for the initial appt- but he and his front office did not seem to be caring or re-assuring at all. Several months later, I went to an eyelash appt to a location-- further away from my home (it wasnt great). However on my way out, I saw Smile Boutiques sandwich board signage outside their office. Normally, Id keep stepping. I mean, thats pretty unusual for a reputable dentists office. Instead, I took a picture and went home. A few days later, I thought- why not? Let me read other peoples experience with this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the GLOWING reviews from one client to the next!I made an appointment and was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the front desk, the text messaging reminders and their state-of- the-art imaging machines. I made certain to mention about my incredible fear of dentistry and they went out of their way to assuage my fears.... Dr. Shaer seemed at ease and confident about his own abilities so now, it just comes down to how much is this gonna hurt the pocket book? No matter how you slice it, these type of procedures are an investment in ones health and I figured at worst case scenario, I could do it in segments and not all at once. But is this a realistic idea for a true dentist-fearing human? Probably not.In comes IVAN.With his warm, friendly and no pressure approach he laid out a seemingly reasonable financial plan. But their closer is now sitting with another closer- me. Lol.I am THRILLED that the year it took from the first appointment to the last, was an extremely positive one-- even from someone as inherently picky, opinionated and dentist-phobic as I. The front desk, & the team as a whole was flexible, efficient, reassuring and is a true complement to their company ethos. Dr. Shaer was patient, skilled and delivered what he promised: near painless, well matching dental implants that look good and should last a lifetime. Their dental assistants were well-trained and made me feel as comfortable as possible; thats a very high compliment. But the gem is Ivan! On my last visit, I inadvertently, stopped at Ivans office on my way out to say thanks and adios!With Ivans quick smile, and well-dressed, impeccable self, I was truly touched when he asked about my brother (who came with me at my previous appointment. ) And when the subject of our dogs came up- I knew he was one of those truly special people! There are nice people... Im a very happy customer. My previous treatments has made me feel confident in Dr. Shaer. I started a new treatment yesterday which I was not looking forward to (Sinius lift, graft and implant). I only took 1 ibuprofen the same night as it got done…this is 4 days ago! I have had no complications whatsoever :-) I feel very good, and so glad I did it! Again, the service Dr. Shaer providing has been excellent to me and my girlfriend. Im so glad we found smile boutique and Dr. Shaer.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by the Smile Boutique. I had a full restoration, all on 6, for both upper and lower arches. The staff always makes me feel welcome and comfortable because having every one of your teeth replaced is a big deal and they realize most will be pretty nervous going through it. Once I had spoken to the receptionist for the first time It was a done deal that this will be the dental office I want to spend my money on and get my dental care from. They were very attentive and caring from the front desk to the manager to Dr. Shaer and to all my dental assistant ladies that took care of me. My mom and I both made appointments with Dr. Shaer and we highly recommend him. Dr. Shaer is very professional, has a great bedside manner and his integrity definitely cannot be understated. He did a wonderful job on my mom’s cosmetic dental crowns. She always loves to smile and now she does so with so much more pleasure. No dentist compares to Dr Shaer. He is the most thorough, detailed, kind, skilled dentist I have ever encountered. I was nervous about replacing old metal fillings with composite and replacing old metal crowns with cubic zirconia crowns; he made the entire process a breeze! I also had Invisalign done prior to meeting Dr Shaer and he communicated with my previous dentist to ensure my crowns worked seemlessly for future Invisalign trays. I even had an incident where a dentist in Chicago missed the fact that my lower tooth was hitting my upper crown causing me discomfort and Dr Shaer noticed it right away and fixed it for me.Now that I no longer live in LA I fly from Chicago to see Dr Shaer because I trust no one else. You want someone with precision working on your teeth, he is definitely an expert. His staff is also incredibly kind and patient. They are seriously the best!!

Trust me, they will!I have been to various dental offices, but I have never seen an office as clean as Smile Boutique. Right from the moment I entered this dental office, my mind kept thinking about how someone could maintain an office like this! The office was spotless, and they use the latest technology to diagnose and treat their patients. I was very impressed by the service. The office offers complimentary consultation which is a great thing.The front lady, Norma, was very warm and welcoming. I went there for a dental implant I needed and I was a little nervous, however, she immediately put me at ease.My experience with Dr.Shaer has been nothing but fantastic. He has great knowledge and is able to clearly communicate what he wants to convey. Dr. Shaer made the whole process very easy and painless for me. First of all, he paid attention to the problem I was explaining. Then he performed a great job in placing the implant I needed. He used state-of-the-art equipment to its best effect. He also ensured that my recovery was smooth. The office called me the day after the surgery, to make sure everything is fine and if I had any questions in regards to the medication I had to take.All in all, I had the best dental experience ever.

My daughter has been suffering from sensitivity just about her whole life. I booked an appointment with smile boutique while doing some Google and Yelp research and noticed they were near home. The doctor was very careful and calm when she was treating my daughter which made me also very comfortable. The ambiance of the clinic was lively and the doctors, assistants, and the entire staff were amiable. Doctor Joelle and assistants utilized the safest and most advanced dental techniques for restoring her teeth while allowing my daughter to relax. From what Ive seen the clinic is equipped with advanced digital equipment including laser dentistry, digital x-rays, CT scanner, etc! They do all of this in one clinic and I would highly recommend Smile Boutique to people of Northridge and nearby areas.

I went in to get a teeth cleaning not knowing what to expect. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. After waiting for only a few minutes, they called me in to start the cleaning. The dental hygienist was amazing and make me feel very comfortable. And then I met Dr. Shaer who was such an amazing dentist. He did a great job cleaning my teeth without any pain! I am definitely going to return to this office because I was given the 5 star treatment!!

WOW! I enjoyed my experience here in Smile Boutique.To start, the staff here is really enjoyable and super nice! They make you feel comfortable the moment you enter the clinic. The lady, Norma, at the front desk is amiable. She gives you a feeling of a thorough professional.The environment of the clinic is wonderful - bright and clean. Also, during the cleaning of your teeth, they give you the option to wear headphones which is a definite measure to help you to distract from annoying cleaning sounds.As for Dr. Fukui, she is extremely informative. She will make sure that we don’t have any dispel myths about the teeth and its treatment. She gives you the options to consider for treatment for your potential problem. She also checks on you throughout the session to ensure youre doing well.To wrap up things up, my visit to Smile Boutique is something that I greatly enjoyed.

What I respect and love most about this clinic is they have the most modern dental equipment which truly indicates how they care about giving their patients the best possible service. I visited Smile boutique as a guest accompanying my mother for her root canal treatment. My mother was anxious, scared, nervous thinking about the pain she was going to have since this wasnt her first time ever having this procedure done. However, the entire process went quite smooth and she was very happy with the whole treatment at the end. She didnt complain one bit and was actually bragging to me of how tough she was in the room and that the doctor had a gentle touch.While waiting for my mother in the wait room I was able to talk to the receptionist and she was so cool and down to earth, I must say the entire dental team is dedicated, humble, and strive to provide the best treatment to patients and to guests. I had a fabulous experience with Smile Boutique Northridge. I scheduled my appointment a week ago, which was very pleasant and came in today. The office is located on 3rd floor and is easy to find. Check in with Norma was a breeze and I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen by Dr. Shaer, who took an excellent care of my two small cavities. The whole treatment took no more than 1,5 hours and was very efficient. I say that Smile Boutique Northridge is one of the best dental clinics I have ever been to!

I was always terrified of seeing a dentist because of a previous bad experience. I needed to get a second opinion. I searched on Yelp and found Smile Boutique Northridge. I called and made an appointment. They fit me in immediately!The moment I walked into this beautiful office, I was greeted by a warm, friendly, attentive staff.Dr. Borzoo came into the room, introduced himself, and the first question he asked me was, “How can I help you today?” He wanted to know about my medical history before he examined me. He was incredibly gentle, very informative, honest, and patient with my multiple questions. He was not pushy, didn’t try to sell me an unnecessary expensive treatment plan.This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had! AND! Hannah was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and caring, making sure I was comfortable through out my entire visit. She even asked if I wanted a blanket to ensure I felt good during whitening procedure. My teeth became afew shades lighter and I instantly see results. I got recommended to Smile Boutique Northridge by a friend who went to Smile Boutique Beverly Hills, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Shaer he did a wonderful job on my teeth, the teeth whitening procedure was very fast and painless.. the staff and office is very nice, another bonus perk is free and easy parking. Cant beat the quality for this price. I got my teeth cleaned for 59 dollars and I got my teeth whitened for less than 200 dollars.. I have been coming to Smile Boutique Northridge for over 3 years. This is the best clinic anyone could go to. The dentists here are well experienced and know their job well. Apart from that clinic is very clean and all the equipment are well sterilized so its hygienic as well. What i like most about this clinic is that dentists are always on time and they dont keep the patients waiting unlike in other places. Also the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it to all those who are suffering from dental issues!

Smile Boutique is one of those clinics that steals your heart on your very first step into the clinic. It is that clean! There are images on the wall with a bright smile and beautiful quotes that keep your nerves in check. The clinic is spotless like a washed mirror.Nevertheless, there are many more things that I took with me when I came back from the clinic. One of them was Norma, the lady at the front desk. Before going there I had read a lot of reviews regarding how warm she is and mostly, we fall into the trap of paid review but I was surprised how wrong I was. She is genuinely very warm and welcoming. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are at ease.I went there for my cavity removal and she immediately put me at Dr Ellahad’s chair. He examined me very carefully and used a CT scan to make sure there was no other issue with my mouth.It was during the process I experienced that Dr Ellahad is a master of his art. He has a piece of impeccable knowledge and has very good communication skills. He has an eye for detail. He examines your mouth with utter care. Then he takes necessary measures to ensure and uses state-of-the-art equipment to its best effect so that the problem is uprooted from its roots. He ensures that the process is less stressful and is hassle-free.It is quite easy to maintain contact with him. He treats you like his family and sometimes, checks you before your appointment.

This is my first review on Google and I am glad that I am posting a positive one. Smile Boutique deserves the acknowledgment it has worked for. I found this clinic on Google itself and thought to give them a go based on the reviews. I think this clinic deserves my 5 star rating. There are reasons to it.Firstly, the clinic is clean as a whistle. There is barely anything that you will find dirty after you have entered the clinic. Then there is Norma! She is a very lovely lady. If ever there is a definition of management then she is one. She handles everything like a pro. She exactly knows which patient is suited to which doctor. It is better to say that she is very genuine and prioritized my treatment in my best interests. With that in regard she introduced me to Dr Elllahad.Dr Ellahad is a very kind lady. She is very patient. She helps you in fighting your dental anxiety, she helped me do that! Her assistant Hanan did a great job by taking my X-rays and did my CT-scan which was quick and gentle. I must say that the way she explained to me the details of my problem and the treatment I needed, Dr Ellahad is very thorough in her knowledge. After the examination, Norma went over my insurance and told me the cost of everything I required for the treatment. Further she also told me that the examination was complimentary. The hygienist Sandra is quite a professional, she helped me to get at ease while having my cavity removal and getting my root canal. Though I am halfway through the process, I can sense a feeling of satisfaction with the staff. Further, I am very happy with their service.

I walked in not knowing what to really expect, only to open the door and was greeted by a smile and friendly hello. Norma, made me right at home and I felt safe and connected with this place. Right off the bat, I noticed the place was really clean, modern, and the music was so good! I came in for zoom teeth whitening. Paperwork was quick and easy and I was brought into the room soon after. Everyone there smiled and/or greeted me. Dr. Dan came around and introduced himself and checked back on me regularly ..as did everyone else. The application process before actually whitening was quick and painless. First thing first, Smile Boutique provides excellent work.Moreover, the staff is very nice. They have the necessary knowledge to communicate efficiently with patients. Norma is very good with her communication skills. She communicated and told me everything specifically about the finances and how the doctors. Its important to note that she maintains the desk and the clinic in order.I visited Smile Boutique because I had a baby tooth with an adult tooth behind it and all orthodontists I consulted before visiting them told me it was too far back for Invisalign to move. However, this was not the case with Smile Boutique. Norma assigned me to Dr. Shaer and he is a magician. He confronted me that the process can take place. He did a little examination on my teeth and well, fast forward to today, Ive completed my Invisalign braces and my teeth are straight and they were able to move up the adult tooth that was far back!I have to say that Dr. Shaer and his staff are very supportive and cooperative. Even the whole staff at the Smile Boutique is exceptional.

They advertise an inclusive price for a procedure then they nickel and dime you for anything else that they consider must be done. They are very quick in trying to get you to sign their contract . Most expensive place for one implant. They use an invisiline for the missing tooth . Not even a temp. partial. Why? Its cheaper for them and very inconvenient for the patient. I know they want to make a living but their ad is VERY deceptive. The price for an implant they advertise is for a molar and not a front tooth. Guess if you need it more for appearances then you are a sucker and go with them. I would not recommend this place due to the deceptive misleading advertising. They are like so many businesses today whereas you must know what questions to ask and to read the fine print Good luck. Dont get bamboozled
