An absolutely fun experience. Easy booking online, online waivers so no need to stand around filling them out at your arrival time, safety equipment provided, and plenty of stuff to smash. One crate worth of breakables per person though for us it was a bit of a free for all. We all had a good time and needed to relieve stress as the majority of us are going through it. All of us agreed that this was great. Decent pricing as well. Employee was super nice and helpful as well.

The teenage birthday crew had a lot of fun breaking stuff. We paid extra for a couple of windshields but it was totally worth it. We also got to reenact a scene from Office Space where we kill a printer. The kids got to choose their own crazy music to smash stuff to and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely be back again. Thank you smash Sacramento for the wonderful experience. So

Such a fun, quick, adventurous experience! So, each session is 20 minutes (I think 30 would be perfect!). We paid for the package that comes with the paint gun, so cool! We were also provided with a crate of glass bottles, a printer, and a windshield. With the amount of stuff, the 20min makes sense because you go through it fast. The cool part is they let you connect your phone to a speaker, it really can be a vibe or a great rage session lol Jumpsuits are provided but not required If your wearing covered clothing, but you do have to wear their face shields and helmet.I definitely recommend to try it out!

I loved this experience but they need better protection equipment. My hard hat and visor kept coming and and they didnt have a jumpsuit that was plus size friendly. Also a lil over priced. 50 bucks per person youd think there would be more to destroy

I took my family here as a late Christmas gift and we LOVED it!! David was super friendly and helpful and made our experience amazing! Equipment was nice and clean, and I felt safe enough due to the coveralls, the face shield, the hard hat, and the gloves (although my mom was still a bit nervous about breaking the glass bottles haha). I was also happy to find out we were allowed to play our own music through a speaker! We decided on Master of Puppets by Metallica which was a great background track for all the smashing (in general, I recommend some kind of hard rock or metal music because it really brings the experience to another level) :) There were a variety of items to break and a variety of “weapons” to use, even for the regular package as opposed to the deluxe! And 20 minutes was a perfect amount of time; we were able to smash most of the items in the time we had without getting tired or bored. All in all, an awesome experience and my family is seriously considering making this a regular activity for us! I’d give it more than 5 stars if i could :)

I was under whelmedFirst i paid $40.00 for what was termed the deluxe packageAfter all fees almost $100.00It was advertised as large electronicsWindshield and bottlesThe large electronic was a 12”x4”x16”Printer and there was appx 12 bottlesWhich after appx 10 minutes we had demolished all that was providedThe fact we had another 10 minutes to goI asked the attendant for additional itemsI was told that we need to payAgain I was underwhelmed .

What an AMAZING experience!!Tony and David were professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful.And even though I kinda suck at this, (while my 13 year old daughter killed it!) .. Awesome experience! My husband and I went to the Downtown Sacramento Smash location at the beginning of this month. It was a great time, we had so much fun. While they do have smash rooms and I know they are popular, we went for the knife/axe throwing. It was such a fun date. As soon as we got home I went online and booked again for the end of the month. Highly addictive in a good way.

This was incredibly expensive for what we actually got. Not worth $40 a person for 20 minutes. It was kinda underwhelming. This could have been fun if a little more effort was put into the room. Maybe a little more wow factor or something bigger to smash than a small printer. It was an ok experience but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We went here on a date and had a great time. Saint was working front desk and he was super helpful, explained all the safety rules and checked in on us. You get to listen to your own music and destroy things. Definitely recommend and we will be back again for sure!

A smashing good time! (haha)Honestly pretty fun. MORE fun with a group. Workers there were very nice and helpful. Gave you the run down of the rules showed you the items and allowed to hook up to the bluetooth speaker to play your music of choice. Option to wear coveralls (included in price) but gloves and face shield are a must. closed toed shoes also a must. It has AC in there but you WILL get hot swinging stuff around. Only real downside is I wish they gave you more things to smash! :). all and all great time. I plan on coming back with friends and when the weather is cooler. Shout out to David for being great customer service on my birthday!

First time doing a rage room, and I had some fun but was also startled by how dangerous it was. They give you protective headgear and gloves, which is great, but there were shards of glass all over the floor before we even started, and I was worried they were going to get stuck in my shoes or go through them. I found myself unable to feel safe enough to move around a lot because there were shards of glass everywhere. Smashing the keyboards and VHS tapes was fun and felt safe enough, but I didn’t feel safe enough to break the glass bottles because the shards go flying everywhere.

I went to Smash Sacramento with a party of 8. The Smash room is approximately 10x30. Inside were things to Smash including windshields, printers, a box of plates, glass vases, vhs tapes, breakable trinkets. There were bats, crow bar, golf clubs, etc, to Smash with. And, a paintball gun. The room was way too small for such a big group! Too much stuff swinging. Glass all over.Not at all worth the $40 per person!The staff member was really nice!

I went to this place hoping to release some stress. The experience itself was awesome!! I absolutely loved smashing stuff. The only thing is I feel like they didnt give us enough stuff to smash. There were me and my husband. When we walked in, there was a windshield, an old printer, and a tub full of empty beer bottles. That was it. We reserved the Deluxe Rage Experience but it should have had a lot more glass stuff to smash and also a variety. They could have had picture frames, vases, etc..The guy who worked there said we could also bring our own breakables to smash so I think thats what I will do next time. There will definitely be a next time!!

I have been twice and the concept is great, however, there is never enough stuff to break. For the deluxe package, there was an old copier, a windshield and a bucket of beer bottles. For the price, there should definitely be more breakables in there. Last time, we brought some of our own glassware as well. With all that said, it is a great stress reliever.

I have been wanting to come to a smash room for ages and my husband brought me here yesterday for my birthday; I wish I could give them more stars. The staff were so fun and friendly, being able to let loose and smash things is so much better than therapy haha but seriously go ahead and spring for the deluxe package; the windshield is totally worth it. Thank you for an awesome day and for the photo and memories; we will absolutely be back! My only recommendation would be having more of a variety of smashable things and maybe bump the AC a little. Oh and the only thing that was a little disappointing was that the Bluetooth speaker kept cutting out but still 5 stars!

I had a great time smashing things! It was very cathartic. I like that the room feels mostly private (obviously they have cameras for safety reasons). I recommend using their bluetooth speaker to play your own music (find a way to protect your phone). The only recommendation I have for improvement is for the set up to be a bit more WOW when you walk into the room. It looked empty to me until I realized I have to set the breakables up myself, which was fine. I guess I had envisioned a huge set up with lots of stuff to bust. There was a limited number of items, so make them count. The best thing was setting up bottles on the barrels and swinging my heart out with a baseball bat.

My boyfriend took me here yesterday for my birthday, and it was seriously SO MUCH FUN! Lip who works the front desk was f-ing awesome and so nice and welcoming. He let us have a few extra minutes, which was so awesome for the special occasion.I would highly recommend this place to everyone, especially after the last 17 months of this pandemic.. the stress is overwhelming sometimes and this is a great, fun outlet. it was very therapeutic to play golf with glass bottles and smash everything in sight lol.

I enjoyed my time there, the staff was friendly and helpful, the jumpsuits and helmet/shield smelled clean and they put all used items to the side to be cleaned which I appreciate lol. They let you listen to your own music. We finished after about 10 minutes (which was fine cause I was exhausted lol). The items to smash things with were good, we got a couple clubs, a bat a crossbar, and some other really heavy thing. I only wish there was more variety in the smashable items, it was mostly bottles, a couple vhs tapes, a keyboard (loved) and I think a speaker. I think itd be really satisfying to smash through a table or something. But fun overall 😌

We have been here previously for my daughters birthday and we had a great time. She wanted to do this again for her 22nd birthday as shes been going through a lot this past year. She loves the fact that she can destroy things and get out some aggression.This time around they do not have plates and that really is the highlight of the smashing. We were done within 15 minutes with destroying a windshield and a computer tower two remotes and only bottles. Really miss those plates and wish that we had known that they do not offer the plate smashing any longer. For the money I will not be doing this again. Unfortunately its not worth my time.

We went to celebrate a birthday. It was our first time. At first 30 min did not feel like it was enough time for 3 of us. However it was the perfect amount of time. We were able to just do our own thing and take turns smashing what we found. The customer service was excellent and really personable. This is such a great idea. Such a fun experience! I thought I wouldn’t get into it, but as soon as we wrecked a couple bottle we totally let loose. We smashed almost everything in 10 minutes, and David offered a few extra plates for us for free since it was my sister’s birthday. He also gave us a confetti cannon and took pictures for the occasion! Worth the $40 — make a short playlist before and get ready to wreck some s**t and maybe come out bloody (we got a few tiny nicks from flying glass). David was awesome!!

Oh man is this place a blast, quite literally! A good option if the stress in your life has you wanting to reduce some objects to rubble. Went here as a date and did some high quality, high impact bonding. They let you control your music via Bluetooth, give you adequate safety gear, and provide you with some surprisingly durable plates that make you feel good to smash with a metal bat. Pretty disappointed for almost $50 for my husband and I for 20 minutes we were given 98% old moldy beer bottles to smash. Online there are a ton of pictures with larger objects to smash. We had one computer tlvery thin keyboard and 2 VCR tapes with a incedibly small recipt machine that can fit in your hand. We finished before the 20 min was up. Dont waste your money here.

It was our first time here but David and the other workers were so kind and welcoming that we felt comfortable right off the bat...pun intended 🙃 lol. Made an appointment and put down a 50$ deposit down for the 100$ team demolition. Was unable to make the appointment and canceled ahead of time but was not refunded. Emailed about the deposit and received no response. Called multiple times and received no response. Finally was contacted by the owner but was told the 50$ was non refundable and was used to simply hold the appointment in place. I’d also like to mention either a 50$ Or 100$ deposit had to be made in order to schedule the appointment. So I paid 50$ for absolutely nothing. Definitely a scam. Don’t recommend at all.

The plates just SHATTERED into tiny pieces. Cannot wait to go again with some things from the thrift store.I reccomend wearing a long sleeved shirt and to getting the face guard. We never got to experience it. Paid sign the wavers, got there only to find out there is a min age, but then why does it allow to sign the waiver. The only place I could find the age requirements was at the very bottom after you fill everything out. It should be somewhere at the top and when filling out the waiver it should not allow you to proceed if age is not met. Very disappointing especially for my son who wanted to do this for his birthday.
