Nightmare of a week. My laptop fell off the coffee table and would not start. AND a couple days later my external hard drive suddenly stopped working. Of course, I had so many files on these hard drives. I called for some help and dropped off my stuff. Within a day I got a call back with a diagnostic and cost to repair. The repair costs were fair and reasonable. Logic board replacement, and data recovery. I appreciated the honesty and options. Especially appreciate the fast turn around. Thanks again!

I dropped my external drive with two terabytes of pictures. Its almost 10 years of my life! My computer stopped detecting it, and the drive was still running but it was creating a clicking sound. I checked online listings for data recovery. The prices were crazy and had no guarantee. Then I found Smarttech Computer Repair. The price was very reasonable, plus I remembered that I had already used their services a long time ago to repair my laptop and had been very satisfied. It took Art almost a week to recover my data, but Ive got it all back! EVERYTHING! I highly recommend this company!

Recently I have utilized Smart Techs recovery services for my company laptop. After my hard drive crashed, and my companys IT department could not recover my info, I contacted Smart Tech. The customer service provided was wonderful, as well as affordable and my hard drive was recovered in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Smart Tech to a friend or anyone who needs tech support.

I was able to get an appointment almost immediately for laptop repair. That repair, when complete, was explained in detail. The gentleman gave me the impression he was very happy to take good care of me. Were I remaining in the area, and be in need of future computer assistance, I would definitely come here first.

This guy is great! He is very experienced, professional, and easy to work with. He helped me set up my new computer and worked to resolve issues with my old computers. He was available on short notice, he works quickly, and his rates are very fair. I definitely recommend him for any type of computer problem.

Art at Smarttech computer repair was professional, prompt, thorough and reasonably-priced, I highly recommend their service! My Macbook Pro stopped working the night before my project deadline. Thankfully I called the professional and I was quickly back in business!

I had given up on my laptop, because other repair company told me a list of items needed to be fixed such as Operating system, hardware etc. Art was honest and fair in his dealing, my system needed just a operating system fixed. He bought my 2012 laptop back to life and is running quite well now.

Bad service. Brought to his mobile home to check what the problem was Monday and he said he will notify me by tomorrow night (Tuesday). I tried to contacting him and texting him no response! And he finally contacts me Friday. Not reliable and he charges you without even letting you know how much it will cost or what the problem is in the first place. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone. He is not clear plus does not speak fluent English.
