Chris was outstanding. Knowledgeable, respectful, methodical and on time. He thoroughly check the operation of my washer, making sure all issues were addressed and unit working properly. Made sure it was level, reconnected correctly and no leaks or other issues. Cleaned up after himself too! Much appreciated Chris!

My oven was not heating up properly or maintaining temperature. Chris came out, diagnosed the problem and had my oven fixed in about 30 minutes. He was so kind and easy to talk to! It was an excellent experience!

When I called, there was availability that day but needed later in the week. Accommodating, timely and very helpful. I thought it was my dryer, but it ended up being the ducting that was completely clogged. Gave solid recommendations and was adamant on reaching back out with any other questions.

Recently we had trouble with our washing machine. We called Smart Tech and Chris came out on very short notice. Unfortunately, our machine was finished. Chris made all of the calls for us to have it replaced and our new machine was at our house the next morning. We cannot say enough as to how courteous, professional and friendly Chris was. We totally recommend Chris and Smart Tech 500%!!!! Hopefully we will not need his services anytime soon, but if anyone does, please give him a call. Rick Bell fixed the oven starter. He also ordered and plans to return with parts that were missing from the cooktop. Besides his friendly good nature he was patient with me and willing to answer all my questions as well as offering me advice as to how to use my stove more efficiently.

He even dealt with a couple of defects from the manufacturer correcting them and making sure that things worked correctly, all of this on Christmas Eve no less! He had a good idea of what the problem was by explaining the problem over the phone. He was right and had the problem resolved quickly. I would highly recommend Smart Tech. Chris Clemons is the only appliance repair company that I will ever use because he does a great job at the very best price in town. His reputation for customer service is unsurpassed and he really cares about his work and the people he works for. He repaired my washing machine and garbage disposal and gave me a more than fair price, in fact I felt like it was a bargain! If he works for you once, you will be a loyal customer for life. I will start this by saying I WAS a sears blue crew customer for years. I looked for a new service company after being dissatisfied with them twice. I will NEVER EVER go back as long as this company is around. Chris was amazing. My washer broke on a weekend, I called and they called back quickly and scheduled Chris to come out the day before Thanksgiving which was only 2 days after I called. Chris was super personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He serviced my washer, vacuumed all of the water that was stuck in it, and left my laundry room cleaner than it was when he got there. Very very reasonable price for the work he did as well. I would highly recommend his company.

I called Smart Tech and my call was answered by a live human within a couple rings.She was very kind and helpful and was able to book me for next day service.Chris arrived at home right on time. He was very professional and tech savvy. I had taken my dishwasher apart inside to clean the filter. Although I had put everything back together properly it was leaking.He was very thorough and asked me many questions to trying and figure out why it would be leaking since cleaning the filter should not cause that. After pulling everything out what he discovered by helpful questioning and examination from where the leak was located is I had loosened a piece that drains the water on the wall. I had totally forgotten about that.He tightened it down and fixed the leak.And then he over delivered with great service. He informed me that my dishwasher was tilted forward and probably not washing at its peak performance because of it. So he pulled out more tools and leveled my dishwasher.In my experience alot of techs will do the bare minimum and leave. He went the extra mile and didnt charge any extra.He was friendly, cleaned up after himself and left the space cleaner than he found it.The charge was very reasonable for the value delivered.I will Definitely use smart tech in the future.

I was very pleased with Chris response due to the fact I was having a large party. Even though he was completely booked he took the time and came out when most people are finished for the day. The problem was efficiently remedied and I might add with smile and a great attitude. He is definitely the go to guy if I should have another problem with my Bosch dishwasher or other appliances.

When our dishwasher broke we tried everything to fix it ourselves. Finally gave up and called Smart Tech. They had someone out with within 48 hours. Technician looked at the video on my phone of the problem, and immediately knew the solution!They Called LG to inquire about the part needed and were told 1-3 months! I was delighted to get a call just a few days later that they had done some digging and would have the part ready and installed the next week!The prices were fair, the most expensive component being the part that LG sets the price for, and not Smart Tech. The technician (Josh) was friendly and knowledgeable. And more importantly: my dishwasher has worked perfectly since.I am very happy with their service and will be using them for all future appliance repairs.

I would recommend Chris at Smart Tech for all of your household appliance needs. The igniter in my oven was broken and he had me send him a photo of the serial number so that he could have the part on hand when he arrived, expediting the repair. He cares about not wasting the time and money of his customers and this level of professionalism can be difficult to find.

Chris came out on a call to repair my leaking dishwasher through a work order from my home warranty company. Although his van and shirt stated he was the repair man I was expecting, he made it a point to hand me his card an identity himself which is smart and courteous. He worked on and tested the dishwasher before stating the old gal should be put out to pasture. He explained everything and showed me the issues. He also told me what to expect and the appropriate timeframes. Thanks Chris! Now if I could just get the kids to do dishes for the next few days...

Chris is awesome!! Our fridge went out on Dec 22nd and no one would come out due to the holiday for a few weeks. Chris came the same day and got it working within an hour!!! He got my part order and within a week the thing was perfect. His rates and service are exceptional and I wouldnt recommend anyone else!!!!

Chris was very helpful and the washing machine was up and running within 30 minutes. He also took the time to show me what the problem had been and how to fix it in the future. He offered to send the new part, should I need it (the change would only involve two screws and a hose clamp, something I could handle). Very much appreciated the service call!

They are super helpful and educate you before performing any repair on your appliances..I have had experience with Chris. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If he thinks performing a repair isnt worth the money, he would not recommend doing it. Must call them for repair on any repair need on your appliances.

Chris built me a custom desktop from the ground up. Its a duel-screen 4K video editing workstation that is tailored to the programs that I use and high res files that I run in very high volume; and it looks dope! Everything I need and nothing that I dont! Not some generic, bloated, compromising, out-of-box computer from the big box store. Plus the added bonus of having his local customer service that comes with every product he builds, I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.

Tony came out to fix my oven that was under home warranty. The previous tech from another company tried fixing it and did not succeed. Tony diagnosed the problem right away and ordered the parts. Called back later that afternoon to confirm he got the part and made a time to come install it the following day. He was very professional, knowledgeable and even swept my kitchen of the debris that fell out of the oven. I highly recommend this company and will call them again should I ever need an appliance serviced!
