I’ve had both my daughters phones as well as my own fixed here multiple times. I can’t understand any of the negative reviews.. they are really nice, fair prices and fixed them in less than an hour. Great customer service. Highly recommend

This shop has first rate customer service. They fast, knowledgable and reasonably priced. A replacement battery for my iPhone 5s cost $49.99 and took less than an hour to service. They also replaced the camera. Cannot recommend this shop enough! David and Tony are great!

If you’re looking to get your iPhone screen repaired you are better off going to Apple and getting an oem screen replacement.They say they use high quality expensive screens but I swear they are using cheap $50-60 ones. My new screen only lasted four days before a small drop shattered it.I’ll give them 1.5 stars because they can fix water damage and apple won’t.

Definitely the best phone store and repair shop in the valley. Honest pricing and quick repairs. Ive been shopping here for years and the gentleman who run the shop are always willing to lend a hand or help with my issues. Just got my new Iphone from Nick, I couldnt be happier.

I dropped and shattered I phone 5 screen and was looking for a place to fix my phone. I found this place just driving by and it was great! They were open at 7 a.m which was great for me. The worker there wes really cool and was able to fix my phone for me within a few hours and now my phone looks brand new. They also repair most electronics which is good to know, will definitely go back to smart stop for any future repairs. :)

After looking around for an affordable yet quality repair store to repair my iphone 5s, I ran into Smart Stop Wireless on google and they had really nice reviews so I decided to give them a shot. As soon as I arrived I received immediate service from a very nice guy named Mark, after giving some information Mark and the Smart Stop team went to work on my phone, finishing in less than 30 minutes. The results were just what id been looking for, my phone returned to me in perfect shape and i couldnt thank them enough. The reviews you see on here are no joke, these guys are professional and really care about their customers, if you have any technical needs these guys are where you should look. 5/5 is just what they deserve!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I brought a iPhone 6s Plus here and the screen was broken. They called and said it was water damaged and they could try to fix it. I said ok. First mistake I made. They said they would have to keep it overnight. The next day they kept saying a few more hours. At about 5pm I called to see if it was done they said that they couldnt fix it. They charged me 175 to basically replace the screen. And the phone wouldnt turn on anymore. I ended up going through my insurance due them totally ruins my phone. When I originally took it in to replace the screen. If your thinking about coming here. DONT. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

DISAPPOINTING! Poor craftmanship and warranty is worthless. Had my Ipad 2 screen replaced august 31. Screen did not fit well on the on/off button side and flexed a lot. Not to worry, I had a warranty...Ha.Three weeks later the screen cracked at the on/off button location. Warranty only covers defective parts, not bad installation or poor work. My car mechanic warrants his work and so do most vendors. BE CAREFUL who you do business with.

I came in to smart stop with my less then month old iPhone 5s for a screen replacement, after getting a ridiculous fix it price from the Apple store from one of the Genius at their bar they referred me to smart stop (thank you!), which was literally up the street from Sherman Oaks fashion mall. I saw the stores banner with a Apple logo hanging from the ledge of the store and I couldnt have asked for much more. The store felt like a hospital for iPhones, literally I saw pick ups from iPods to iPads, this place really is a one stop for all you electronic repair needs judging from there display they are very tidy and take care of the products with the upmost protection. From the look of things I must say they take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have just like the Apple store with less of the headache of reservations and waiting. After a check I got a very incredible price of $80 plus a Yelp check in which gave me a real deal of a savings ($8 got me $20)and they told me exactly how they fixed my iPhone ( in my case it was just the glass the LCD was not harmed ) and told me that I would not have to worry about loosing any sight of the my Retina display which is the whole reason I fell in love with the phone at the AT&T store, ask about their free screen protection. I would like to thank the team for making my visit a very good experience, its a very comfortable environment to bring your kids to and the staff is very knowledge, thank you for helping me understanding. Will defiantly make this my first stop for all my repairs!

They repaired my phone and everything is working great. But they have really bad communication as they told me my phone would be ready in 3-5 days because they had to order the display but it ended up taking 11 days. Not only did they not call me to let me know there was a delay in the repair but I didnt even get a phone call to let me know the repair was done.

Worst phone repair in the valley absolute garbage. went in thinking their cheap prices would be worth it. only issue with my phone was that the battery wouldnt hold a charge for more than 30-45 minutes so i brought it in to get the battery replaced. my phone worked for a couple hours after picking it up but then stopped working. brought it in since they have a 90 day warranty the next day and then after 48 hours of being told itll be done in 1 more hour they call me and tell me its broken. tried to explain to their neanderthal manager about how my phone was fine they had it and then it was broken and how I found that to be extremely disappointing that i went in for a new battery and left with a paperweight but instead he just kept giving me nonsense responses like were not responsible for your phone. got a refund only after raising hell which seemed a bit ridiculous considering a phone repair shop broke my phone. ID AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I went in to get my phone repaired. One of the guys was completely high couldnt even look into my eyes and sent me back home cause the owner wasnt here and he didnt know what to do about my problem with my phone. Very disappointing. I gave it another shot and went again their opening hours are 9am to whatever I was standing there at 9 am and was waiting for about 30 minutes behind closed doors. It was not a holiday or anything unusual. So I decided to call the number on the door some guy picked up and said sorry he overslept and is running late. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes which is ridiculous.

I went to this place today to have them look at my defective charging port on my android phone. They told me I would have to bring it by to see if it was one they would have in stock. I left the phone with them for a couple hours and later received a message stating they did not have the particular port in stock and would have to order it. I called back and told them I would simply pick up the phone and take it elsewhere because theyre price was too much and I knew some where that could fix it cheaper. They responded by telling me I owed them $20 for a diagnostic. I told them they never mentioned it and they said it was in the paper I filled out when they asked for my contact info. I told them that even if that was so, it is terrible business to try to sneak in bogus charges. On top of the fact that I had told them that I already had the phone port checked at the Verizon store and they confirmed the port was bad. These guys were simply looking at the type of port I had to see if they had it in stock or not. They did not diagnose anything, and I informed them of that as well. I asked if at least, they would put the 20 towards the repair if I went with them and they said they would. After going back and forth for this for a few mins, the guy finally told me I could come pick up the phone and not pay the fee. I told him I would prefer that since I didnt appreciate the way they conducted business and thought it was sketchy. I go pick up the phone without incident and get to my car, only to find my phone wont get any service now. I spent 30 mins with 2 Verizon techs trying to trouble shoot it, to no avail. I told them what had happened with the repair shop and how it coincidentally was not working after the disagreement. I asked verizon if it was possible to sabotage a phone intentionally if the party knew how. The tech told me there are numerous ways to do something of the such from the inside of the phone but they wouldnt know without looking at it. We tried 2 dozen different troubleshootings and nothing worked. The tech then advised me the best thing to do would possibly be doing a master reboot of the phone causing me to lose everything. I told him I was going to confront the shop before I did anything more with the phone. Shortly before I went back into the shop, my phone returned to service, nearly 40 mins after I got it back from the Smart Stop guy. I dont have any proof they sabotaged my phone, but there was too much evidence and coincidence that this trouble happened after they tried to shake me down for this 20 to diagnose my phone. it may have been coincidence but either way these guys are sheisty and tried to get over me. Avoid Smart Stop Wireless. BAD, BAD Business. I will be reporting these guys to the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible store, they replaced my screen 2weeks later the phone stopped working. I took it back and they said it wasn’t under warranty. On top of that the owner threatened me. Avoid waisting money going there.

Horrible customer service. They told me it will take 5 days to change keyboard on my laptop . I’ve been waiting for almost a month and they’ve never even contact me during that time . I have to drive there multiple times and keep calling. Finally the keyboard wasn’t changed and I picked it up the same condition as a month ago. Don’t waste your time, avoid this place.
