From start to finish Smart Roofing was the absolute best. I rarely give reviews; however, Smart Roofing deserves credit and a 5 star rating. I have been in property management over 35 years and have done more than one re-roof in my day. I obtained six different estimates from various roofing companies. While Smart Roofing was not the cheapest they were competitive and far from the most expensive and they offered me what the others did not. To begin the estimator, Evi, was very RESPECTFUL, knowledgeable and professional, showing me exactly what was going to be done (a complete tear off and installation); they pulled the required permit and took care of the two City inspections of the roof. Once the project began the men were prompt, professional and cleaned up daily before leaving. The office was also fantastic in working with me and my lender to obtain the Go Green loan I was applying for. Below were the initial deciding factors in choosing Smart Roofing:1. Unlike the other roof bids obtained, the price Smart Roofing estimated WAS THE PRICE, no surprises, no sudden billing for additional wood, etc. The other estimators all left an unappreciated open window to be able jack up the quoted price – but not Smart Roofing - they were straight up honest with me and the price quoted was the price. They also honored their advertised coupon for a complete re-roof and took $1000 off the project estimate which was a welcomed pleasure and which made their price even more competitive.2. Smart Roofing offered a 50 year/lifetime warranty on the energy saving “Cool Roof” they installed and informed me about a LADWP Rebate that I am entitled to as well – The other roofing companies only offered me a 10 year labor 30 year material warranty – I put a roof on 30 years ago and it flew by in a blink – so Smart Roofing’s offer of a 50 year labor and lifetime on material stole the show and cinched the deal.When it was complete Smart Roofing provided me with aerial photos of my roof and showed me all the new vents etc. that were installed (see photos) and they even took extra care to install protectors around the skylights to prevent future leakage. The new fascia work is exceptionally done around the property. Working with Smart Roofing was like a breath of fresh air – zero problems - it all ran smoothly – any minor concerns I had were immediately addressed and they left the property clean and looking good.You Can’t Go Wrong In Choosing Smart Roofing; You Can Only Go Right with this outstanding company. KUDOS, to Smart Roofing Company for all of their professionalism and for a job very well done. They get five stars and a perfect 10 from me. Any roof I need done in the future will go to Smart Roofing without a doubt.

Although it doesnt rain much in the San Fernando Valley, for years, my family and I would experience leaking in several areas inside our home, which was starting to cause damage within. Upon our inspection, we learned that the predominantly flat roof on our old, modest-sized home was well overdue for a new roof.After several estimates (with many far beyond our budget) Smart Roofing was by far the most impressive and reasonably-priced roofing company we had the pleasure to work with. From the initial quote visit all the way to the final inspection, Isaac was overwhelmingly professional, respectful and made sure we were well-informed of scheduling and updates. He also made it a point to be very thorough in his inital inspection to reassure us that there would be no surprise costs mid-construction and that the agreed upon cost was firm.Smart Roofing also has a very thorough and hard-working team that was able to tear off the old layers of shingles on our roof, replace it with polyfresko, install a cricket, and add gutters all within a week! My family and I were so relieved to stay within our budget for our new, beautiful, leak-proof roof and it was a bonus to work with someone as kind and awesome as Isaac. We are very grateful for all of Smart Roofings swift and professional work. I could not recommend them enough.

When I got my free estimate from Smart Roofing, I was very pleased in comparison to the other estimates. Isaac took his time to look at the roof to look and explain damages and work needed to be done. When Isaac started the work along with his team, I can honestly say I was pleased with the communication, timeline and the quality of the completed work. This company really takes pride on what they do. Isaac is a really good team lead and as a woman I felt really comfortable as he took his time to explain anything I was confused on. We recently had a tragedy in our family and little do Isaac know, he really put us in a peace of mind with this roof project as we are still battling with adjusting to life. My elderly father can finally have a peace of mind and not to worry about any flooding in our house as we had this past winter. Great job on the owner for having awesome employees. Very highly skilled people.

Evi at Smart Roofing is by far the best contractor Ive ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, professional, honest, on-time and courteous is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with him. From the start, Evi patiently listened, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. The Smart Roofing crew delivered a beautiful roof for my 3,000 sqft house in just 3 days after permits were approved. That included teardown to plywood, damaged wood repairs, cosmetic modifications, new roof, and complete clean up. I knew I had made the right decision when months later, Evi came out and repaired minor damage cause by the solar installers. Give Smart Roofings a call if your roof needs attention. Theyre priced right but more importantly, theyre truly awesome to work with!!!

I got estimates from 7 companies for my re-roof. Cant recommend Smart Roofing more highly. Their offer was the best, and Isaacs presentation of how the process worked made me feel very knowledgeable. He was extremely easy to get a hold of, and when I decided to go with Smart, they worked with the timeline that I wanted, which was only a few days after I hired them. The whole process took 3 days and I was amazed at how efficient the team was, how fast the inspectors were, and how clean they left my property. Highly recommend! Thank you, Isaac!

This review is on the estimate:I am currently looking into doing a roof replacement. I had the pleasure of meeting Isaac from Smart Roofing. He inspected my roof and provided me with an affordable and decent price. He gave the estimated price right on the spot; it was all written down. He broke everything down and how many days it would take for the job to be done.The materials they would be using would be top-notch. I like how they have a 10-year labor warranty and the material a lifetime by the manufacture. Best of all, I did like how they would not charge me extra on the wood. This part is tremendous, primarily due to the current supply shortage and fluctuating price of lumber. I had confided with Isaac that my biggest fear would be that the price would change while my roof was being worked on due to these lumber shortages. Isaac guaranteed me that would not happen. This guarantee put me at ease.I look forward to working with Smart Roofing soon.

I searched and met with many contractors for a roof replacement. I just got a great vibe from Isaac. He was honest, had the best price and promised the price would not change once the work was started. Also, his staff was so prompt each day ready to work until completed. Many of the other contractors I met with, I just felt would not look out for my best interest. My roof looks WONDERFUL! Total Bait and Switch Company. Do not Trust this Company and specially Rafi Zohar their Sales Man.Rafi came out to our property on 07/17/2023 and gave an Estimate for $28,985.00 for a New Roof.On 08/01/2023 (2-weeks later) we contact them to move ahead with the work and they now want to charge over $46,000.00 for the SAME work that he quoted 2-weeks before, no changes, nothing. This even though their written estimate clearly states This estimate is effective for 6 months.Not sure where or how they have a bunch of 5-Star reviews.They are either fake or paid for the reviews because there is no way with the experience I had with them that anyone would give them more than 1-Star.

A HUGE thanks to Isaac and his team! In the process of finding a roofing company to replace the entire roof, I did estimates with 3 other companies and Isaac made sure to answer each and every question of mine. He went up on the roof two times and explained step-by-step how the entire process would go.I shared with him some past nightmare experiences of various projects with contractors who promised the best work and instead, left us with more damages and the jobs unfinished. I was worried about timing, cleanliness, replacing old wood, and a bunch of other concerns.Isaac took out a contract and assured me that everything would be completed as planned. He and his team completed EVERYTHING as they promised, including the replacement of so much rotten wood without charging us an extra dime! Furthermore, they arrived on time each day and per my request explained all of the different things that were fixed in the process. All of my questions were promptly answered and they truly delivered 200%!!!Funny enough....right after they finished the project, the rain started pouring down heavily for a few days (the only rain we have had this year!) Not a single drop leaked through the roof!DEFINITELY go with Smart Roofing, and ask for Isaac to manage the project!He really loves what he does and is extremely knowledgeable!Thanks again! I’m so glad I found Smart Roofing. Our roof had a design flaw, and every roofer we met with had a different opinion. We must have gotten 20 quotes. The moment I spoke with Isaac I knew we found the right team for the job. We ended up doing the whole roof, the work was beautiful, quick, and pricing amazing. Couldn’t recommend more.
