Rose did a great job replacing the broken screen (I ran over the phone with my car) on my Samsung S20 Ultra. Since the model is 4 yrs old, she was out of stock, but she had it within 24 hours. (Another store said it would take 7 days to order one.) She asked me to bring my phone in the next morning at 10 am and it was done by 11 am. Friendly service, and my phone is as good as new.

Rossie was wonderful, friendly and did great, quick work. She was able to fix my son’s cracked screen in about 2 hours. Cost was very reasonable ( cheaper than other places who we rec’d quotes from) so I will definitely return for any future needs.

My Samsung S21 was not charging properly so I took it to the Smart Phone Fix store adjacent to the Golden1 in the Bel-air shopping center. The nice lady there said my charging port was worn out and suggested that I let her replace it. It took her forty minutes and my phone charges great again. The cost for the new charging port was $129. I was very pleased with the service at this store.

She recommended I update my (very outdated phone), but said she could also repair it it O preferred to go that route. I chose to update my phone and as an additional service, she also fixed the screen on my old phone for free.

My iphone 12 had a leak in the screen so I took it to Fix My Gadget in Grass Valley. They made the matter worse, my phone would not stay on more than 2 min. The owner told me that it was an old phone and it was not repairable. They did not honor their warranty.So we payed a visit to Smart Phone Fix. The customer service was outstanding. They fixed my phone, it just needed a new battery and screen. I highly recommend Smart Phone Fix because they are honest and do outstanding quality work.

I called and got quoted a price for my phone and told me it would be done in 45 minutes. I drove there from roseville because I thought it was worth the price. I waited an hr just to be told the parts they had werent working and made did not register the touch function fo my phone when it had previously there was just a crack that distorted color. And because my phone was already in pieces, i couldnt have it back. I had to be without my phone for 3 days right after the death of my grandma when I needed to notify family and make arrangements. I came back after they had ordered the parts and had them shipped and put my phone back together. I ended up paying 100 dollars more than the original quoted price. To top it off, they charged me an extra 50 for a screen protector that fell off the next day and would not stick to my phone at all when I tried to put it back on.

The staff was very informative and helpful. Sunny assisted us with a battery replacement for my cell phone. We waited while it was repaired so we were able to observe the staff assisting other customers as well. Everyone was very professional and helpful.A gentleman named Art who works at the store deserves a medal. He continued to try to assist a most difficult and cantankerous lady. He was persistent in trying to help her using reason and kindness, even though she continued to bite and be unreasonable. The woman was straight out of Comedy Central.Thank you, sunny for helping me with my repairs! And, thank you for your dedication and service to all Americans. On 4-2022 ago I called them and spoke to Sunny. I made a appointment with him in the morning. Sunny was there when I arrived. I needed a new battery in my I phone 6+. He said the phone would be ready in a hour and when I returned it was ready to go! His price was very fair and a great person to do business with. & he also replaced the front protective glass scratch screen - which was cracked I live 25 miles away from him and it was worth the trip! First time here. We moved to the area in November. My iPhone started acting up and then wouldn’t charge. And I had an iPad with a cracked screen. Up early this morning, I searched and found smart phone fix .The online reviews were excellent. I sent a note asking about their services. Sunny replied as soon as they opened. I called with a few additional questions and then went to the store. Sunny met me at the door, diagnosed the problem and told me the price. He said the phone would be ready in 20 min and the IPad tomorrow. Great! We ran an errand and returned. Both items fixed and ready to go. Wow! In a world where customer service continues to erode (I’d called AT&T for help before I searched for smart phone fix-a train wreck), this was a very very happy find. Do not hesitate, unless you really want to spend $1,400 for a new phone.

New in town . Im all for supporting small business owners so i looked up cell phone repair shops,this came up so I headed over right away due to needing to recover photos for a funeral remembrance video. I normally try to be very respectful no matter the situation on review and give a business the benifit of doubt but i just feel i have to be open about my disappointment. I sent my son in to pick them up and got the charges immediately txt to my phone and thought there might have been a mistake in double charges but no Sir ! Is it just me or does this seem a little outrageous? $ 324.26 to replace 2 screens on old galaxy phones.Who does this ??? I Had complete confidence because of reviews . But I just dont get this price at all. And they called this morning to let us know the phones were ready for pick-up. Had an emergency so I couldnt get there for an extra 2 hours from the phone call and they persisted to call us again at noon to go pick them up. One of the phones is actually still damaged in the top right corner so we were advised to not put pressure in that area or it would Crack???!! Really???? What did I pay for?? Did they accidentally cause this damage before i got there ??? I mean you charged me to fix/ replace the damaged broken screens yet i pay you and one of the phones is still actually damaged!! Also the old password wouldnt work to open the main phone and all they offered to do was reset and clear my phone to unlock it which obviously would have defeated what I paid to repair in order to access my screen ! Im sorry but im not happy about any of this and highly recommend anyone to ask what their fees are before having your screen replaced. I dont know who has that kind of money to throw around, especially being a senior citizen on a fixed income. I really thought this would have been a place to continue using for my families phone repairs but I will not be giving them anymore business. Id rather drive into Sacramento than be what I feel was ripped off and taken advantage of.

This place is a God send. My iPhone 11 pro that I have had for 5 days shattered as it developed a crack in the screen. I called the owner and he quoted me a phenomenal price. I have worked at Apple for 3 years, so I know a good price when I hear one. Within 10 minutes, my phone was fixed as if it never happened. I am totally blown away. SUCH a positive experience!!! These folks were a real lifesaver!!! I was desperate to get my phone fixed, try and avoid a new phone purchase until things get better. Best Buy sent me to them to check out the battery port on my phone. Less than one hour and $99 + tax later, voila, port fixed and phone back in action!!! PLEASE NOTE...they need to get a bell or something so they know when someone comes into the store. For myself and my ride on different occasions, we walked in and nobody was there. I think there must be new owners. No longer called “smart phone fix”. Now “phone repair”. Not open when stated. Slow service. Put in a new battery not compatible with my phone. Lied and said the error message would go away. Battery works less well then the the one replaced. Still have Apple logo up but not quailed to do Apple repair or use Apple parts. Expensive. I am trying to get my problem resolved but unable. Ok they will order me the correct battery. Happier now. Still think she could have told me more information but she kindly said she would take care of it. We will see and I will report back

It appears their replacement screens are susceptible to scratching. Ive had my original Samsung for a year without scratches, but then I dropped and cracked as expected. They did an amazing job bringing my iPhone back to life after it had been soaked in the river twice and for just $60 bucks which saved me a ton on not having to buy a new phone. The also do an excellent job of installing tempered glass screen protectors for just $20 buck when everywhere else charges you at least $35 to $40 to buy and install and if you already have one you just want put on, they dont charge you at all where other places wont do it unless you buy it from them.Thank you Smatt phone fix !!!!

Place smelled horrible, and when I went to look for phone protectors for my s22, it was clear they bought it cheap elsewhere and sold it for more then the original price. Plus the box had a different model of phone on it, the lady told me to ignore the phone on the box, I told her it was overpriced and I will go somewhere else. I found the same screen protector for 20, when they were selling it for 40.

Sunny was great! I didnt think you could replace an iPhone 11 battery in 10 minutes but they proved me wrong. Its really easy... You can walk in but most of the time people do walk in. Sunny told me that they had 37 phones here last weekend - so they do lots and lots of work. The waiting area is a somewhat humorous graveyard of all the phone screens that they have replaced. Id definitely come here again if my iPhone had an issue.

I would not go here again. My phone gives me error messages that the screen installed is not a genuine apple part. The screen has odd brightness and the picture isn’t as crisp. That would probably be ok if it was cheap but it wasn’t.Day 2 the screen protector they installed is already peeling off.They did get it done quickly but I won’t return. It’s very annoying to pay that much for a new screen and have it perform worse than it did with a crack in the old one. I feel like they should’ve said it’s going to give you error messages and picture quality won’t be as good so I could’ve made an informed decision.

Management needs to ensure there is an efficient SOP in place for quoting customers and giving reliable turn times on repairs. I returned 3 times before my phone was actually ready and completed. Also need to provide written quotes as the same person quoted me 2 different prices and when I picked up it was someone different that I had to give the price too myself. Very uncomfortable to do business with someone like this. The actual repair was done great but getting there was rough and stressful.

I paid $189.45 to have a battery replaced in my iPhone 11 Pro Max. They gave me a receipt for $34.45. The receipt did not indicate the other $150 I paid in cash. My phone now says Unknown Part - Unable to determine if your iPhone battery is a genuine Apple Part ... It should say Genuine Apple Part. Apple documentation says: You will see an Unknown Part message if the battery installation or the battery: was replaced with a non-genuine battery; was already used or installed in another iPhone; isnt functioning as expected. When I asked the store representative why the iPhone said Unknown Part, I was told it had to synchronize and that would take up 3 or 4 days.
