As someone starting up a small business, the information and support Ive received from the SBDC Centers has been incredibly valuable. Everyone at the Pasadena SBDC has been exceptionally helpful, and Xiomara in particular has been so generous with her knowledge in helping me to figure out complex issues in California employment law. The SBDC Centers are really an outstanding resource for any small business owner, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with SBDC and Xiomara- HR coach. I received her advice and was really impressed by how much she cared about my needs and paid attention to details. But its not just Xiomara, everyone at SBDC goes above and beyond to help me and my business.All the coaches and workshops are amazing, and because of them, I have a much better and deeper understanding of my business. The level of care and attention to detail they provide is truly impressive. They make sure to listen to my needs and concerns, and offer great suggestions that have been incredibly helpful to me.Overall, I cant recommend SBDC enough. They truly care about small business owners and will do everything in their power to help us succeed.

After attending a very informative, information packed webinar on SEO, I was able to schedule a on-on-one Zoom meeting with the presenter, Colin Smith. We had a great meeting with some very concrete things learned and will be scheduling regular meetings with him. This is my first time to take advantage of the SBDC services and I am very imrpessed and excited with the quality of the presenter and am really looking forward to attending future webinars. What an amazing resource. Every small business owner should explore what they have to offer if they want to improve their bsuiness!

The folks at the SBDC in Pasadena are awesome. Theyre super helpful. I am able to talk and work beside experts in many fields of business. This has helped me prepare to launch my little cookie empire! I recommend the many wonderful and talented people there very highly. Its for real. Its free for me. And its the federal government actually doing something great for small American businesses. Thank you, SBDC!

If you are incubating a brilliant business idea, I highly recommend visiting this Small Business Development Center to bring your idea to fruition. I have received invaluable FREE advice from the experienced professionals taking time from their own careers to patiently help novices like me with no business acumen. They have given me relevant and practical steps to help me develop a plan, design a website, incorporate social media and many other strategies for success. The SBDC will put your business on the right path and you will avoid costly, frustrating mistakes. I would have saved thousands of dollars if I had found the SBDC before a useless business consultant found me!

Wow! Just got of a 1 on 1 session with Colin, one of the SBDC advisors; he offered nuggets of marketing advice. I was blown away by his highly informative SEO and online marketing training he conducted during a recent webinar. By the end of the session, I knew I had to schedule a consultation with him. He not only provided during this session long term SEO strategies but also short term strategies - suggestions for a webinar, a press release and a referral campaign - that I could deploy to produce new enrollments in the midst of a pandemic that has adversely affected my industry. I highly highly recommend the services of the SBDC.And here is the best part: the session was FREE!!! Thank you SBDC for offering such an amazing and much needed business consulting service in the midst of a challenging economic climate.

The advisors Ive had at SBDC are top notch and extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. The webinars are also great! I highly recommend their services (and do!) to entrepreneurs like myself.

Colin Smith is amazing! In less than 30 minutes, he told me more about SEO than I could have found out from 40 hours of webinars or my own research. I highly recommend working with him and I cant wait to work with him again.

Wonderful resource for helping start (and build) your own business! Ive been a client of theirs for a little over 2 years, and frequently consulted them on everything from business plans, to hiring employees, to website strategy, and more. Pretty much anything i was unsure of, I would reach out to them and they gave great advice and guidance.
