My gutters were growing plants and I didn’t want to risk getting hurt cleaning them. Slon did a fantastic job of cleaning the gutters! They have a wide array of services that they offer so I had the exterior windows cleaned and the patio power washed. I’m really happy with the result!

I had an excellent experience with SLON Power Washing. I manage a property in Los Altos and the tenant found a SLON flier. He wanted to have a power wash for the walk ways to reduce the chances of his 99 year old mother slipping on mossy bricks. Neither of us had ever used SLON prior to this experience. SLON were easy to contact, replied quickly, and arrived promptly for their cleaning appointment. Id never had a power cleaning before and thought SLON did an excellent job. The tenant had previous experiences with other power washing establishments and he said that he thought SLON did the best out of all the other power washers he has tried. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Although Slon does high quality power washing, they are very expensive. This was my second time using them but next time I would shop around. Diamond’s does windows and are certified in power washing at a more reasonable price.

They came out within 24 hrs (in the pouring rain) to give a quote and get us scheduled. They showed up on time, worked promptly, and the results speak for themselves. It was everything you expect .... but seldom get in a service. They are our go-to resource now.

These are the only solar panel cleaning people I could find online around here who actually show up to do the work once scheduled, so, when it comes to good value it is awfully hard to compare them with anything. Besides showing up and completing the job, SLON is actually very responsive and easy to work with - they are on time, respond immediately to texts phone calls and emails, give a preliminary estimate on the work, explaining everything very clearly. The only reason I have not checked the good quality box is that the work was done today and so I really cant tell yet - would have to get up on the roof myself, which I probably wont do. That said, during todays torrential rain, after they had cleaned the gutters, the water was pouring out of the spouts for once, just like it is supposed to (in addition to some dripping from gutters themselves, but that is likely because the gutters are beginning to rust through and need replacing anyway). Just from dealing with them, I feel quite confident that they cleaned the gutter as well as it is possible to do. Ditto the solar panels, but I wont totally know how well that work paid off til we get some sunny days !

Excellent service and reliability. The team came out for a free consultation and really tried to save us money- were honest on what would and would not look noticeably different with a power-wash- and made helpful suggestions. Slon did a great job with my windows. Unfortunately the crew was unable to reach windows on a very high 3rd/4th floor. The Sales Manager (Ivan) apologized and gave a full refund for the entire job (unprompted). I honestly would not have noticed since the rest of the windows looked great. So five stars for honesty and providing a full unprompted refund even though the job was 90% complete.

Ivan’s team did an excellent job cleaning our aggregate patios but also suggested that they would clean the walkway on the side of the house in addition for the same price. The work was amazing and the end result was as well. They were on time, very efficient, and very courteous. I would highly recommend the Slon Company. I reached out to Ivan prior to the work being done and he was very responsive and professional. I’m so glad I found them!

The company was very responsive when I initially emailed them for a quote. Once I had the quote and agreed to the service, again they were very quick to respond and set up an appointment time. My appointment was set for 11am. They arrived at 11am. The power washing turned out better than expected. We worked with Slon to clean up a few public streets and plazas, as well as a large outdoor sculpture and they did an amazing job. The team was very quick responding to the initial quote request, came out to survey the sites the following day, and sent an estimate. Ivan and his team were great! I hired the company after seeing one of their beautiful looking trucks driving on the highway. With a little research I found that they were the best fit for the job. I hired them to remove years and years of chewing gum buildup on the front entrance of a 24 hour fitness gym. The results were amazing! They arrived on time and wasted no time to get to work. His team was extremely professional and courteous towards our members who exited and entered the building. The work that SLON performed at my residence was phenomenal. It was a big, dirty job and hadnt been cleaned in over 10 years. They bought the cement back to looking new. It is awesome. They went over and above my expectations. They moved items that were in the way to make sure to thoroughly clean. They raked up leaves in the pool area so they could clean under them. They even disposed the leaves in the garbage cans. They even cleaned some tables and chairs. Very professional and kind. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

We wanted to give a great reference to Slon Power Washing (slon.org). They did an outstanding job for us and we highly recommend them. They provided a deep disinfecting and power wash cleaning for our outside area of our home. They power washed our driveway and all our outside and interior walkways. Ivan, the sales manager did a great job understanding our needs and provided a very reasonable proposal. Alex and Oleg came out to do the work. They were timely, worked hard to understand our particular needs and interests, and performed a very high quality cleaning. We recommend them highly. We will have them out again within the year. If you want to get any type of power washing and disinfecting for a home or commercial location, just go straight to them. They will get it done well and for a very reasonable price. Just an update...Ivan and Sergey came back today to clean the dirt on the side and corner of my house! This tells me that customer concerns are really important to them, I appreciate that. Thanks Ivan and Sergey for coming back and cleaned the dirt on the sides of my house. After what they did today, I will for sure be using them again and will also refer them to my friends and family. 3 stars to 5 stars!!!Alex and his crew did a good job cleaning my roof. Now my house looks like just got a new roof as it is so clean!! Why only 3 stars? Well, in their website says, they just dont spray the dirt into the corners and theyll take it with them but that didnt happen, they just sprayed it to the sides and corners of my house. Now, there are so many maroon colored dirt round my house. Website also said, they collect all waste water, that didnt happened either. Will I use their service again? probably not. Leaving those dirt to the sides/corners of my house was a big no no for me. I wouldve given them 5 stars if they clean them all!!

I have old bricks that get very mossy over the winter. Ive had damage to these bricks from previous pressure washes. The Slon team was very careful, thorough, and communicative. This is the best the bricks have looked after cleaning. I will use them again.

Ivan from SLON is very responsive. Process was quick and easy. Ivan scheduled a tech to come out and look at our property. Oleg (sp?) came out and we walked around the house and discussed their services. I wanted a company that would NOT be using chemicals as we have a pet. SLON doesn’t use chemicals - just water, pressure and heat. The team arrived on time and were very professional. I would highly recommend SLON to any homeowner looking for exterior cleaning services.
